Of course I went for the Mixed Grill Platter @brassandcopperofficial First of all, the food took forever! Like an 1hr+.. then finally it was out, got a bit excited ready to dig in... ⁣ I go straight for the beef slices and I was disappointed guys, the beef itself was off, the creamy sauce made me nauseous, it wasn’t not right. The beef skewer wasn’t anything special, wish it was more tender⁣ ⁣ 🍤: The prawns had a fermented taste to it, couldn’t go further and as for the Sausages: nothing to write home about, it was foul! @hsegourmet omg, when I saw my meal arrive, I was speechless! The plating, colors, garnish, like I was lit. This is the Braised Short Ribs, I really loved the mash potatoes, creamy goodness but you see that sauce Yh, i thought it was like bourbon but it’s actually dark gravy and I wasn’t fund of it, got overwhelming honestly just ended eating just all the areas the didn’t have the sauce.. That being said the food was honestly great but due to my intolerances I just couldn’t keep it down but would definitely be returning soon! This was one I was really excited about @orchidhouselagos (Kao Pad Kra Pao+Kai Dew) meaning (Spicy Thai Holy Basil rice) because of the eggs topped on with the prawns.
