i think you're the only person (besides me) who i've ever seen drawing solaire w darker skin im extremely happy

i’m really glad you like his design, i put a lot of effort in it!

actually i’m gonna speak on it a little; i think i’ve said this before but i use colours as character traits when building people and for sol i've put together this palette

it feels like wet moss! i’m not gonna get too subjective here, i still want you to follow this train of thought, so. moss. greenery. earthly deep shades of polished wood. i feel like this is where the sun worship starts since, truly, a sun wouldn’t worship itself. 

the life, the greenery, the visceral shade of being alive - this is what fully appreciates the sun, does so from the core of its being, by virtue of living 

other than that his canon model looked too much like anders so like. eh. i feel like with him comes the mindless idealization and im not a fan of that. hides all the reality of it behind a poor-saintly-white-dude-who-suffers-:(

yeah that part im not really worried about but its more like

1) i dont remember if i said i would just like pledge money or donate money (oral pledges to nonprofits can be legally binding but i was only on the phone so i doubt anything legally binding can just be made over the phone, especially since i Did Not share any personal/financial situation)

2) some scammers are nasty enough to record you saying ‘yes’ to some of their questions first off the bat so that they can use your voice to authorize transactions without your permission, i have no recollection of that happening but i’m still anxious about that too which is why i got all my bank/phone stuff together

Why did you create your blog?: Back when I was like 12/13 I wanted to create a live-blog style of thing but I didn’t have interests (lmao) and my daily life was boring and somehow I ended up making a tumblr instead. I started off in fandom spaces and just migrated over into more aesthetic stuff.

What do you post?: Mostly aesthetic stuff (including fashion and art etc etc) with a bit of fandom and political and it is my personal blog so I do post about when I’m feeling crap and beg for attention and whatnot

How did you get the idea for your URL?: uhhh i chose this back when my depression was bleeding into my identity and I was very “space and oceans and nothingness” but also a void kraken is such a space pirate aesthetic which is my true self how could i not

-Tib has had almost the exact same haircut since he was young so I didn’t draw an example. He’s also a cartoonishly bright redhead (natural redhead too)

-Sliabh had/has really thick heavy curls ever since she was little that was definitely a source of pride. When she escaped execution and arrived in Yharnam, she ended having a God’s Mightiest Mental Breakdown and cut most of it off with a knife

-She keeps the mullet now though but I imagine if she regrew it and didn’t put it in a ponytail it would look like this
