Did you guys know there’s a secret to cooking dry beans that doesn’t take 10000 hours?? Its a pressure cooker. Dry beans to perfectly cooked in maybe half an hour

#I’m still experimenting w the different times for different types of beans #my parents got a ninja foodi air fryer/pressure cooker and i only use it for beans. bc i hate. not being able to taste & season as i cook #but it’s worth it to not spend three hours waiting on beans #last night i made white beans with beer and jerk seasoning on coconut rice. btw
