मध्यप्रदेश में फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री के जूनियर आर्टिस्ट और आर्टिस्ट का मेहनताना हड़प

मध्य प्रदेश में, फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में जूनियर कलाकार और कलाकार के काम करने के बाद उन्हें वेतन नहीं दिया जाता है। भोपाल और इंदौर और मध्यप्रदेश के कई जिलों में अनेक शूटिंग होती है, लेकिन जूनियर कलाकार और कलाकारों को पर्याप्त मुआवजा नहीं मिलता। वे दिन में 14 से 20 घंटे काम करते हैं और केवल ३०० से ४०० एक नामक वेतन दिया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, उनकी वेतन में देरी होती है 1 से 6 महीने तक, और कोऑर्डिनेटर उनके वेतन से 25 से 30% की कमीशन लेते हैं, अक्सर पूरा वेतन भी नहीं देते। कोऑर्डिनेटर को "लूटेरा" कहे तो ठीक होगा, जो उन्हें शोषित करते हैं। प्रोडूसर, प्रोडक्शन हाउस, चैनल और कोऑर्डिनेटर एक माफिया हैं जो जूनियर आर्टिस्ट और आर्टिस्ट्स को शोषित करते है। खाना भी गुणवत्ता में कमी का होता है, बड़े सितारों के लिए A, स्टाफ के लिए B, और श्रमिकों और जूनियर कलाकारों के लिए C ग्रेड होता है।

मध्य प्रदेश से कई शिकायतें All Indian Cine Workers Association ( AICWA) को पहुंची हैं और कई मामले लगातार सामने आते जा रहे है। इसलिए, AICWA मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री, श्रम मंत्री, और सांस्कृतिक मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर उन्हें इसकी सभी समस्याओं की जानकारी देगा, और इस प्रकार के प्रोडूसर, प्रोडक्शन हाउस, चैनल, और कोऑर्डिनेटर के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की मांग करेगा और जूनियर आर्टिस्ट, आर्टिस को उनका सही वेतन मिले और सभी सुविधाएँ मिले ये माँग करेगा।
