It's been a day. I've been out doing research. My allergies are killing me. So...keto Starbucks. Nitro Cold Brew, heavy cream, sugar free cinnamon dulce syrup. It's perfect! Which I desperately need. I've been really bad this week. Sometimes I crave sour. Like LOTS of sour...sour punch straws, sour jolly ranchers...so much sour I make my teeth and mouth hurt. It's bad. It's time to get back on track. Hopefully, my sour craving is done for now. Please. But because of that my sugar has been crazy up and down, and I'm thinking that my allergies could be bad because of the sugar. My sinuses are just crazy painful. I've been shoving water down trying to get all the sugar out.
