Heyhey! I wanted to ask you what is your favorite Nevermoor series dynamic. Mine is Mog and Squall btw can't wait to see more of them in silverborn.

mog and squall make me go FERAL for sure, their dynamic is just so interesting and complex and well written!!! And I’m DESPERATE to know what it will look like after that CRAZY Hollowpox ending!!

But I have to say, my personal fav will forever be Mog and Jupiter (Jupidad my beloved ❤️)! As someone with a pretty poor relationship with their father, it GIVES ME LIFE to see Jupiter try his absolute best to be what Mog needs, even though he isn’t perfect. And I LOVE their fierce protectiveness of each other sooo much!!!

One of the most underrated but significant things about Morrigan's relationship to Jupiter is how even when everything is crazy and situations are even risky or straight up dangerous, she has always been able to say she trusts him. From their first meeting in Crow Manor to the end of Hollowpox (present), whenever she faces where her confidence truly is, she can always say she trusts him implicitly. And she has always told him so to his face with little to no hesitation.

Now imagine, just imagine, the pain, the absolute heartbreak if one day her growing, changing, impressionable inner being yields too much under nefarious influences, her fortress of confidence is cracked, and when he asks her like so many times before, "Do you trust me?" looking right into her soul with his tender, knowing blue eyes, and she comes face to face with deepest honesty and speaks the one earth-shattering word, "No." What if? Just, what if?

Can you imagine how much his heart would break? How he'd leave the room in a heavy silence of disappointment, because suddenly he's about to cry like never before and second guess everything he's ever done.

All the years and stress and investigation and work to rescue her and take care of her and to prove to one young Wundersmith that she is not a curse on anyone, all the care, the love, the late nights and early mornings he's sacrificed sleep to be involved in something important for her, the glowing hopes for who she's becoming - all reduced to the dust of disappointment with a word. Every trusting look exchanged between them, every affectionate interaction that made him almost forget she wasn't his own daughter - all crashing down like the pink sailing ship chandelier, only this time, it's his Crow that has broken.

And Morrigan - I'm sure she'd be at least a little hurt herself to realize it was true.

I hate it so much, but I'm somehow I'm afraid it might happen.
