I love how Brennan as a DM was all "Riz, you need more than good grades. You need to stand out. You need showstopping extracurriculars." and to Kristen he was all, "I'm going to throw the weight of an entire religion at you, make you relive your family trauma through your brother and give you relationship issues."

Yet, SOMEHOW, when Brennan introduced little miss four dogs, the driven type A rogue, and had her run for president, setting up the perfect foil for Riz's character and an amazing extracurricular for Riz to aim for in one fell swoop, THE ENTIRE PARTY WENT "KRISTEN 4 PREZ!!!! SHRIMP PARTY 2.0!!!"

Don't get me wrong, I love that Ally went for the fucking throat on vibes alone. Like, that was truly loathing at first sight and I love that for them, I really do.

BUT ALSO THAT WAS RIZ'S PLOTLINE KRISTEN. YOU HAVE LIKE THREE PLOTLINES KRISTEN. WHY ARE YOU ADDING MORE TO YOUR PLATE KRISTEN.

feeling very normal just got sucker-punched with the realization that grover was the protector assigned to BOTH of the demigods on the master bolt quest. and that he definitely has a sense that he failed them both. and that he probably views the quest as an opportunity to redeem himself. and that he told percy that his mom is alive because he couldn't change thalia's fate but maybe he can change sally jackson's and stop feeling like he failed the kid he's spent the whole past year befriending and protecting and maybe if he proves he can save someone then annabeth will forgive him ((a grudge she never held in the first place)) for failing thalia anyway like i said completely normal nothing to see here

rewatching the 1995 Mortal Kombat and Shang Tsung is SO horny for Sonya when she's fighting Kano.

Honestly, mad respect for the evil sorcerer. He did know exactly what Sonya wanted, and he was so happy to give it to her.
