Anyway…

I can’t believe that we met at 19, spent our 20s together and now we’re moving onto 21 still together~ We already spent two steps of our lives together and we’re going onto our third, now, this is just the beginning to so many many more steps and chapters together. I just know it.

In our time together, I feel like I’ve got to see you grow so much. From working at the hospital with your second part time job at the radio station. To starting a new semester together. To a New Year together. To seeing you officially getting with your boyfriend. To you getting more serious shift at the hospital. And now you’re even moving and changing places. That’s only a few things that I’ve had the chance to see you experience and be there with you for it~ (somewhat hehe)

  But also the opposite. You were here for me as much as I was there for you and I cannot stress this enough, how important that is to me. Talking about balance in a relationship, it’s so perfect and no one could ever give me that the way that you do Suni~ I may sound dramatic, but I did not know that I needed to be heard and recognize as much as you do. You listen to me. You offer me advice. You’re here for me at all time and even if it’s only through text you genuinely make things better. I’m always hard on myself and you’re always there to tell me that you’re proud of me and that I’m enough. You made me realize that wow.. I needed that. Ugh you make me so cheesy. I hate cheesy things but I guess you make it easy~

Also I want to point out how frustrating it is to use basic words to try and make you understand just how much you mean to me. Like I have so much to say and I feel so much but words are so restricting hahaha (about to invent own language to express love to Suni..)

But that makes me come to this. How we both understand how much we mean to one another. How you know that you’ll never be a bother and that you got so comfortable and confident with me. I think you have an idea but just to emphasize on it.. You have NO idea how happy it makes me. *takes sip of tea before writing again*

I want to say, how crazy it is that we’ve known each other for a little over a year and yet I feel like I’ve had you in my life for so much longer. You make the time go by more easily but multiple in importance (does that make sense?) You make everything easier. You’re my little Suni Bean, and I’m so proud to see you grow up the way you do. We said it before like ‘Damn where were you all this time’ but again, how lucky are we to have met each other so early in life. Now I’ll get to be here for your 22, 23, 24, 25 birthday and so so many more. For talking to me, for giving me advise, for just listening to me and making me feel way more important than I ever thought I could be. 1. December is my favourite month: birthday + Christmas combo and I love the wintery vibes now I live in a city where I can actually see a lot of snow. I’ll always find this season magical, in fact I get teared up every time I listen to Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. “Make the Yuletide Gay” are words to live by!

2. I’ve been reading fic for almost 20 years and somehow I’ve never felt the urge - or inspiration - to write. I can’t come up with a prompt, let alone a fully-formed plot idea, to save my life. And honestly, I prefer it this way! Writing would change my relationship with fic forever, and I don’t think it would be for the best. I love being just an ordinary reader and reccer 🙌

3. I speak four languages but I still have a lot of insecurities related to my English and French that get me self-conscious and embarrassed, instead of proud/confident. It’s something I’ve been trying to improve, especially at work, because having an accent / making grammar mistakes should be a symbol of courage and I wanna be proud of all my hard work!

A/N: i love you!!! this is such a cute concept and i loved writing this, you be big brained as usual my guy

After spending some time sat in front of the mirror, you were pleased with the look you had conjured up. Not even 24 hours prior to this point in time were you asked out on a date by none other than Todoroki, the boy you’d been silently pining over since before you could remember. Apparently, unknown to you, it was the same case for him. So with equally red faces and a shy exchange of preferences, the two of you planned to go for dinner somewhere he would often frequent with his family. 

It’s a little out of your comfort zone if you were to be frank, but it gives you all the more reason to dress up for the occasion. Giving your outfit a final check over, the last thing on your mental checklist was to add lipstick to your makeup and ultimately complete your look. Upon doing so however, you realised you would need to blot it once or twice to remove any excess. 

Though right as you were about to head into the bathroom and sort that impending issue, there was a knock at your door. Knowing there was only one person it could be, you open it to be faced with the man of the hour - and man did he look good. Dressed in a nice shirt and trousers combo, his jacket was thrown casually over his shoulder while his free hand was still closed into a fist from his knocking.

Upon seeing you his eyes go wide, fully taking in the image of you stood in front of him like this and storing it for what he hopes is forever. You’re simultaneously doing the same thing, eyes scanning him up and down quickly before catching his eyes. Doing so brings an idea into your mind however, but you give him your sweetest smile to defer him momentarily. “Hey Shoto, I’ll be ready in just a minute” you tell him, standing aside and allowing him to walk into your apartment. 

Wordlessly he enters, standing awkardly in the middle of the room before leaning comfortable against your vanity. With your previous plan of blotting your lipstick with some tissue now out of the window, you collect your bag and jacket before moving to stand in front of him. Giving him another smile, you swear you see his eyes light up and it causes your heart to already quicken in beat.

“You look very pretty - beautiful, actually..” he tells you, the most earnest expression you’ve ever seen on him. Deciding now is your chance, you lean in and quickly give his lips a peck. Clearly he’s thrown off by your action, body jolting in surprise and his eyes wider than they were at your door. Letting out a laugh, you bring your hand with the tissue up to his lips to wipe it off. “Sorry, I’d heard that the best way to blot lipstick was kissing someone else” you explain quickly, a sly smile still taking over your face.

His hand catches your wrist carefully though before you can wipe it off of him, ultimately bringing you closer when he gives it a small tug. “Oh?” he lets out in feign innocence, head tilting the slightest bit before the tip of his nose brushes against yours. “Well, I don’t think you’ve done it right just yet..” he adds, leaning in again and getting the chance to kiss you properly.

