Se acercó con él.—¿Es por eso que no te encontraba? ¡Me tenías preocupado! ¡Te pudo pasar algo y yo ni enterado!—Gritó a la desesperada acercándose a Kellan para tomar su brazo.—Déjame ayudarte, yo me encargo. Eso quedará en segundos—Replicó mientras se mordía la muñeca para acercarla al brujo.—Bien, bebe—No lo pidió lo ordenó, dándose cuenta que hasta el momento no había dejado hablar a Kellan. Pero, lo que le importaba en ese momento era que Kellan estuviera bien y esa herida sanara para que pudiera darle una explicación.

You’re my, my, my, my… lover 🥹

Lover was Taylor’s seventh studio album - and her third consecutive album making tracks with The Recording Academy’s Producer of The Year (2022, 2023) Jack Antonoff. Jack and Taylor are credited as the main producers and writers for many of the tracks on Lover. Taylor also brought long time collaborator Joel Little into the project, with him being credited as a producer on tracks “The Man”, “Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince”, “You Need To Calm Down” and “ME!”

In my opinion, Lover contains some of Taylor’s most unique sounding pop tracks that we’ve heard from her. “The Archer”, “Death By A Thousand Cuts”, “Afterglow” and “It’s Nice To Have A Friend” are examples I would use to describe Taylor’s extremely fresh way of approaching a pop/electropop track. There’s something so addictive in the beats they laid down in this album.

Lover also has some of my favorite lyrical runs of all time.

“Lyrical smile, indigo eyes, hand on my thigh, we could follow the sparks, I’ll drive.”

I am also absolutely obsessed with this album’s aesthetic, it is so pleasing and Taylor always puts SO much into her music and works really hard to make every listen an EXPERIENCE.

The videos for the singles on Lover won Taylor a few VMAs - in 2019 “YNTCD” won Video of The Year & Video for Good, “ME!” won Best Visual Effects, and in 2020 “The Man” won Best Direction (go Taylor!).

I was so excited to make another post for this album since the Live from Paris records dropped. They are so stunning and look gorgeous next to the rest of the merch 😍 Whats your favorite Lover era moment? 💘
