This year i discovered this beautiful series. Music lovers will definitely love this series as well as the songs. This is a Story of an ordinary boy who has a Dream of becoming the 'Sangeet Samrat' like his Grandfather Radhe Mohan Rathore (Naseeruddin Shah). The series is taken place in Jodhpur, when Panditji (Naseeruddin Shah) makes his pupils to sing the most difficult ragam. Radhe,in the beginning, dreams of getting गंडा बंधन from Panditji. It is very difficult to get गंडा बंधन as you have to sing the difficult ragam and those high notes. Radhe was applied to a job by his father,so he had no time to practice,but still he manages it. On the other hand, Tamanna Sharma(shreya Choudhary), a pop singer dreams of singing with Queen Elli(her role model). Her first song flops and tamanna is in big trouble as she has no idea what to do. She reaches Jodhpur and decides to organises a concert. And it turns out to be A amazing concert. Radhe meets her for the first time in her own concert. This meeting will turn his life with more challanges and leads to many missions. A third character enters the Series. Digvijay,played by Atul Kulkarni has done an brilliant job in this series,in other words,he was the star(for me). Digvijay meets his father after many years and puts up a challenge to the Rathore Family. The challenge was between him and his father but his father wasn't in a good condition so he challenged Radhe. The Sangeet Samrat! The sangeet samrat is the biggest competition of all time. They had 3 rounds. Instrumental round,bhav round(you can choose any emotion and sing a song from any one) the last round, everyone's favourite, Julgalbandi round. This series shows the importance of music as well as how beautiful music is.

I recommend you to watch this series in amazon prime video. And also the songs of this series are really amazing as well as soothing. Starts with Title track and goes till Labb Par aaye(song for loved ones). Virah sung Shankar Mahadevan is a song where a person is separated from his/her loved ones. Sajan bin aaona mohey bindiya,it is a fusion song sung by shivam mahadev and Jonita gandhi. Garaj Garaj aaj meg ghanan ghana chayo re sung by Ajoy Chakraborty and Javed Ali. Labb Par aaye geet suhane maanena jeeya raah laak bahane sung by Javed Ali
