Corazon

Corazon is trying everything in his power to help you go to sleep.

He's there laying in your bed and lets you pick whatever position you want to sleep in.

You want to be little spoon? Sure! He's there spooning you with his 9'7½" frame.

You wanna lay on top of him? Here, take his fluffy coat, too.

He's comfortable if you are!

He uses his devil fruit as well to block out any noise outside and is humming you to sleep as you lay with him. He's stroking your skin lovingly as he hums you a gentle tune.

He's so cute omg-

If you're sleep deprived because you're working on something, he'll ask you to take a break with him and let you finish at least one of your works first before cooing and telling you to sleep with him.

"Hon? What about a little break, hm?" Corazon kissed your cheek, leaving a little lipstick stain from where he had placed his warmth.

Sanji

Sanji is cooking meals, drinks, anything you want as you finish your work before lovingly tell you to go to bed or sleep with him with a kiss on your cheek. (If you're fine with physical affection)

He'll tell you little stories about his adventures and stuff he went through when he was still a cook in a certain floating restaurant.

Humming or singing you a song~

Sanji's been drawn by Oda with a guitar, one in a manga book cover as well if I'm remembering this correctly.

He's there strumming his instrument and even singing for you a soft song that you request or a song he improvised as he sang praises to you, nearly making you shed a tear from how genuine his every word was.

"Angel, honey? Would you like your little songbird to song you a song?" Sanji whispered as his oceanic eyes stared at you with so much love and adoration.

Koby

Koby (or is it spelt Coby?) is a sweet boy!

He's giving you little sweet kisses as he gives you little motivational sticky-notes.

"You can do it, baby!"

"You're almost there, [Name], I know it!"

If he notices you're that tired, he'll tell you to go to bed with him.

He'll hold you gently and whisper you praises as he stares at your eyes lovingly.

He's giving you little kisses on your cheeks and forehead as hums you a little tune.

I absolutely love your Pokémon au and all of your works 😭 could I ask for some fluff headcanons today? Im going through some pretty annoying bad tic days lately. (Just for some background info - tics are spasms that make your body move involuntarily, I don’t have Tourette syndrome, but I have pretty annoying ass tics lmao)

Maybe just some headcanons about how Sanji, Corazon, Koby, and Yamato would comfort a g/n or fem s/o on a bad tic day? Sometimes the tics can be where I accidentally hit myself with stuff and god I did that today with a book it hurt lmao

Sanji is very concerned that you might hurt yourself with your tics, so he's doing everything he can to help you.

He's also serving you your favorite food and band-aids just in case your tics made you hit yourself.

After seeing that you hit yourself with your book, you was quick to rush to your side and gently took your book and decided to read it to you instead. <3

He'll also go to Chopper and ask about your tics and how to help because when Chopper found out about your tics, he wanted to help. Chopper is more than glad to help!

Corazon

Big tall man was genuinely concerned when you hit yourself with one of your tics.

He doesn't know much about tics so he goes out of his way to research about it.

Cora-san is very patient with you and your tics, if one of your tics ever interrupt you speaking, he'll tell you that it's fine and you can continue.

God forbid anyone who makes fun of you for your tics because he might set an entire village down-

He'll give you his coat as well to calm you down. It's very, very, very much bigger than you and it's also very soft in the inside. It's warm as well!

"Ooh, what happens next? Hm? Oh! no, no, no, go on darling. I wanna hear more!"

Koby

I feel like Koby has a bit of knowledge of tics. Don't ask him how, you just does.

Like Corazon, he's very patient with your tics.

He's very observant of you in general because he care about you a lot. If he ever notices you're having more tics than usual, he'll ask you what's wrong and offer you some help.

He's also carrying you your things and helping you with everything he can if you let him.

When you hit yourself with your book, he's quick to rush to your side and began to soothe you.

"[Name]! Are you okay?! Oh thank God, it's just a little light bruise... Would you like me to read your book instead? J-Just in case..."

