SIF  SCOFFED  AT  THE  NOTION  OF  MOVING  A  STAR  OUT  OF  ITS  ORBIT .    something about the act being  '  foolish ,  childish ,  completely futile ' .    and Thor would normally fall to obedience wherever Sif was concerned ,  but surely she wasn't right this time   ?     not when the brothers considered their combined strength ,  their bravery ,  their willpower ,  their ever - expanding capabilites .    and so the brunet is left doing nothing but agreeing enthusiastically with his blond counterpart ,  nodding encouragingly and clapping him on the shoulder .          ❝      you are    !    and I think we should prove it ,  once and for all .      ❞

it is a rare act of affection when she wraps her arms around her cousin, one usually reserved for those closest to her. chin rests upon his shoulder as she moves her hand in circles on his back. perhaps they are a family bound together by tragedy, forever facing one loss after another. doomed to repeat a cycle over and over again the moment there is stability. after all-- was it not some decades ago that his father lost his brother ( again and again ) for what seemed to be forever?
