Grapefruit is very cleansing and an excellent detoxifying agent that helps dissolve mucus, that's rich in vitamin C, is energizing to the cells and immunity boosting. You can add ginger, which gives it a little kick while adding all those anti-inflammatory, nausea and headache relief benefits which is perfect if anyone who may experience those symptoms the first couple days if juice cleansing.
