Everyone laughed at SPARTACUS but all we had to do was ‘diggaman’ and wait for the other shoe to drop.(red team engagement for RedSeal).
“Hacker's claims met with flat denials and skepticism by most of the security industry” Brother Spartacus was correct.
No one can believe that a group would share the exploits of it’s investor, employer, former employer, contract holder, and UBER spy agency CIA. Even my daily CTF Buds (Sources close to DEF CON also say the claims in the published letter aren't real). The letter was real (former U.S. government hackers and contractors in an unauthorized manner) and my statement to made months before implicated Mr DOT as the ending PERIOD of the first sentence. Where more releases were to come.

The facts remain to be true as SPARTACUS SAID:
1. Contractors shared government SECRETS. The archive appears to have been circulated among former U.S. government hackers and contractors in an unauthorized manner.
2. August 2016 Spartacus was trying to point the new media to the CIA Files.
3. Spartacus had hoped that if you find one leak another will come! The CIA and NSA Files were leaked by the same person/people/Group. And that in August of 2016 the CIA files were not yet in the hands of WIKILEAKS.
4. WIKILEAKS only got the CIA files as a Christmas gift to confuse the NSA investigation with real live fire!
5. SPARTACUS saw handled and reviewed many files/folders/archives on the day he saved the Terminator. And to tell Unicorn or Deadpool of the CIA files before release would implicate himself as the leaked source.
6. SPARTACUS witnessed NSA KIT and EMBEDDED KIT CIA along with 4 of the FVEY repositories waiting to find an ear with the public mind.
7. Russia? Maybe not. SPARTACUS understands this RUSSIAN fear among us is false and only a distraction to what the real truth is........

Talking about surprising and useful functions of PHP, there exist a number of technical functions apart from the basic ones which are usual and mostly known to all who claim to be knowing PHP in the most basic ways. These are the beneficiary that one can enjoy in PHP.
Like you could be liking implode() to join arrays together into a string. There are many more functions of such kinds that you can find more pleasant in PHP and which would be the part of further discussion.

I came across PHPBot the other day (not to be confused with Botman or Fondbot) - a "chatbot" which helps you look up PHP manual entries and generates example code for them.
If you follow me on Twitter, you know I don't believe in chatbots being chatbots - as someone who's built some for both commercial purposes and personal ones, and as someone who was around in the age of IRC auto-responding scripts, I see chatbots as a little more than a marketing fad designed to impress today's Snapchat generation. However, every now and then one will appear that's actually useful. Could this be the one? Let's take a look.
