Kids identifying as cats, kids identifying as holograms...
What's next? Kids identifying as mechanoids and the last human?!
So obviously furries exist but the Tories and the British media trying to whip up a culture war frenzy about “Kids in schools identifying as cats” runs into one major problem…
Kids fucking love to wind adults up, especially those in positions of perceived authority.
Tumblr media
Imagine sitting in class, knowing if you say something funny that it could end up on national news because your head teacher is a frothing culture war bigot.
Imagine all the other kids going along with it and backing them up.

Muslim Woman says Britishness needs to Return - Askin the most Muslim pl...
A great example of how many issues can need to be tackled at the same time.
As our host ‘Shay’ said at the start, freedom of religion is important to the British People. We’ve had periods of brutal religious persecution during our history, and we don’t want a repetition of it.
Yes. The Church of England is the ‘official’ religion. But that does NOT mean that no one can practice any other Faith.
We have many Catholics and other Christian Denominations. We have Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Jews, Buddhists, Pagans. All free to practice, without risk of being punished for it by the state.
All that’s required is that we practice in keeping with The Law. And that’s fine by me. The Law is one of the things that unites us as British Citizens, regardless of religious and cultural differences.
Katherine Birbalsingh Dr Rakib Ehsan and others talk about Multiculturalism this way too.
People are free to practice their own faith and culture. But we should all be united by being British Citizens.
And if you’re living here, but don’t want to be a ‘British Citizen’, then one has to wonder what you’re doing here at all.
Shay talks here about a gentleman who came here from India wanting a ‘different life’. But was shocked that our country didn’t look like he was expecting.
We hear a Muslim lady talking about ‘British Values’ needing to return, because the country has changed so much.
Dammit. I’m disgusted to hear about the rise of Anti Muslim Hate since 9/11. That’s an outrage!
Have disagreements and concerns with any religion? Then a British Citizen should be free to express them.
BUT hating, harassing and abusing people, simply for practicing any particular religion? No, No, No!
No one should be judged for good or bad, simply on account of what religion they practice, or none.
Only HOW we do so, should matter.
Islamists who want to bring Shariah Law here? We should fight that, all the way.
But the many Muslims just peacefully practicing their faith should be left to do so in safety and with a respect that we have every right to ask to be mutual.
Two young Muslim guys saying that someone asked them if they had bombs inside their jackets.
If that happened, then I’m far from OK with it.
It’s one thing to challenge someone who is behaving in a suitably dubious manner.
The guy carrying the bomb at The Manchester Arena was just such a person. There should have been zero qualms about challenging him, but he wasn’t.
Quite another to ask two young men on the street if they’re carrying bombs, just because of their religion.
None of that helps us to deal with the real problems. In fact it hinders it!
There’s ZERO reasons why we can’t support people practicing their own faiths and cultures, within our British Laws.
Whilst also practicing the religious and cultural traditions that have been part of British Life for centuries, and longer.
If people want to come and share their lives with us here. Then let’s show them British Values to share and be united by, as well as having the freedom to follow their own faith.
That’s a Multiculturalism that I’ll support up to the hilt.

Is banning prayers in school discriminatory?
Michaela Secondary School and Sixth Form lead by Katherine Birbalsingh is openly secular. It is also the BEST school in the country. It has ranked number 1 for Progress 8 in the last two years. It gets better GCSE results than many private schools despite having 25% of its pupils on Free School Meals. For eight years they had no prayers in school, and provided no prayer rooms for pupils, making…

Have you listened to him talking to women?
I'm a woman and I've heard him say nothing that is denigrating to my sex.
He regards us as equals to men. I'm not seeing the issue.
As for men, who he advises on getting their handling of their lives under control.
What's the difference between a gay man and a heterosexual man, aside from same sex v opposite sex attraction?
As for him not understanding Psychology.
Have you ever listened to him at all?
And if you have, how the heck do you conclude that he doesn't know the subject he's studied for decades?
And no. He's not someone to 'worship'. There's plenty that people disagree with him about.
But he's risen to popularity, because so many people have tried what he suggests they do, and it's helped them.
Here's JP talking with Katherine Birbalsingh who leads a highly successful school in one of the most struggling areas of London.

Here he is talking with Dave Rubin. A man, married to another man, with whom I believe he's been planning on building a family.

First of all, I absolutely LOVE Katherine Birbalsingh. Having her talking is reason enough to post videos.
Secondly. I trained for teaching but never got a job.
Now with hindsight, I think that may have been a very good thing, all told.
I see top notch educators like Mrs KBS and I know I was deluded to think I could do their job at all, let alone even half so well.
And then there are the Education Ministers that we've been having recently, Bridget Phillipson being our latest one.
I'd have been pulling my hair out!

