Have u considered a phantom of the Opera au with yandere sabo as the phantom, Ace as raul, and Luffy as christine?

ive never seen the phantom of the opera so i have no idea who raul is lol but yandere sabo is always a good time so i instantly approve

okay i read the tvtropes page and i still don’t know whats happening but i know who raul is now! so progress

sabo’s family sucks so it wouldn’t surprise me that luffy, with his big heart and how he genuinely doesn’t care about the burn scar taking over half of sabo’s face and making him blind in one eye, would be someone that sabo would pretty quickly obsess over

ace fairs a little better here, he’s part of the whitebeard group so he actually has support after the sucky start to his life, so when he and luffy fall in love he doesn’t rely on luffy to be his absolute everything unlike sabo who feels he’s nothing without luffy and therefore luffy has to be with him ace already has everything he has NOTHING luffy im NOTHING without you and luffy’s like wow that sucks man as he sips his starbucks lol im sorry

oh it says that christine/luffy tries to escape the phantom via suicide?? wtf i thought this opera was a romance between the two of them modern media has lied to meeeee but maybe that’s where luffy’s face scar/chest scar comes from? he either stabs himself in the face or he tries to burn himself alive. of course if he does the last one sabo is ognna be like you want to be like meeeeee i-im so happyyyy and luffy is like i have so many regrets right now ace HELP MEEEEEEE

but in the end phantom/sabo lets christine/luffy go to be with raul/ace and then he dies? tvtropes doesn’t tell me how he dies is this a lie is sabo like i’ll let you be with ace uwu and then follows them around everywhere with a promise to himself that if ace proves himself unworthy of luffy’s love he’ll give him what he deserves. and we all know ace will never be able to live up to those standards.

(and then canon!asl brothers are watching this movie and sabo is like IM SORRY I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER and ace is like one day i’ll be enough sabo: I’M SORRYYYYYYYY luffy: wow! ive never committed fratricide before but today is the lucky day! hey sabo is it still fratricide if its another version of you sabo: h-how do you know that word)

idk if you know yandere simulator but i can just imagine sabo being yandere-chan and luffy being senpai, and then one of the missions is to fake ace/zoro/law/or any love rival for luffy's love's suicide or drown him in the school fountain

i know yandere simulator!! im always watch kubz scouts yandere simulator videos the moment they come out :Dthe thought of sabo acting like yandere-chan is fricking hilarious, poor love rivals. at least these one’s would be able to fight back i guess? unlike poor kokona who keeps getting rekt lmao could you imagine him trying to do some of her stuff?? poisoning the bento boxes wouldnt work because sanji would somehow find out and kick his arse, but drowning would TOTALLY WORK BECAUSE MOST OF THEM ARE DEVIL FRUIT USERS, and burying a sleeping ace would be surprisingly effective lol

So I'm writing this fic where the WB pirates end up raising ASL from when Luffy's like 2 yo, and I have every intention to get the "Shanks rescues Luffy" thing in via some slavers kidnapping our adorable little Luffy. And I 100% intend to have Ace and Sabo get a teeny bit protective of their baby bro after that (I love brocon/yandere Ace and Sabo okay), because the WB pirates certainly aren't helping with their "touch our bros and die" attitude. Thought I'd share this with you 'cause of Y!Sabo

honestly if you arent writing yandere overprotective ace and sabo then are you even writing them at all??? lmao but seriously that sounds so cute omg thank you for telling me! :D “shanks rescues luffy” is so cute....... i love that so much dad shanks rescuing luffy omg....... and then giving him to whitebeard because shanks cant take care of him but whitebeard can (and then they can meet up and also freak out the world government at the same time its perfect)

the timeline sounds interesting, so if luffles is 2 then sabo and ace would be five right? unless this is another thing youre majorly changing he left his family at five years old and met ace around that time i think? so thats another dynamic you could check out too, ace and sabo wouldnt have the same friendship with each other that they do by the time luffy joins them“touch our bros and die” idk they werent very good at that at marineford lol im sorry

my friend and i went to the one piece store in oosaka, and she was so creeped out by sabo it was glorious. she kept saying things like "why are his eyes so big and evil? why does he have such creepy eyes?? he's terrifying is he seriously meant to be one of the good guys???" i wish i could say i influenced her opinion on him but no, she was freaked out all on her own :')

How would you feel if instead of Sabo setting sail first then getting hit by a Celestial Dragon, it was Ace (for some circumstance) and Luffy WITNESSED IT ALL. Sabo after escaping and hearing the news feels something awaken inside of him (yandere). He raises Luffy but because he's so afraid of losing Luffy that he asks Luffy to stay with him and join the Revolutionaries and after that they can be pirates, but Sabo's true intentions is to keep him forever so he won't lose Luffy.

@autistic-luffy this kinda sounds like what we were talking about, what would have happened if sabo was the brother that lived instead of ace!!

and this has been in my asks for like ages now and i never ended up getting around to answering it because ????, but thats mainly because i cant think of anything to say that could possibly make this better and i feel bad for depriving the world of this ask for so long so here it is and bask in its glory with me (and someone should totally write this into a genuine fic hint hint nudge nudge)

it’d be cool to try and figure out how plot points get from a to b in this fic, for what reason would ace leave? maybe instead of it being on the boat he interrupts the parade in goa kingdom instead because theyre the reason sabo was so badly burnt, half blind due to the burning of grey terminal, and now luffy is terrified of fire (always a fav. headcanon of mine) and in this world dadan never managed to pin ace down and force him to face reality and sabo never died for him to face reality and he feels guilty and hates himself for letting his brothers, the only people who ever truly loved him, become the way they have so he does what he thinks is best, he goes and he fights or at least he tries to fight but the world was always going to be too big for that 10 year old boy and he learns this the hard way, shot dead in the middle of a parade celebrating the murderers in front of him, surrounded by cheering forms of filth who thank the celestial dragons for getting rid of the trash from out of the kingdom, surrounded by not people who love him, who would die for him, his family, but instead by everything he hates most. 

but even in death ace is a member of the D. family, and even though this might be the end, he died because of his own actions, because they shot him for him, not because of his father or because he has the blood of a devil running through him, but because he made a stand against tyranny and although it was futile and he was too small to truly make a difference, a difference he still made. and he smiled, because he knew that although it might not be a big family, his brothers were still his family and even as he died for who he was he knew that he was loved for who he was as well, and for ace, what could be better than that? those around him might not have wanted him to live, but there were those that did, and that was enough to make ace smile even as he passed on because just before he died he realised that he wasnt just surrounded by trash, but also a shining gem, a beautiful contrast to the ugliness surrounding them and even though a part of ace felt bad for letting his little brother see this, he was still glad that he mattered enough to be the reason for such a look in luffy’s eyes)

or some shit like that idk but theres some bullshit about why ace died and i got in half blind sabo and terrified of fire!luffy in one line so yay me i guess

I actually wrote a yandere sabo & ace fic a few months back I'm laughing, but then again all these asks and ur A+ answers made me wanna write a fic where sabo just, just hugs luffy give the kid a hug he deserves a brotherly hug

when I read your yandere thing about sabolu and skulls, I couldn't help picturing a scene where sabo does crush the skull into fine powder n gives that to luffy. he's like "everyone who stands in your way will be reduced to dust" luffy's not really listening bc he's busy dipping a finger into the mystery powder and giving it a taste test. "SPIT IT OUT, LUFFY," yells someone from the crew. and then they forcefeed him the strongest alcohol they have to clean his mouth. no more skull dust for luffy