Yamato

Yamato isn't very well educated about tics so you'll have to give him a summary of it.

He's very sympathetic about your tics and offers as much help as he can.

When you hit yourself with your book, he's quick to rush to your side because he saw a tiny bruise forming and asked if you were alright.

He's also hugging you in his 8'8" height afterwards.

If your tics get worse due to stress or anxiety, he's hugging you and pulling you away from what ever is stressing you out and comforting you.

"C'mon, pups, let's go somewhere else and cuddle!"

Currently making a Kid & Killer x GN!Reader fanfic, eventual poly, very very very very slowburn (for reader, KK was already simping for them as kids/teenagers), two big men pining, shit ton of angst, childhood friends to lovers, and their relationship is based on trust a shit ton… also a lot of one-sided romance for other people who are interested in reader.

reader is afab because i have no idea how to write amab… not mentioned or will be put into much thought though.

Childhood — All Pokémons listed are the Pokémons they caught before they turned 13.

Shiny Ralts, Athena — Female

Was originally a Pokémon their mother owned until her passing. Athena stuck with them due to being the only other person in the household and also because they looked like their mother. [Name] takes great care of Athena as it was the only reminder they have of her and because she is their first Pokémon.

Ability: Synchronize

Personality: Modest (+Sp. Attack, -Attack)

Estimated level: Lv. 8-10

Pineco, Bastion — Male

During their adventures with Kid and Killer, the trio discovered a Pineco being bullied by other Pinecos and some other poison types and [Name] was quick to distract them and take away the Pineco. Pineco followed [Name] around everywhere afterwards until they received their second Pokeball and caught him with it. Upon being named Bastion, he was ecstatic.

Pokémon Egg

Gifted by their father before passing. [Name] takes great care of the egg and is often softer and much more expressive around it, acting like a mother hen. Oddly enough, sometimes they feel like someone was speaking out of the egg…

Egg Activity: It moves around sometimes and often glows.

Shiny Kirlia, Athena — Female

Athena evolved after the Kid and Killer began training their Pokémon to set out at sea. Usually, [Name] was more of a watcher but after the two found out that they were a massive planner and great with strategic play, they began to train them as well. Despite having a lot of matches with equal amounts of losing (mostly because both of the boys’ typing is very effective against Athena) and winning, Athena never evolved until the Pokémon egg they had was nearly taken away by a pack of Arboks. Yes, Kid was jealous and copes by challenging them into a fight a lot and Killer wasn’t always there to calm him down but he tries.

Held item: Twisted Spoon — It's a spoon imbued with telekinetic power that boosts Psychic - type moves.

After finding it, they immediately knew the item and gave it to Athena in a small necklace. Anyone who laughs at it will be sent into 3 walls.

Ability: Synchronize

Personality: Modest (+Sp. Attack, -Attack)

Estimated level: Lv. 21-24

Pineco, Bastion — Male

After Athena evolved, Bastion was jealous and turned insecure so he often ran off into the forest to train and level up so he could evolve. Kid was the first to find out about this and followed him one day only to find out what he was doing only to find him fighting a pack of Onix, Steelix, and various other stronger rock and ground type Pokémon. After being saved by Kid, he offered to train Bastion so he could evolve faster which Bastion was quick to agree with. Killer was the next to find out and told [Name] about it causing them to scold Kid and Bastion before going over to comfort their Pokémon. Yes, Kid was jealous of a Pokémon.

Personality: Jolly (+Speed, -Sp. Attack)

Estimated level: Lv. 16-21

Beldum, Laiser — Genderless

Laiser was a gift from Kid. Originally, he caught it after defeating it in a Pokémon battle but never really liked him, mainly because it lost out of pettiness, but when it met [Name], he immediately grew attached and often tried getting their attention. Laiser also accidentally gave [Name] a scar on their cheek that nearly reached their nose. It avoided them for a whole day before coming back to them crying. Laiser is more timid and reserved around other people and Pokémon and grows more comfortable around them when gaining its trust.

