The first time Papyrus lifted you up in the air to kiss you, it was ungraceful. Your feet were dangling and you were starting to lose your grip on him. You gracelessly slid down the lanky skeleton as the kissing was getting worse. No, it’s nothing against Papyrus at all! It’s just... none of you did anything to stop you from slipping.

After a lot of floundering and apologizing, he cleared his throat.

“I believe I have a solution to this issue.” His voice wavered from confident to soft.

“What’s that?” You asked.

“You could... You could wrap your legs around me.”

The two of you fell silent as both of your faces exploded into color.

“O-Oh--”

“Of course, if you are not comfortable with that, we can just find a counter for you to sit on for me to kiss you-”

“No! It’s okay! As long as you’re okay with it, we can do that! ... Are you okay with-”

“I am okay with it!”

“Okay! Cool!”

The two of you stood uneasily. You were unsure of what to do. How do you even kiss someone again after such a series of awkward events? Clearly the answer was to kiss him again but-

Papyrus wrapped his arms around you again and brought you back into a gentle kiss. You kissed him back, wrapping your arms around his neck. As he lifted you up, you hesitated before you slowly wrapped your legs around his body. The moment you did, the kiss slipped from gentle to passionate.

Well.

Maybe he should carry you like this and kiss you more often.
