remade the silly funny fanbot!!

(anatomy notes below, will reblog w backstory at some point)

Anatomy Notes!!

- 7 (that's what we'll call this bot bc idk their name yet) was built with two voice boxes, one that sounds femme and one that sounds masc

- the two voice boxes connect and 7 can switch between them like how birds sing with two different octaves at once

- 7's chest cavity is full of music box, voice box, and a boiler for energy

- the music box is curious; 7 can compose pretty much any songs they want with it

- they're able to customize the songs by using internal lil grabbers to switch out bumps and parts on the music box wheels

- 7 was made primarily for adventure and space travel, but also had the ability to sing due to their creator's tone-deafness

- the creator was really tone deaf, needed comfort, was a little crazy, and wanted to pursue his research of space, so 7 is kind of an amalgamation of all those

- 7 is about 63 years old but robots don't age so HA (acts about 14-19)

- space!!!!!! is cool!!!!!! and so are music boxes!!!! and having a weird imagination!!!!!!!!!!!

- joints were not made right, they were made with the goal of letting 7 move with more fluidity (so they wouldn't feel so awkward/stiff), but it backfired, and now all 7's joints can do when they try to move fluidly is lock up ;-; (they keep a good attitude about it tho!!)

I finally got around to reading the Cavalcadium and here's how it made me feel but I'm not going to tell you which part I read, just give the reactions.

Despite being one of my favorite tunes from spg, I don't think much about them tbh

All of the spg heroes feel like just silly little guys that live wandering around somewhere in kazooland. Thinking about possible interactions between them is pretty fun tho, so maybe him and Delilah have some kind of frenemy stuff going on :]

hello new friend! i'm mostly a lurker but i like to crawl out from my cave to post something SPG-related once in awhile!

1.) i have heard OF the mechanisms, but i don't recall having listened to anything of theirs on purpose (nor would i recognize it).

2.) ghost grinder #1 for sure but the pulls and bad days on the horizon music videos really pop for me lmao

3.) my favorite bot is gg

4.) i was looking for the gif of gg from shine bright like a diamond to answer this but found this animated gif of ollie i made in the gif list and got distracted lmao

i can't find it in the gif search anymore or on google but its the part at like minute 3 in the music video where she's waving her arm in the air lmao

5.) i DOOOOO have a fanbot sort of kind of technically but also not i have Sonnie the solar-powered failed idol bot who is just a robot that's a fan of the silly robot band and has absolutely no lore association tied to them because i was too lazy to do (back then) 10 years worth of lore reading

6.) to reiterate, i am too lazy to do 15+ years worth or lore reading and just like the band as artists, musicians, and goofy goobers

I have heard of and listened to a bit of the Mechanisms. I like them and their whole vibe but I never got super into them!

My favorite SPG album, I think, is either Vice Quadrant or MK III. I really love Hatchworth songs

The Spine as always been my favorite 🦖 I just love what he brings to dynamic and his range is everything. I do love Rabbit’s lyricism the most though and she’s a very close second 💚

I don’t really have a favorite picture of them but here’s some good memes. (bottom middle is not mine so credit to that person!! Also @elven-e-girl made the top left one)

I do have an old fanbot! Her name is Progress and she’s made of Gold and her whole backstory I made up involves The Carousel of Progress and Disney lore because I was having A Time when I made. Though! I cannot art! So this was made by the lovely @renaissaniccatherine 💜💜

- I’ve definitely heard of the Mechs. I’m not really into it, but having only seen a few photos of Drumbot Brian, I would die for him.

- Favorite Album is 1896 (for Zer0) and My favorite song would have to be Overdrive.

- Favorite bot is Zer0 through and through!

- I have tons of fanbots, however my main ones are n0vA & Rexy!

it's a kingdom in kazooland! ignatius becile lives there (or at least, has lived there at one point. becile lore is few and far between)

he's supposedly mining rock candy and attempting to build a universe-conquering army, as recent as 2011.

I can't find it (it's the one of Upgrade handing a kid a bear) so have this one

I have 2! They're named Luna (1960's pop style) and Sol (1970's punk style) and they have a lot of lore! They were built for Dreamland in New York (their original names were Elizabeth and Edward Dream, 'cause they're twins) but when the park burned down Edward was stolen by the Beciles while Elizabeth was pulled into the future to be repaired but her memories of Edward had to be wiped because her memories were damaged. And then she was renamed Luna and given to Luna Park. There's more but I'm not putting all of it here.

I'm gonna be real with you. I have never had any idea what's happening in Kazooland and at this point I'm too afraid to ask.