Held item: N/A

Ability: Clear Body

Personality: Timid (+Speed, -Attack)

Estimated Level: Lv. 14-16

Current — All Pokémons listed are the Pokémons they got during piracy. More will soon be caught during their journey.

[HATCHED] Lucario, Anubis — Male

[Flashback, Riolu] The egg hatched after the first month of the trio set sail into sea during a party celebration with the few members they all had. The egg was still on their lap when it hatched and it turned out to be Riolu. Riolu’s first reaction was to immediately attack [Name] with a Meteor Mash (an egg move/a move that can be learnt by a Pokémon via hatching) and immediately started a brawl between the two. The only time the newborn stopped was when they pinned him down and gained his respect. 

Anubis was named as he was because they noticed his features looking like an actual Anubis and the fact that he nearly sent them to their grave just a second he was born. And no, the OG Kid Pirates still have not stopped teasing them about it.

[Current, Lucario] Anubis is one of their most loyal and very loving Pokémon just right next to Athena. Speaking of Athena, Anubis has had a tiny crush on her ever since he had first laid eyes on her since his birth. He is very tsundere about it as well. <3

Held item: Quick Claw — A Quick Claw is an item that raises the speed of a Pokémon and gives it a 20% chance to attack first if its speed is lower than that of its opponent. It is not affected by Trick Room.

Back when Anubis was still a Riolu, he dragged his tired trainer into a snow island and forced them to train him. After fighting off many Sneasel and other various ice-type Pokémons, a certain Sneasel dropped it. Anubis was so proud that his trainer praised him that he evolved.

Also the spike on his chest nearly killed them if it wasn’t for Killer who rushed to the scene and took [Name] to the medical bay. He, sadly, only receives back hugs from them now.

Ability: Inner Focus

Personality: Brave (+Attack, - Speed)

Estimated Level (before Wano): 40-42

Shiny Gardevoir, Athena — Female

Athena has basically become [Name]’s mother figure after evolving. After a certain incident, she has grown more protective of her trainer and is there for them—Always. With her levitation and psychokinetic powers, she is the trump card of [Name]’s team. Athena doesn’t fight or battle often but will not hesitate to do so in order to protect the crew with her life. After gaining a Gardevoirite, she can easily go to her mega evolution with her long-time trainer.

Held item: Gardevorite —  It is the Mega Stone that allows Gardevoir to Mega Evolve into Mega Gardevoir.

A gift from their father before his passing. It was said to be from their mother when she still had her own Gardevoir that passed away due to protecting her from a wild Gyrados.

Ability: Synchronize

Personality: Modest (+Sp. Attack, -Attack)

Estimated Level (before Wano): 51-54

Foresstress, Bastion — Male

After evolving, he was so happy that he cried tears and rammed himself into [Name] after defeating his opponent, resulting in them having back pain for almost an entire month. Foresstress always happily lets [Name] ride on his shell as he floats and is often seen with Athena playing with the apprentices of the ship as they all happily play around.

Held item: Focus Sash — Prevents the holder from fainting in one hit.

A lot of trainers and opponents, mainly fire type trainers, were always pissed and annoyed at Foresstress’ ability to not die in one hit so after they had defeated a professional Martial Arts trainer with his Hitmonlee, they gained the item and immediately looked at each other with knowing smirks.

Ability: Sturdy

Personality: Jolly (+Speed, -Sp. Attack)

Estimated level (before Wano): Lv. 45-47

Metgaross, Laiser — Genderless

Out of all Pokemons listed, no one is as protective as Laiser was. After the incident of hurting [Name], it guards and is often seen around them, never leaving their side. The only times it leaves their side is when it’s ordered to do something else (but he finishes it quickly to go back to them) and is never seen away from them. It is simply just that over-protective. He is very careful around them, avoiding hurting them in any way possible.