Exactly! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
There are people who use our British flag to support racism. And shame on them! Because that isn't what it should be for.
Katherine Birbalsingh has a fantastic method of bringing a sense of common purpose into the multi cultural population of her 'Michaela School' in London.
She makes sure that pupils of different races, faiths and cultures mix together, in the classrooms, in the dining hall etc.
They sing 'God Save The King' at assembly and fly our British flag. The entire reason for this is UNITY.
They may have different skin colours, different religious and cultural practices in their homes and local communities.
But they are all united by the fact that they are British Citizens.
I think that's an absolutely fantastic idea.
We've had so many excuses for divisions over the past few years.
And OK, that's people. We're all inclined to be 'tribal' given the slightest excuse.
But there are tribes that can top all the others. They aren't limited by any one race, by any one culture, any one faith, or any one political affiliation.
Firstly we can say that we're English, Welsh, Scottish or Northern Irish.
Secondly we can say that we're ALL
British. 🇬🇧
Tumblr media
Patriotism is a lively sense of collective responsibility.
- George Bernard Shaw
If only London could be kept like this. Just a reminder there is only one flag that matters under which you can have all the diversity and inclusivity you want. In France every public building and most schools have the French flag proudly flying (alongside the EU flag). Patriotism doesn’t have to be a dirty or bigoted word if we share a collective responsibility towards each other.

