He asks you to work overtime again, and when you're leaving the building you get approached by some unsavory types... cue spiderman who swoops in to save you! he insists on keeping an eye on you every night you work overtime, and you build a little friendship that blossoms into something more.....

You're a top subscriber to your favourite camboy, w3bhe4dd, who streams every Thursday and Saturday without fail. He's everything you'd ever want in a partner; funny and charismatic and hot asf, even though you never see his face. His hands are your favourite part; big, rough palms with a spider tattoo at its base. As a college student who works and studies basically fulltime, it's one of the only times you get to relax. Your usual routine is interrupted when your usual professor for Organic Chem quits suddenly, and is replaced by none other than Mr O'hara - a PhD student trying to fill his teaching hours. He's rude and snarky, you don't make the best first impression and you're already failing his class. the floor plan is kinda like this in my head give or take.

fairly open plan with doorways, kinda cramped and claustrophobic, like an oooold ass building where things are charming but falling apart.

How do you think Miguel feels about pumpkin spice lattes as a coffee nerd

...if its from a chain store like Starbucks or Costa, he thinks it's blasphemy for sure. too sweet and overwhelming and overpriced and if he sees you buying one on a day out he's gonna scrunch up his nose and complain about it the whole time. flavour profile's all off, it's just sugar and syrup, do you really need that much whipped cream, etc etc.

but then I feel like he'd sit you down at home and makes a whole show of it, to make you a good cup of pumpkin spice his way. Using all the fancy machines and frothers, he's putting in fresh cream, vanilla and cinnamon, and a teeny tiny kick of cayenne pepper because it tastes better that way. and he's all straight-laced and trying not to smile when you sigh into the mug and say it tastes good :)

honestly, official chapters will most likely be next month? I want to have a bank of chapters written til I start back up, so that's what I'm basing it on!

I've been debating on actually sending this but I just have to tell you that I think about RM Miguel almost daily. I think you've cursed him into my mind forever (not complaining). I was rereading some recent chapters of the series and I was like dayum.... and started crying 😭😭 I'm so excited for what's to come, genuinely one of the best things I've ever read, thank you for your service you deserve every good thing in this world because I believe that authors put pieces of themselves into their writing and for this series to be so raw and emotional, I just- I can't 😫 me rn:🙇🏽‍♀️

Hey!!! First, I want to start by telling you that I've been really enjoying your college fic!! But I was also curious about Miguel's dialogue. They're a lot more polished than most of the Google-translated ones I've come across, so I was wondering if you actually know how to speak the language..?

not even a little lmfao. It's moreso dialogue from reddit, films, youtube, etc.... and I was lucky enough to have Spanish speaking beta readers but even then I get some stuff wrong! I'm more so leaning away from adding Spanish dialogue bc im definitely more prone to inaccuracies... but there are plenty of Spanish speaking fic writers who do that version of Miguel justice <3
