The year is 1884. John Kreese is the local sheriff and rules the San Fernando Valley with an iron hand (with the discreet help and financial backing of his old war buddy turned robber baron, Terrance Silver). He has a posse of promising young fellows working for him, the Cobras. First and foremost is his young right hand man, Johnny Lawrence, whom Kreese has trained in his methods and who is primed for his succession.

Except a stranger and his widowed mother from the rough side of New Jersey waltz into town one day, and they don’t act like the tenderfoots they’re supposed to be, East Coast and all. Daniel LaRusso (second-generation immigrant) refuses to back down when threatened and blunders straight into Kreese’s evil plans. Fortunately, he ends up making friends with Mr. Miyagi, a Japanese immigrant who fought for the Union in the Civil War. They bond over (amongst other things) being misfits and outsiders, and Mr. Miyagi teaches Daniel his family’s karate and how to shoot his opponent’s gun out of their hand lightning-quick.

At first, for young Mr. LaRusso, it’s a question of everyday survival, but it quickly becomes about exposing Kreese’s (and Silver’s) corruption, which Johnny doesn’t want to acknowledge (since Kreese practically raised him). But soon young Mr. Lawrence is going to have to make a choice: stand with his  teacher and protector, or listen to LaRusso’s warnings?

Doing an art trade and I got the lovely @jossujb to draw for 💜 I ended up doing a whole western AU. Now, of the two texts, which is the title and which is the subtitle? Yes. (couldn’t choose, they both felt corny but fun, so you get to decide!)

Underrated ship? Yes. These two have major tragic chemistry and it’s killing me that their relationship gets barely any recognition! So I’m here to show my own pretty rushed doodles of them! (Reminder they’re rushed so no need for critique)

I loved this scene so much because (it hurt) it was so cool, so I HAD to draw it. My style changes in between but I was using this as an exercise to get better with my style anyway. Something in my brain is seeing this as like Kreese hallucinating Johnny in a different setting because the bg looks so different

honestly I hate how Kreese turned out (serves him right lmao) but somehow I put almost an hour more time into him then I did Johnny. Also I apologise if Johnny looks traced, I would call his more of a study because I was trying to get his face right so I could draw him more, so I used the red image as a guid (not a crime. I have heard so many professional artists say that they do it when they’re trying to redraw a scene or study an image.)

also did you know Leather is really easy to shade? Yeah I just scribbled shit out and BAM leather. I also added my own touches on Johnny’s outfit during the scene, adding things they missed, like the fact he wears jeans and his black belt (god knows why he wears it on his head.) but I think it turned out really good and the style change sort of adds to it!

Princess Celestia in Mila from DOA 5’s outfit (Sorta) I just made it more Celestia like. I’ve added more jewels on her Foot Bandage pad thing. So, That really means She’s more of a hardcore Badass. Yeah, Life can be cool at times even as a Animate CC Animator and Artist. I just thought of this one time and see if it’s better than regular Princess Celestia.
