Kagehara wakes up his boyfriend to tell him of the dream he had, but out of context and to a normal person it sounds absolutely horrifying. Yet, Kagehara explains it as if it were a pleasant puppies and gumdrops kind of dream. Amami, half-asleep, has no brainpower to be concerned at all to what he's saying, so he just nods along to him until Kagehara was satisfied enough to let him go back to sleep.

On the other hand, once Kagehara finished his ramble and flopped back to bed (He's on the couch, Amami's on the floor next to the couch with all the pillows he stole off said couch), Amami on the thresholds of sleep, Kageguuji pipes up, but he just started muttering the Meow Mix ad theme song. He's still asleep, he's just going at it.
