Did you know......that gluten free doesn't mean carb, calorie fat or sugar free. You absolutely will gain fat/weight if you are wrecklessly chowing down on the "gluten free" goodies if you are constantly at a caloric surplus. Many times, companies are putting the label "gluten free" just to attract you into buying it...😔💵💸 Why would drink products that you know doesn't contain wheat, have it on the label? 📌 Unless you have had adverse reactions to foods with gluten, why are you cutting it out....because it sounds cool? ⤵ C'mon, you're smarter than that, don't follow trends to fit in. 🙈 My favorite candy, Strawberry @twizzlers has a label, "fat free" on it, so do you think it means I can eat the whole bag in a day and not have to worry about the calories or carbs...since there's no fat in it?
