It’s sushi time somewhere! Not here sadly, but somewhere😆 Have you ever had so much on your to-do list you completely draw a blank when you get time to work? 🙃 This happened the other day, the kiddo nixed naps months ago, but has suddenly wanted to take them again. I’m not complaining! Well, once he fell asleep I went to work on my list and FORGOT! EVERYTHING! I believe this may be the last of these leaf trays I will be able to make this year, sadly. The walnut leaves I use for these are getting harder to find, as they are from saplings and the bugs find them delicious apparently. This one was very long and thin but I think will make for a beautiful sushi plate! I will be focusing my efforts on red bud leaves for now, and maybe dabble with ivy. I’d like to get a stock of leaves so I can continue making over the winter. I’m also trying some new things like adding holes and feet for soap dishes.