Held item: Metal Coat — It allows Onix and Scyther to evolve into Steelix and Scizor, respectively, and also increases the power of the holder's Steel-type moves.

After winning a tournament with just Laiser when it was still a Metang, they were rewarded with the item. It wears the item around with one of its arms

Ability: Clear Body

Personality: Timid (+Speed, -Attack)

Estimated Level: Lv. 49-50

Abomasnow, Yukon — Male

Yukon was caught as an Abomasnow and was already high-leveled. Yukon was smaller than any other usual Abomasnows and was usually bullied and ganged up on them. [Name] and Heat were the ones who took down the other Abomasnows when they docked into the winter island. He would often stalk the humans who saved them and before departing, Yukon snuck into the ship and bonded with the crew and accepted [Name] as his trainer and master a week after, trusting them fully.

Held item: Icy Rock — It extends the duration of hail.

When was still a newly evolved Abomasnow, he accidentally ate the rock and went on about his day like nothing happened. The crew only found out about him swallowing the item during his first monthly check-up with [Name]. Yes, they passed out.

Ability: Snow Warning

Personality: Modest (+Sp. Atk, -Attack)

Estimated Level (before Wano): Lv. 41-43

Comfey, Gladiolus — Female

Gladiolus saw [Name] healing a random wild Kangaskhan and calming her easily to patch up her injured baby. The Kangaskhan was very wary of them at first and even attacked them but they easily brushed it off and managed to get the mother Pokémon to have permission to heal their baby. Gladiolus immediately came to them and let herself get caught.

Held item: Rose Incense — The Rose Incense will boost the power of Grass-type moves by 20%.

After having Gladiolus for more than 2 months, the crew docked into a random village. Gladiolus caught a whiff of the Rose Incense and was immediately attracted to it. [Name] bought and bargained for it for 3,000 Beli, it originally costed 5,000.

Ability: Triage

Personality: Gentle (+Sp. Def, -Def)

Estimated Level (before Wano): Lv. 39-40

Okay so, I decided fuck it... let's make a pokemon au. So, here we are. Uploading it on Tumblr.

This entire summary of this will be some parts of gn!reader's (Also AFAB, won't be mentioned or implied to much) pokemon team and also a small analysis of them.

Oh, before I forget... These are the stamps for each post and what it will cover.

Please note that this fic is also set in One Piece world setting. Devil fruits, haki, etc. still exist. But! I will try my best balancing everything.

Without any further interruptions, let's begin.

Summary of Life

Childhood

[Name] lived in a more slum-like side of a city in South Blue.

They lived in a 'spare-island' where scraps and useless pieces of guns, ships, and various other things were thrown there and turned into a junkyard like Gray Terminal in the East Blue.

Most of the Pokémon inhabited in the area were poison types such as Venonat, Venomoth, Grimer, Weezing & Koffing, and Dustox to name a fair few with a few rare encounters with Steel type Pokémons from the endless amounts of spare parts coming from the marines.

As for their parents, their mother was very sickly due to being poisoned by a Weezing in front of them when they were 4 years old. Their mother is a gentle, soft-spoken, loving mother who wanted what was best for [Name], always telling them to pursue their dream which caused them to get very attached to her.

Due to her sickness, they gained an ambition to become a nurse/doctor for both people and Pokémon.

They are also afraid of touching Pokémon (Similar to Lillie) after this event.

Also has a fear of Poison types after this event. Even up to the present.

After their mother’s passing, the shiny Ralts she once had was immediately attached to [Name] due to their same personality and looks, minus their eyes which they gained from their father.

They named the Ralts ‘Athena’ because it was their mother’s favorite Greek God.

Their father was a very hard-working man and didn't come home often so [Name] didn't get to know him very well. Although, he was attentive to [Name] and his wife's physical needs, but never emotionally. He was a very logical man unlike his wife's more emotional and feeling mindset.

