Teruntuk keluarga kecilku, mungkin aku tak pernah mengatakan apapun secara langsung. Namun kalian begitu berarti buat bund2, bkn lgi teman tp kalian adalah keluarga. Di masa depan nanti, tetap jdi keluarga ya? La era digital implica la transformación digital, está nueva era no es la primera revolución tecnológica de la humanidad, como todo el mundo sabe, antes han habido otras como la revolución industrial. Todas se han dado a raíz de una transformación tecnológica, originando un cambio en los actos de los consumidores, en el mercado y en la sociedad en general.

En esta nueva era se han generado nuevos perfiles de consumidores: los Millennials. Ellos han sido los causantes de los e-commerce, las redes sociales, las nuevas metodologías de estudio, etc. La transformación digital se está convirtiendo en la protagonista del guión estratégico de todas las empresas, ya que deben afrontarla para poder sobrevivir.

Esto es mucho más difícil si la compañía que debe afrontarla es un despacho de abogados, ya que anteriormente la tecnología digital en ellos era prácticamente nula y la manera de hacer las cosas que se tenía se ha quedado obsoleta. Es mucho más difícil transformar que crear cuando se trata de empresas cuyo éxito anteriormente no dependía de lo que viene ahora. Buenos ejemplos de anticipación y de saber hacer, han sido los despachos de abogados de Leopoldo Pons, Bustillo Abogados, Arriaga y Garrigues, ya que aun siendo bufetes con mucha trayectoria y tradicionales, han sabido comprender la importancia de modernizarse digitalmente y no quedarse obsoletos como la gran mayoría. Esta era no se trata tanto de un reto tecnológico (que también), es más un reto de gestión. Los bufetes de abogados deben recuperar la competitividad perdida por el crítico cambio de contexto actualizando la manera de organizar, gestionar, comunicar los servicios, etc.

Lo que deben hacer los bufetes de abogados no es ofrecer los mismo servicios que tenían pero a través del canal online, sino desarrollar un nuevo canal de distribución o comunicación con tecnología digital. El despacho de abogados que quiera arriesgar y entrar en la nueva era digital, debe estar convencido e implicado en el proceso, es decir en el enfoque digital y su ejecución.

Vivimos en un mundo de repentinos cambios, donde todo se transforma a una gran velocidad. Las novedades tecnológicas como Big Data y la Inteligencia Artificial son parte del presente y también deben estar reflejadas en los bufetes para que estos puedan estar en consonancia con las tendencias digitales y así, hacer frente a los retos tecnológicos. Habrán tareas que puedan derivarse a máquinas, de esta forma la parte de valor añadido estará centrada en la persona, en este caso en el propio abogado. Por lo tanto, apostar por la transformación digital en un despacho de abogados es imprescindible para atender al cliente mejor y en menos tiempo. El trabajo de encontrar la tecnología adecuada al despacho no es tan fácil, es cuestión de ir probando distintas herramientas, programas, estrategias, etc. No es cuestión de fijarse en lo que hace la competencia porque cada bufete de abogados tiene una peculiaridad y cada uno debe buscar la suya para destacar entre la multitud.

La realidad es que hoy en día pocos de los despachos de abogados han sabido subirse a la ola de la era digital, estos han empezado a adaptarse o están empezando a implementar proyectos tecnológicos para transformar sus tradicionales métodos de gestión. Los bufetes que sean capaces de dar los servicios más eficientes y las mejores herramientas tecnológicas podrán satisfacer las expectativas de los nuevos consumidores, nombrados al principio: los Millennials.

Según el último estudio elaborado por PwC, el 80% de los abogados encuestados considera clave contar con una estrategia digital para el futuro de sus organizaciones. También dice que sólo el 23% ha empezado a implementar la transformación digital en su despacho debido a que les resulta muy difícil adaptarse a la nueva economía digital.

Dentro del mundo jurídico han aparecido startups, como Legaline o Reclamador, que han irrumpido en la transformación digital del sector legal, enfocándose más a las reclamaciones. Estas startups han sabido implementar desde el principio de sus vidas estrategias digitales. Una de las ventajas que han obtenido de digitalizarse es la capacidad de atraer y retener a clientes. También han sido capaces de aumentar el valor añadido a sus clientes, a la vez que han ahorrado en costes. La digitalización les ha permitido generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

En conclusión, los despachos de abogados están (casi) obligados a iniciar una transformación digital. Supone un gran reto para ellos, pero hoy en día el mercado ofrece las herramientas necesarias para poder hacerlo.
