One Piece Ship Week in July!

The One Piece Ship Week is back!

I know it’s really late to announce it, but honestly being an adult is… exhausting. And boring. And exhausting again.

Anyway the week will take place from July 1st to July 7th and here are the prompts:

Day 1: Dreams

Day 2: Seasickness

Day 3: First/Last Fight

Day 4: Promise

Day 5: Lost

Day 6: Lazy Day

Day 7: Free Day <3

The rules are still pretty basic:

- Any type of art (fanfiction, fanart, edit, headcanons, etc) is welcomed. You may translate or repost something that hasn’t been made by you only if you have the explicit permission of the creator and credit them.

- Use the tag #opshipweek or #opshipweek2024 in the first five tags of your post so I can reblog your entry (late entries are accepted but early entries are not).

- Romantic and platonic relationships are both accepted

- NSFW content must be tagged as such and trigger warnings must be written in the tags of your post

- Finally, as it is an even where all ships are welcomed, please don’t hate on other ships or characters

Im likely biased but I want Koby to join the Revolutionary Army SO BADDDD!!!

(MARINE FORD + EGGHEAD SPOILERS, IM ANIME ONLY DONT LEAVE MANGA SPOILERS PLS!!)

I’ve never liked the idea of Koby being a Marine.

His dream wasn’t specifically to join the Navy; it was to help those who can’t protect themselves. He just concluded that being a Marine was the way to achieve that.

He has been hesitant and critical of the Navy from the start, and he has very little trust in them. He even berates himself at the thought that any Navy soldiers would save him after being taken to Pirate Island.

From his speech during Marineford to his resignation to join SWORD, he has shown little faith in the Navy. I believe he would be much better suited to the Revolutionary Army. They are the ones doing the real work of protecting citizens and have built a genuine community.

I feel that once he understands the good the Revolutionary Army does and learns about the Navy hiding the gap year, it would make the most sense for him to join them.

I also really want to see his dynamic with Sabo! They’d be so adorable together; I need to see them fawning over Luffy. Even aside from Luffy, I think they’d have a strong bond, and I really hope Oda explores it in the future!

Ace being some type of famous person and private about his personal life especially his partner(s)

so when they did a recent interview with him after he announced the birth of his baby, they asked who’s the “mother” of both his newborns and he automatically responded with “my brothers,” a few seconds later he realized what he said and panicked so he punched the reporter and camera man.

The whole “my brothers this- my brothers that” became a genuine real thing behind the cameras…

theres this comic i saw on twitter that i haven't been able to find again and it's been KILLING ME I've been searching for months and feel like it was probably in someone's likes but I can't access those anymore

it was an acelu, sabolu comic where 40yr old ace meets 19 luffy and ace is like omg its luffy and then sees rhe scar on luffys chest and I think grabs him maybe? And asks who hurt him but when he looks up luffy is like shellshocked/crying or smth so instead ace just kinda hugs him ans then the next couple of pages it's sabo and luffy interacting and sabo gives luffy a hug???? it was cute and sad AND ALSO ACE WAS SUPER HOT bur now I can't find it again hoddamn it

I can't even remember what language it was in so I don't even know where to begin searching hurk

Had a dream that was sorta a mix of one piece and spiderverse

But not really, basically just one piece with dimensional travel.

In this sabos universe he lost both his brothers, so he seeks them in other universes, accompanied by this shadow thing that let's him cross universes

And he finds a luffy that lost both his brothers and they find comfort in eachother and stuff. But sabo becomes like super obsessed and possessive cause of this shadow

Also sabo tried to find an ace that lived without just kidnapping him from his other brothers but he couldn't so luffy and sabo just live without an ace

Though with how obsessive this sabo gets he might honestly kidnap an ace that had a happy ending and had both brothers

Might make something out of this

Probably gonna a fanfic with illustrations-

Also weirdly wanna draw sabo with an eyepatch so might mix that in there somewhere