He worked for the World Government and makes whatever the WG needs; be it greater and better pokeballs, reports, mega stones, etc. He was even said to be one of the most active and best workers in his station.

Although the pay was a good and hefty amount, it wasn't enough to save his wife, whose condition slowly began to deteriorate. Getting worse and worse each day.

They were 6 years old when their mother passed away due to the poisoning and made her body grow weaker and weaker.

After their mother’s passing, their father tried being the best father he could and noticeably tried getting home as early as he could for his child.

He often bought the things [Name] needed for their dream such as medical books and even some herbs for them to practice with.

[Name] was alone through-out their entire childhood so far until they met a certain blonde, Killer, who had no pokemon with him and was injured badly from a pack of wild pokemons.

They were quick to save the boy and with their medical training and necessary need to understand Pokémon for their dream.

Killer is their first ever friend.

Fast forward for a few months, both [Name] and Killer met Kid who was being beaten by older kids with their starter pokemon.

At this moment, Killer already had his first Pokémon, Pawniard, who easily decimated the older children's pokemons.

And so, new friend, Eustass Kid!

This will conclude childhood since we still have more to dive into. Also the fact that I would like the rest to be written as a story.

And they may or may not have attracted some Pokémons' attention…

Teenage

By the age of 14, the three had already gotten close and Kid had already gotten his starter; a Meltan.

When they were 10 and just about a week after Kid had consumed the Jiki Jiki no Mi, he accidentally attracted the Meltan with him and almost immediately, the Meltan was attached to him so he decided to catch it a week after being friends with it.

He named it Crank.

[Name] grew concerned for the tiny Meltan because it was said Meltans come in groups.

And by this time, Killer's Pawniard has already evolved into a proud and strong Bisharp.

Yes, Kid is jealous.

[Name] has already been warming up to the idea of Pokémon after an encounter with a certain pair of Pokémons. Both Kid and Killer are proud about their development after knowing what had happened and the reason behind why they were afraid.

Kid and Killer are the only people that [Name] trusts.

Their father doesn’t come home very often anymore after finding out about Kid and Killer, thinking that they’ll be satisfied with it until he eventually passes away ([Name] was 13 years old) due to body stress and exhaustion. And gave them a Pokemon egg and few other gifts to help them through-out their way.

[Name] takes good care of the egg along with Athena (Ralts) who hasn’t evolved yet despite many years because they don’t often fight with other Pokémons or spar.

Athena only evolved when they were against a wild pokemon that tried taking the egg from them.

Yes, Kid is jealous.

All three of them decided to set sail next year and train their pokémon harder in order to survive the world out there.

The rest will be shown in the story.

Current

[Name] is a part of the Kid Pirates as a doctor and tactician. They often hole up in the library or the medical bay to study or to treat both pokémons and their crewmates.

During the Sabaody arc, a group of kidnappers nearly kidnapped Athena due to being a shiny but was quickly subdued by both Athena.

[Name] causes the most havoc for the Pacifistas.

OFFICIAL KID AND KILLER X READER FANFIC INFO

Hello! You might know me as the very person who wrote about this specific post over here about my upcoming fanfic in the title over there.

Good news! I am currently working on the plot!

Not much will be changed about to things I have said in the previous post, but I'll be trying to make [Name]/the reader as much of a great character Oda makes his characters to be!

And trust me, it is not easy because their personality is going left and right because I find it hard to create an outgoing and loud character unless they're someone who I've watched many many times AKA Nami, Kid, Luffy, etc. to give a few examples

Either way, I'll be working twice as fast as soon as I'm done with my periodic exams.

And just for some more information, there will be some (like, three of them) side love interests who are also trying to pursue Reader's affection, but will remain one-sided.

These characters are... Law, Nami, and a secret character~

I'm sorry Law simps, I simp for him a bit as well but... this is a KK x Reader fic... 😔