Dickheads of the Month: July 2022
As it seems that there are people who say or do things that are remarkably dickheaded yet somehow people try to make excuses for them or pretend it never happened, here is a collection of some of the dickheaded actions we saw in the month of July 2022 to make sure that they are never forgotten.
We have reached the point where proven liar Boris Johnson is so desperate to get through a week without taking more Ls than the Welsh dictionary that he insisted that Chris Pincher remain an MP when Pincher resigned after sexually assaulting two men and resigned as a parliamentary whip - only too discover that Pincher had already been suspended
...which led to proven liar Boris Johnson changing the official line from there hadn't been any complaints about Pincher, to how there weren't any serious complaints about Pincher, to how there weren't any specific serious complaints about Pincher, to how he forgot that he had heard complaints about Pincher - all in the space of a single morning
...and the best defence that Dominic Raab could think of was to thunder at Susanna Reid that she couldn’t describe Pincher as “guilty”, because apparently if somebody is found to have committed an offence and admitted to it there’s some other word that needs to be used
...and then along came Michael Fabricant to say that, actually, Pincher is the real victim in all of this and definitely not anybody he sexually assaulted, which isn't the first time Fabricant has come out in defence of sex pests which I’m sure has nothing to do with the Tory whips keeping notes on him being one
...which worked out so brilliantly for proven liar Boris Johnson that the resignations from his cabinet came thick and fast, as the record of six government resignations in the space of 24 hours that was set in the 1930s was smashed - as the total was up to 38
...leading to proven liar Boris Johnson managing the incredible feat of having a resignation speech where he neglected to say that he was resigning, presumably because of reports he wanted to use Chequers for his delayed wedding party
...which is somehow less peevish than Andrea Jenkyns sticking her middle finger up at a group of people outside Downing Street and then, after the non-resignation speech, haranguing them with “Who laughs last, laughs loudest” in the most January 6th manner possible - and then tried to paint herself as the victim by saying she was responding to a “baying mob” in spite the footage clearly stating that was not the case
So we can official say that Nadim Zahawi is willing to resort to blackmail to get a promotion, which he got by threatening to resign from the cabinet when Liz Truss was offered the Chancellor of the Exchequer in the wake of Sajid Javid, Rishi Sunak et all resigning en masse from proven liar Alexander Boris De Pfeffel Johnson’s cabinet
...and then along came Nadine Dorries to congratulate Zahawi on his quote-unquote promotion, in doing so she managed to draw attention to how smirking bully Priti Patel would have had him deported to Rwanda at the earliest opportunity
...and while the Tory party burned, what was Jess Phillips saying on Daily Politics?  How she was proud that she opposed Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership of the Labour party in the runup to the 2019 General Election
So when Lauren Boebert isn't spouting utterly ludicrous crap about abortion clinics murdering newborn babies, she's Tweeting death threats about Joe Biden and finding herself getting investigated by the FBI
It’s 2022 and Penny Mordaunt is still prattling on that long-debunked gibberish that the UK could not veto Turkey's entry into the UK in spite being offered numerous opportunities to admit the claim she initially made in 2016 is complete gibberish yet she continued to double down on the claim every single time, which is exactly what people want to see from somebody who feels entitled to be Prime Minister...
The cynicism of Nick Timothy and Katherine Birbalsingh in trying to use the Tory leadership not being 100% WASP men to push some bullshit agenda, with Timothy using it to attack Labour as if Diane Abbott, Clive Lewis or Chuka Umunna never stood in leadership elections while Birbalsingh tried to claim that it proves racism isn't as bad in the UK as people make out, was only made more blatant by how they both just so happened to have the same argument at the exact same time
...and then Suella Braverman came along to annihilate all this talk of “look how diverse we are!” by saying disabled pupils aren't intelligent enough to attend state school, which shows what the Tory position on anything other than cosmetic diversity actually is
...soon followed by Britain First firmly annihilating any suggestion of “diversity” by releasing a statement pledging support to Kemi Badenoch, because nothing says “diversity” like a bunch of fascists pledging their support to the candidate who fits most closely with their ideals
Particularly scummy of Marilyn Manson to think the best course of action when faced with Evan Rachel Wood’s allegations of sexual assault is to take the Amber Heard route and sue Wood for defamation, so thanks a bunch for that Amber
...that would be the same Amber Heard who is responding so well to getting shown up as a liar and an abuser in court that she's now demanding the verdict be tossed out because of whatever batshit reason Heard decided to come up with this week
Interesting how Margaret Hodge responded to the Campaign Against Antisemitism criticising Keir Starmer using the Berlin Holocaust Memorial as the backdrop for some PR photos by accusing the CAA of weaponising accusations of antisemitism for political gain...
So both Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss backed out the third leadership debate on Sky for wishy washy reasons, which of course has nothing to do with the two previous debates mainly serving to make both of them look unelectable
Quite remarkable that BMW looked at their business model and decided that, actually, they needed to follow the Activision model instead by charging people a monthly subscription fee to use their seat warmers
Unifying force Keir Starmer proved what an alternative he is to the Tories by sacking Sam Tarry from the Shadow Cabinet for joining a picket line during the RMT strikes, which also happens to be the closest he came to acknowledging the RMT strikes thus making him indistinguishable from Grant Schapps
So it transpired that Tim Davie was lying when he stated that the BBC had not received any complaints about Tim Westwood prior to his arrest for sexual misconduct, as a Freedom of Information request uncovered they had received half a dozen complains about Westwood and one of those had been forwarded to the police
According to Liz Truss the reason she became a Tory was because she saw the hardship other pupils went through when she was at school and that told her to be a Tory, even when she was addressing the 1994 Lib Dem conference.  The fact that her entire education took place under the Tory governments of Margaret Thatcher and John Major apparently escaped her notice...
Not only was Rachel Reeves responding to the question if Keir Starmer was “boring” by saying he isn't Jeremy Corbyn very poorly timed given the Forde report was finally released as there was enough bad news to bury it under to make that particular phrase hit very different, but it didn't occur to her that she answer was saying that Nadine Dorries was right when she was drunkenly calling Starmer “boring” repeatedly in Commons
It did not occur to Jordan Peterson that, in his meltdown after being suspended from Twitter for being a transphobic douche, posting a video on Youtube where he has a meltdown that has him deliver various quotes where he sounds like the world’s shittest Bond Villain
Completely unhinged shite from Siam Goorwich to tweet that Novara Media is calling for a second Holocaust and use that to joke about how that will be the basis of her next Guardian article - before setting her Twitter to private as if screengrabs don’t exist, which you would think the commissioning editor of the Guardian might be aware of
...while in a similar vein Lee Harpin responded to Audrey White giving Keir Starmer what for by claiming that she had been expelled by Labour in 2020 for antisemitism, a claim which the Jewish Chronicle almost immediately distanced themselves from for fear that Harpin would have them paying out a hefty libel paycheque to the non-expelled, non-antisemite Audrey White - before the unifying force known as Keir Starmer proved Harpin was a liar by booting her out of the Labour party a few days after the confrontation with a backdated letter dated February 2022
There was a slight issue with Lavern Spicer claiming to her echo chamber that there are no pronouns in the US Constitution: by claiming that she admits that she either doesn't know what a pronoun is, or hasn't read the US Constitution as the first word of it happens to be a pronoun
Remarkable level of carnie bullshit from Wrestling Entertainment Series when having to admit their first show was being cancelled - by blaming it entirely on the roster of talent booked for the show in a desperate bid to avoid admitting the show sold a whopping 350 tickets for the 10,000 capacity Motorpoint Arena - including the talent they were falsely advertising for the show
So can we talk about how Errol Musk has announced that he has had his second child with his stepdaughter, who he has known since she was four...no, seriously I’m asking if we can talk about it?  Because I’ve been in the shower ever since I read that sentence
No, seriously, why did Gamestop mint an NFT of the 9/11 Falling Man?
The ultra-relatable Rishi Sunak seems to have not studied geography at his £45,000 a year school, what with him first stating that Darlington is in Scotland and then following that up by saying that he is the most northern Tory chancellor for 70 years - in spite being from Southampton, while his immediate predecessor Sajid Javid is from Oldham, meaning Sunak isn’t even the most northern Tory chancellor in the last five years
It finally occurred to Michael Elgin that he hadn’t burned all of the bridges he used to be able to cross in the wrestling industry, so he decided to make sure Pro Wrestling NOAH wouldn't want to touch him with a twenty foot pole by getting himself arrested for stealing protein powder
I think somebody should tell Mary Catherine Starr that we get it: you hate your husband, so can you stop posting absurdly passive aggressive comic strips telling the world that you hate your husband and let him have that fucking smoothie in peace?
Nice work by Twitter douchebag Makavelimademein demonstrating just how desperate some WWE fanboys are getting to find a reason to scream at the internet that they don’t like AEW so that means nobody else should, by posting a bunch of photos of Eddie Kingston saying he obviously can't wrestle as he has a gut - presumably because, with Adam Cole injured, we can't get a fourth straight month of “Adam Cole’s skinny” discourse
And finally, definitely not getting deposed, is Donald Trump responding to the death of his ex-wife Ivana by posting a statement that included a donation button to his election campaign attached to it, because that doesn't look as scummy as her falling down the stairs the day before he was deposed looks suspicious - and then he buried her in a pauper’s grave on one of his golf courses so he could reap the tax benefits

