I don’t normally post this kind of stuff but today is #worldmentalhealthday so I’m going to lay it out there. Over the winter I was hit by anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder so bad I couldn’t eat or function normally. I lost lots of weight and felt sad and scared all the time. This song came to me when I needed it most. BTS and Suga in particular pulled me out of a really dark place and I am forever grateful for them. Because of them and Exo I was able to get out of my head and get the help I needed.
