The most important question one will ever ask you: drinking milk makes you sleepy or wakes you up?

I don't drink milk because #lactoseintolerantlife, but when I was a child I used to be The Milk Bitch™, I'd drink it to wake up in the morning AND to fall asleep in the evening, especially after parties if baby me got home late (i.e. ten in the evening).
