@monsterkissed It was her Nanny. And she declared herself King and ruled in her own right. It's technically inaccurate to call her a "Pharaoh" because the term didn't exist at the time, but she was a ruling King, not a Queen.

Some people are just oblivious to context clues and implications. I’ve seen lots of people do LPs of RE5 and not even notice the game’s blatent racism issues.

yeah i’m avoiding watching lps of 5 just... because it feels like a plan with OOF implication areas that i just. do not wanna deal with.

Yeah, same.  I mean, I watched it originally, but I can’t go back to the Jon era anymore. The other thing too is that Danny + Arin just honestly sounds so much more natural when they play games.  Jon + Arin often sounded like he was trying too hard to be kooky... and I get that that was when GG was starting out and they hadn’t hit their groove yet, but the vibe is just so much better now.  Check out their 10 Minute Power Hour videos and it’s fantastic.

For an original fic thing I did recently I did ALL THE RESEARCH into boats and then realised my viewpoint character wouldn't know fuck all about boats.

I'll probably give up and try to order a pretty case again sometime, but everytime I look at my ugly case I'm like "whhhyy? I at least got a pink watermelon-themed case for my kindle which is so outrageously loud on the eyeballs I never have trouble finding it.

If you're not working at least 16 hours a week at the time of filling in the form you don't need to worry about it.

at the moment i have worked zero hours, i have two days training 9-4:30 and then hypothetically shadowing for 24 hours a week, and if they are paying me for any of that then there certainly haven’t been any forms to that effect but i kinda suspect they are like, Obligated To? if i am essentially being trained? and then in november there is supposed to be “induction” which fuck if i know at this point what that will entail and whether any of it will count

so yeah i am gonna be doing >16 hours imminently, possibly as early as next week, but whether or not i’m paid for any of it who even knows tho i suspect the DWP would be happy to leave that in the air while they take my benefits bc it absolutely would not count as voluntary work

i have printed off the correct form the issue then is that i can’t fill in half of it bc idk any of the pertinent pay+hours details or when i start work if i am not already work-started