Exactly.
I'm in no way condoning these riots, any more than any other riot.
This will never be an acceptable way of getting a point across.
And in most cases it does little more than get people's backs up.
However. It's duly noted that when BLM and Co were carrying out their 'voices of the unheard ' riots.
The powers that be were falling over themselves to listen to their concerns.
But now, with these riots, all that it's being put down to us 'Far Right Thugs'.
Now. I'm not saying that the rioters haven't behaved like thugs. They certainly have. 😡😡😡
And, I don't doubt for a moment that there will have been Far Right Louts who were happy to fan the flames, for their own ends.
BUT never once have the government considered that there might be legitimate concerns needing to be voiced.
Because whenever anyone has tried to reasonably voice them, they've been called Far Right.
It's interesting to note, that many British people voicing these concerns are not white.
Many of them are first, second or third generation immigrants.
They've embraced Britain as home and love it deeply.
They want the best for all our people, because they know what alternative life styles there are in the.world.
Absolutely nowhere's perfect. But they state that Britain is a whole lot better than what they are their families left behind.
Such people show what immigration, done the right way, can do for a country.
And I joyfully embrace them as my compatriots.
Being British is our Nationality. It's not based solely on race.
We can be different races and /or religions, but we unite in our love for the country we call home.
Immigration, under next to no control and in numbers that would be hard to keep track of regardless.
That brings only chaos.
And as London headmistress Mrs Katherine Birbalsingh says.
Successful multiculturalism relies on shared goals and values.
We haven't been putting enough focus on this.
Have your own faith and culture, by all means. As long as you practice them with respect to British Laws and Values.
youtube
But we should also be able to meet together under the banner of being
English, Welsh, Scots, N Irish and all of us together as British.

Go for it, Your Majesty. Show our Prime Minister how it's done. ❤
Absolutely the riots were disgraceful. There was no excuse for them, or for attacking the moaque.
BUT our Prime Minister.needs to.take better notice of British people's concern about out of control immigration.
And just remember that this doesn't only means British Citizens who are white.
There are also plenty of first, second or third generation immigrants who want to protect the Britain that they or their families travelled so far to make a home un.
Multi Cultural Society (And I get this from London Headmistress Katherine Birbalsingh) doesn't meant not having a specifically British Culture and Values.
This is acute crucial. If different cultures are going to.live together harmoniously, then there needs to be something that unites us all, something that different groups of people can have as a common denominator.
And that, in our case is being British Citizens.
