dont worry abt needing to add anything i just wanna share this idea b4 i forget it but also i dont rlly know any1 who likes warriors so,,,

okay i saw a little animation on utube about fallen leaves and while i was reading up on his wiki it hit me

in outcast, after jaypaw has been having dreams about fallen n his death, n after meeting him while looking 4 the missing kits in the tunnels, fallen asks him to stay but jay declines.

what if, unhappy w/ being forced to be a medcat, and wanting to live his *own* life he accepts? and a similar thing to what happened to holly happens where the cave entrance collapses (whether fallen and jay had smth to do with it or it was just convenient, idk), n everyone thinks that jay died saving these kits. but really hes living his best life in the caves. fallen teaches him how to hunt and fight well, bc the caves are dark, 's not like you can see very well even if you weren't blind.

and jay starts having the dreams where he's jay's wing, back in the ancients time, and its a little different where instead of having a crush on halfmoon he (jay's Wing) had a crush on fallen before fallen died in the caves. and thats why jay brings up the idea to leave to the mountains. and when he ends up back in the present he realizes that he once again has a crush on fallen.

and fallen remembers, or recognizes jay as jay's wing and is like "oh... Oh!" and realizes he also, once again, has a crush. and so jay choses that as his full name. Jaywing.

jay starts walking in dreams and having visions of The Battle, and at this point its been a couple of years at this point, the whole thing w/ ashfur happened and the gathering where holly tells after killing ash happens, and jay finds out through holly's dreams, bc shes projecting her own fears, anger, and insecurities hard while she sleeps. and that really makes jay upset but then he talks w/ fallen and comes to the conclusion that it doesnt matter who his real parents were, bramble and squirrel are still his parents to him.

eventually with the battle looming on the horizon, and rock urging him to go, he leaves the caves. and returns to thunderclan. n fallen can follow him due to his powers, and at first the clan think jay is a rogue or loner, but its dove who has Never seen him before who mentions that he's blind just from observing how carful he puts his paws down that everyone freezes before going "jay???"

and oh mouse dung, hes no longer a grumpy, scrawny medcat apprentice. he's still on the shorter side but he filled out, muscle no one thought he'd have ripples beneath his coat, he's as strong as a *warrior*. and has the skills as one, too. he can hunt and fight as well as the rest of them, its almost like he isn't blind when he's actually in the zone. but he still bumps into things n trips over roots or uneaven ground.

and yeah the Battle happens and he's out there, using his starsight to fight along side fallen leaves, until the battle is won and fallen reunites with his family, and is torn between staying with jay in the caves and actually going where hes supposed to. jay tells him to go, he'll be okay, and to wait for him.

but wait, if cats can be reincarnated and have powers... why can't the tribe of endless hunting and starclan let him properly live where he left off? so hes given another chance and put back into the tunnels with a physical form, and meets jay again and joins him in thunderclan.

ok actually i kinda lov this? im a suckr 4 ghost romance & jay being like ok actually fuck yall........... i would perhapz move the kit thing a little further down the timeline so tht jay is a bit older tho, maybe

like the idea tht part of why fallen asked for him to stay waz a hint of fimiliarity tht just growz & one day he just like... Seez it on jayz face whn he wakez up from a dream about the ancients- or like maybe jay callz him by a nickname from timez long since passed, tht kinda thing? on one hand im like yea on the other the trope of "i like u bcuz u remind me of a dead personi loved" isnt my fav but like a little sprinkle isnt bad

interesting 2 think of wht would happen 2 hollyleaf with her escape into the cavez long since blocked off by both rockz n the truma of loosing a sibling.... like, doez she stay in the clanz? might be fun if she ended up living in the field tht crow & leaf once tried 2 leave thru, but also he awkwardly still being in thunderclan..... lov tht

n well i just Cannot care about the battle i do LOV jaywing coming out of the tunnelz just likle hai guyz whtz up :3 as if he didnt fake his own death.... also the idea of jay using his dreamwalking ability 2 just check up on his family & see how thy r like. Doing

idk about fallen coming back with a body bcuz tht seemz like more thn starclan or endless hunting could do but also it would be VERY VERY weird 4 fallen 2 come back w/ the regular method of being reborn a kit.......... pursonaly i think it would be fun for him 2 stay a ghost but no longer be attached 2 the cave system- instead just exploring & hanging out with jay who can alwayz sense his presence- other catz somtimez catch glimpsez but hez not like. very tangible most timez.... many catz think jay probably just lost it a little in the tunnelz, not tht he rly goez around like hey evry1 herez my ghost make he just talkz 2 himself, laughz at seemingly nothing, tht kinda thing

Squirrelwife for life anon. Honestly anyone is good for Squirrel as long as they aren't Ashfur or Bramblestar. I don't really have ship for her, I mean, I love NightSquirrel just as much as anyone else and ShrewSquirrel is also really cute but, I headcanoned Squirrelflight as aromantic for the longest time for a reason~

But because I love her, and Nightcloud deserves a girlfriend, NightSquirrel it is!!

