What fun things did you get to do while in LA (not soccer related) that you enjoyed? Looking for some suggestions for when I go.

Mmm I mostly enjoyed quality time with my friends cause I've visited LA a couple of times before so I passed on the typical touristy things.

I also got to meet some new people (friends of my friends) and also an incredible person who opened her home for me and made my life easier. I own her a lot, she's also an incredible human being, took me to a lot of nice places and we had dinner everywhere. She made me try a lot of asian food so that was very cool, and we always had a lot of fun. We went to The Getty museum in Malibu and enjoyed a nice evening there, the views are great and I bought a book of Persian poetry that I love.

We went to the Arts District: the Angel City brewery was nice if you like beer, it's not related to the team 😅. Oh and the Grand Central Market in downtown which I didn't know, that was cool too. We experienced an event called Sofar Sounds, totally recommended if you're looking to try something unique and enjoy unknown quality talents. And then Koreatown, Little Tokyo, etc.

I went to the Broad with my other friends because we all love Basquiat and we wanted to check his paintings again, then we went to this beautiful vegan restaurant close to Topanga Canyon called Follow Your Heart and it has a little nice store with all kinds of products and spiritual things which we love lol sorry.

Some concerts, one in echo park, one in Palm Springs, this is not Los Angeles though, JTree (desert) is amazing if you have time, one of my fav places. Then some football, and then I went to my favorite places and took some days to be alone at the beach (Hermosa, Manhattan) I love it there because it's calm and quiet and I can walk for hours and enjoy the ocean in a more intimate way, and visit familiar faces and fav restaurants/bars. I don't enjoy crowded places but If it's your first time in LA then you definitely need to go to Venice and Santa Monica just to check those boxes, those are fun places, and there are nice places to eat.

If you like incredible views... Palos Verdes of course, I always spend a lot of time there. If you have a car it's easier, but if you love to hike, like me, then it's a paradise. I walked for more than 5 hours the last time I was there, all the coast. It's worth it.

In Hollywood, you can check the stars and all that but I personally couldn't care less about it, I would spend 5 minutes there and laugh a little, spit on trump star and keep walking. If you like music check Amoeba because it's a historic record store. Oh and one of my friends invited me to see HAIM at the Hollywood Bowl and it was amazing, a really cool place, it was my first time there.

I didn't visit the Hollywood Forever Cemetery this time but it's an interesting place as well. And the Griffith Observatory too, nice views.

Well, I'm a terrible guide but that's what I did. The beach makes me really happy.
