Fanart based on a moment from chapter 3 of @helioshellion‘s amazing yakuza fic Phantasmagoria on ao3! This is probably one of my favorite Haruka and Majima interactions ever, it’s such a gut punch. I’m not good at putting my appreciation for things into words, but I will say this: reading this fic is like experiencing an entire game, it’s honestly insane. Every character feels real, and    the trauma, emotion, flaws, derangement, depression, THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT is written so magically. The way that the plot affects the characters !AND ME! With its references and mirroring of the casts past is just… also, amazing Nishida & Haruka representation. (I love Nishida now?) And bruh…. AOT Fic Recs 10 : Survey Corps Veterans

This weekend’s spoilers were just so heavy, I had to take a break from Tumblr for a day or two to breathe. The last time I was this affected over a character was in 2018 (I think every SNK manga reader knows who I’m referring to).

One of my favourite scenes from Chapter 8 of Little Blade by lilflowerpot.... or at least a uh, very loose and trashy self-indulgent re-interpretation of it.  What do you mean this isn’t how Lotor actually reacted?  

If you enjoy Keitor, Matt Holt, A+ characterisations and character interactions all around, and top-notch world-building/headcanons (especially those of the Galra persuasion), I cannot recommend this fic highly enough.