Squirrel is trans! MtF, trans girl, I love her and no one should've been bothered by her kits not being her biologically!! All of the end of Po3 makes me angry!! The Three 👏 are 👏 her 👏 kits👏!!

Also the fact that she took all that sh*t laying down is so out of character for her, like, she didn't let anyone talk down to her even as an apprentice and the fact that she let people try and drag her sons into it is b*ll!! I want her to yell at people like "THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS! LEAVE THEM ALONE! LEAVE MY SISTER ALONE! IT WAS MY CHOICE SO BE MAD AT ME NOT THEM!" Also Brambleclaw raised them and rejected them if that isn't a tigerclaw ass thing to do I don't know what is. This turned into a rant. I'm sorry.

Unlike how the NightLeaf headcanons went Nightcloud is aware of Squirrel's advances just cause she much less subtle and much better at it than Leafpool.

Ok so, in the GreenRose Au I have a much, much bigger New Prophecy road trip gang that includes Apprentice!Nightcloud. She and Squirrelpaw get along like a house on fire! Much to Crowpaw's dismay cause he's their favorite target. Honestly when they all join forces the rest of gang is in for a bad and or entertaining time cause they roast anything and everything they see. Purdy adored them.

Also, quick Nightcloud headcanon, she was adopted into Windclan after the battle with Bloodclan! She was a kitten from one of the alley cats who was oppressed under Scourge's rule, Tornear adopted her as his daughter and since Mudclaw was Torn's brother they were all very close. Squirrel being so open and ready to befriend Nightpaw made her feel very welcomed unlike how Windclan did sometimes. Night very quickly devolved a crush and so did Squirrel. They were subconsciously seek each other out whenever bad things happened on the journey, both back to the old territories and the new ones, and instead of LeafCrow happening it's NightSquirrel!

Nightcloud already felt so out of place and the death of her uncle hit her hard. Squirrelflight is constantly in fights with Ash and Bramble and is just done with everyone! She and Night met up and very hastily make a decision to run away together if more bad things start happening. They do, same time as LeafCrow did, and when they run into Midnight Nightcloud is very reluctant to go back. She's a hero but she's also an outcast given both her past and her siding with Mudclaw's coup, if she went back after this they'd never forgive her!

Squirrelflight goes back without Nightcloud while Midnight talks some sense into her. Nightcloud eventually runs after her mate with Midnight and she makes it just in time to see the badger that kills Cinderpelt going into the nursery. She, without thought cause this is Nightcloud, rushes into the nursery and attacks the badger with Cinderpelt. So Cinder lives! Cinderkit is named after Sootfur instead (cause, come on Sorreltail your brother died too I don't see any legacy naming for him).

After the battle Firestar sees how close and sad looking Nightcloud and Squirrelflight are and he offers Night a place in Thunderclan! She immediately says yes! Power of Three would the follow the 3 as Night and Squirrel's kits!

1/2 My po3 rewrite I’ll never write goes 2 ways: The 3 (yes Holly has powers no matter what AU) grow up knowing Leaf and Crow are their parents and resent Squirrel and Bramble for acting like their parents then the fire scene happens and Ashfur lets the three go bc they mean nothing to Squirrel so he’s just gonna kill her there, but Holly comes back to save Squirrel and kills Ash shouting that no matter who her birth parents are Squirrel has been and always will be her mother but runs off bc

2/2 she broke the code with murder and couldn’t forgive herself. Second way is that Holly can impose her will on others to make them do what she wants and the scene with the death berries happens and she makes Leaf eat the berries then runs away in horror bc she ‘killed’ Leaf by accident (she was too angry to think) Leaf recovers. Holly actually dies in the tunnels and his held captive in the DF bc her powers and that’s why Dove is the 3rd cat. StC needed a replacement. There’s no 4th cat.

THE DECLINE OF THE BLUE SETTLERS DURING THE LAST DECADE Part 3.

Paris has been vamping it up in a random alien woods learning how to control his blood lust for around 10 years  - his camp being rainbow tiedye most likely not intentional but it was a pic shoved in a bunch of other pics on here so now its canon - 

The ORANGE invasion is still spreading though the universe consuming planets so he managed to get off the planet he was stuck on and travel further out with other aliens trying to escape the orange bugs. Everyone was basically flying ‘that a way!’ so Paris eventually found out  where the Adrian ship  was cause there’s really only so few directions its safe to go towards so Paris stalked it out when it was parked.

He found Hope wolfing it out in the woods ALONE cause she don’t follow no escort rules. It went badly, given the last time they saw one another Flynn and the curse entering the blue made them do the nasty after years of very inappropriate friendship/age difference*

*1 {During Beoloan’s Pilgrimage YOUNG cuter Paris got involved with Hope’s mother Olga after her rape  and though her pregnancy. Olga died having Hope and Paris was the one who found the baby in the woods and brought her back.  Hes always been her ‘special’ friend}  

Paris was offended he spent all this time trying to find her to get told to ‘fuck off’ from Hope but does what she asks of him to  not tell anyone else cause SHAME.  He fakes happy happy to see Ben and the others again like he was here for them all. That works for awhile but Paris and the others from the blue had 10 years too SOAK up all the old world influences and revert badly so he just winds up bringing up too much tension mostly directed at the two redheaded sisters, Sorrel and Leafe and their families.*

*2 {Leafe is married to Thomas/Timber and Sorrel (who has slightly darker red hair then her sister) is married to Bramble }

It has already been known Bramble is a Xern and has the capability to internalize alot better then the rest of the reverted people  from the old world who lost it and went out loosing their SHIT in over dramatic external crises like Edna, Spring and Tom. He is probably the most dangerous of all faking it still. After Edna went all white haired and crazy hes been top Ranger.*

*3 {Rangers protected the Blue Planet’s well being nature, plantlife and animal life from those who were backsliding and taking advantage of it. ALL of which is null and void right now on a ship. Some still wear the uniform just grasping on good old times and are just stick together to gossip and bitch about the outsides (both Adrians group and Dragonrise whose world brought all this CRAP on them}

Sorrel is most defensive to Paris at his return and he tries to inquire just why he bothers her. Paris finds annoying her and Bramble a good distraction to help him keep his promise to ignore Hope and Lichen so he targets the redheads. There’s something oddly familiar with Sorrel’s daughter Holly.  ** (original notes read she looks like ETTIE but with red hair)) Paris was talking to her and Sorrel freaked out at him. A very timely fire breaks out from one of the Moore sibling’s many attacks.  Everyone was busy with that so Paris decides to block the only way out of the forest fire when Sorrel and Holly and Jay were alone in a isolated part of the woods picking herbs. Not intending on letting them burn to death really but to just scare them. Sorrel tells Paris if he wants to hurt her he should just do it but let the children go since they aren’t even hers, they are his. He lets Holly and Jaye go out of the fire but keeps Sorrel to long there trying to understand what she means BUT the smoke got to her and he realized ‘oops I think I killed her - I forgot people need to breath cause I am a undead freak’

He brings her over to treatment but of course there are two witnesses who have no idea he really didn't plan on killing her so he expects to get caught and blamed for this if she dies. Sorrel dies and no one speaks up so he keeps his mouth shut too. 

Now Holly and Jaye are were not kids or anything during this incident, they grew up on the blue and had noticed all the strange tension and hints that come from Paris among the family. Jaye is Leafe’s apprentice and has  spent the most time with her to figure out things.  Jay is  ‘special’ blind for the sake of a special connection when the Angelic could mass along messages  - now not so much. 

They confront Leafe and want to hear it from her but Holly is too mean during the confrontation to get Leafe to admit being their real mom and giving them to her sister Sorrel ALL ALONG. Leafe ends up overdosing on the herb medicine trying to kill herself.  Jay wants it to look like Morgan or Cail poisoned Leafe so NO ONE finds out this horrible horrible scandal cause the Blue people are like totally judgmental and do the amish shun and would avoid them all like the plague.  BUT Holly is having a Ettie sized existential crisis about being a LIE and a product of SIN and just tells everyone the truth. 

Paris is SHOOK Leafe hated him that much to lie about their kids and Hope is lying about their kid now. He has the realization there is something seriously wrong with him if all these broads do this. HE CANT DO STRAIGHT RIGHT

Bramble was not in on it either and is upset at Sorrel and Leaf lying but they are both dead and he was too disgusted to go near Paris so he just more so represses the feelings into Xern madness . The kids still see him as father since he raised them but he is like not dealing.

Paris is like NOPE I am not going to be stuck with this crap while the two redhead whores get sweet sweet death. He makes Leafe a vampire so she cant ESCAPE the scandal with sweet sweet death and has to deal with her angry children that lived a lie all this time over her. 

Ben being a Angelic guardian knew about their moral failures - it was among the reasons he hates Paris - but kinda felt awkward it had to come up now. He is NOT ok with Paris turning people so he banishes him from the community and Leafe gets kicked out of being his Healer/Medicine Women cause he cant trust her  anyone the public know she is a liar and she tried to kill herself so no more herb making either. Just a big embarrassing MESS Ben has to shame his adopted siblings out. 

That is why they are a touchy subjects to him. 

Paris tries to say ‘goodbye’ to Hope and makes it out like he wasn't banished but really leaving to protect her dirty little secret and threatens her with being more nice to him if she wants to keep it that way. So after that rapy move - this time not possessed - he really does leave for years and is probably the biggest wandering though space a full on gay man again cause it did not work out ever being straight. 

FINALLY CAUGHT UP NOW, He met up with Caligula and friends a few months ago at a space base/strip club casino - all of this planed by Flynn- and Paris got all worked up again about Hope enough to join them

So I uhhhh read Squirrelflight’s Hope and I didn’t think I had Thoughts on it but then I spent an entire Music History class angrily doodling about it so (sry for the quality btw I put no effort into any of these nor photographing them)

Thoughts, rambling, and spoilers under the cut

Ok so like I’ve not read a Warriors book since The Last Hope so I don’t know any of these characters beyond what was I read in this book but I feel like I got most of it through context. Still not sure exactly why or how Skyclan is here (and also what happened to Onestar?? Compared to Mistystar he was pretty young I thought, at least for being a leader) but whatever.

1. This book did exactly ONE thing perfectly right and it was giving me Longtail and Mousefur being happy BFFs in Starclan

2. Maybe this is a cultural thing that happened during the books I didn’t read but wtf was up with Bramblestar being like “I can’t breathe if Starclan doesn’t tell me to.” Like dude you’re the leader. Tell cats to do stuff.

3. Ok I lied Squirrelflight having fast travel for like two pages was also very good, if extremely plot-devicey

4. Straight up I was waiting for one of the med cats to snap and be like “Bitch I’m above the code and I’m going to save this literally dying cat whether you like it or not.” Also jfc @ Bramble and Thorn (also why isn’t he retired wasn’t he like the first warrior Firestar made)

- LITERALLY DISCOVERED THE MOONPOOL LIKE CMON

- SHES NAMED AFTER IT

- Had kits with Crowfeather, breaking two Rules

And you’ve got, what, Bluestar, Yellowfang, Littlecloud, some cat who was apparently the first med cat or something, and if anyone else is there I don’t remember.

Bluestar:

- Had kits with a cat from another clan, and in giving them up one of them died

- Named a warriors Lostface with no intention of changing it

- Cursed Starclan for like two books straight iirc

Yellowfang:

- Had kits as a med cat

- Killed her own son

- Yellowfang’s honestly so cool I don’t want to count joining an enemy clan against her

I’m honestly not sure why Littlecloud was there but like I thought he and Leafpool were friends? Also he owes the sisters’ father his life so. Yeah. And the first med cat has NOTHING to stand on, she had kits and then was apparently like “yeah no one else can do that lmao”

Also if fucking FIRESTAR AND ASHFUR ARE IN Starclan WHAT is keeping Leaf and Squirrel out. I love Firestar but he broke the code sooooo fucking much and Ashfur apparently “apologized” so trying to commit homicide against four members of his clan (also Holly is there and she murdered him so like. fuck Starclan is what I’m saying) apparently doesn’t matter?? And you’re questioning whether or not to let A FOUNDER OF THE NEW TERRITORIES AND THE DISCOVERER OF THE MOONPOOL INTO STARCLAN???? Apparently dying makes them dicks, idk.

Also I didn’t doodle for it and I doubt anyone is still reading but RE: Squirrelflight wanting kits. She was clearly anxious about it and Bramble should have been like “hey, lets talk about this like adults and find out what’s going on” (or Squirrel could’ve, but by then Bramblebitch was already being a dick) and they could’ve TALKED like ADULTS. ‘Cause I think rational!Bramble would have understood.