Thank god the restaurant was frequented so often by the Todoroki’s, or else there would be no way your reservation would have been held for as long the time you both pulled away from each other and showed up. Even with the lipstick now expertly wiped off of him, there was a good chance it would end up back on his lips and elsewhere before the night ended.

sherlock: fate extra materials say that hakuno has some amazing detective skills (what with all the lil "quests" you do in game and all) so i think some situation that forces these two to cooperate on their wits would be real interesting! i just thought of these two working together on an escape room or sth and damn would i be willing to place my bets on these two being the first to finish it 👏👏✨ which also makes me think: they'd work pretty well as allies or comrades — which is pretty funny too, considering how the another ending ce is one of the best ce reccs to pair up with sherlock ☆ — but as friends.... 🤔 well what i'm saying is that!! i see that "little regards to emotions" on your sherlock's page and boy do i sense some interesting things coming for when that clashes with hakuno and her extremely emotionally-driven and relationship-oriented self! would they butt heads?? would they be an iconic brain-and-heart combo?? lots of possibilities tbh! and also!!! this one is kinda random but i hc my hakuno to be a pianist (the human she's based off is a pianist and the npc would naturally have those skills as well, but she's just not aware of it yet-) and i remember sherlock being able to play the violin so -vague hand gestures- idk sth abt it would be cute methinks..!! it'd be sweet if they could play together too 🥺

caenis: i see his line saying he hates the ocean and I VERY MUCH NEED TO SEE HIM AND HAKUNO GO TO THE OCEAN NOW THANK U VERY MUCH- on hakuno's side! she's spent all her life in a damn academy in a damn virtual world, so i'd just love to see her explore the world in general.. an ocean or just the sea is especially high on that list because se.ra.ph was like the digital sea you see-- and in the arenas, she'd always get a view from in the ocean rather than looking at it from above. it'd be a new experience for her!! and paired with caenis's hatred for the ocean, i feel like it'd be Intewesting 👀 i see caenis having a sweet tooth as well and as someone who loves candy, they can be a sweet tooth squad!! they also have the brutally honest aspect in common and i gotta say,, seeing the line he has for musashi, i'd love to see him potentially calling hakuno out for some of the stuff she does (prime example: hakuno being a very good-hearted and kind person but firmly believing she's bad because she's done some bad stuff) and idk much abt caenis, but a two-way street in character development would be -chef kiss- ! let them both help each other become better mayhaps 🤲🤲✨ ALSO.. i see caenis having a pair of animal ears and idk what type it is exactly (bunny ears??) but this must be said--!!! hakuno loves fluffy-wuffy things and would absolutely want 2 pet--

enkidu: these two....... THESE TWO........ 🥺😭. artificial beings!!!! learning to be more human together mayhaps-- honestly one of the biggest themes with my moon girl which i'd love 2 explore with everyone's favorite lancer here! and listennnn, it was heavily implied that a berserker enkidu is a servant hakuno could contract with based on compatibility alone (nasu may not have explicitly confirmed it but it is Canon in my heart ok 😤) and i think there's sooo many ways to play off of that (disclaimer tho! it'd be most definitely alright if enkidu doesn't remember her at all! that gives us some angst potential to play with too >:3 ^_T) hakuno remembering enkidu from their beserker form and then interacting with them as a lancer..... hakuno not remember them at first but slowly regaining her memories of them from se.ra.ph as she interacts with their lancer variants....... lots of ways 2 go about it! ANDD i feel like flowers are becoming a decently prominent thing with my hakuno and i do recall enkidu's valentine gift ces being flowers too so-- i dunno how or why but i want something flower inspired for them.....!!!!! OH AND AND since they both dress pretty plainly, it'd be cute if they could dress each other up! i'm also thinking about them doing each other's hair because there's this one super super adorable art of hakuno braiding their hair which i adore oh so very much 🥺

pepe: BEING 100% TRANSPARENT HERE-- I HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED LB1 😳...... but!!!! this is a duo that honestly intrigues me So Much because i've heard a lot about how pepe and hakuno have A Lot in common (which- for my hakuno could be both a good thing and a bad thing.. my hakuno definitely has a very deep and unique sense of loneliness, so having someone so similar to her would be both comforting and frightening methinks...) case in point-- this post! (also- random but op's brain is so huge and i love reading their thoughts abt hakuno so much -chef kiss-). i feel like there can be sooo much potential for them to develop more as people thanks to their interactions, and i feel like they really could get along! i can honestly see a pretty damn wholesome friendship too tbh 🥺 and characters who seem so incredibly different on the surface but actually share a lot of deeper themes and things in common is a personal fav of mine okok!!! 😤👏💯💯✨ also a big fan of the concept of pepe and hakuno absolutely slaying and breaking gender roles ✊✊ (pepe being more feminine-like and hakuno being more of a tomboy herself). elijah: CONSIDERING HOW MY HAKUNO IS VERY MUCH LIKE A PINOCCHIO THAT WANTS TO BE HUMAN-- this duo intrigues me very much yes yes 👀✨ hakuno doesn't have the best opinion of herself (putting this very very lightly-) and views herself as a sorry attempt of a living being really ^_T so i feel like she'd expect elijah to dislike or look down on her to an extent (which is honestly how she's been conditioned to feel like with anyone ngl but she's Especially feeling it after his "something you like" line heeheehoohoo!) — his own opinion of her is totes up 2 u tho! hakuno's journey is most definitely becoming more human from the blank slate she was once was and she's oh so very human at her core, so i'm real intrigued to know how elijah would feel and interact with all that!! speaking of... ELIJAH NOT BEING HUMANE IN HIS CORE IS SO INTERESTING TO MEEEE!!!!! also provides a pretty Intewesting contrast to hakuno too. i am a fool so i know thing abt elijah but 👀👀👀 am very much open to learning more via ic interactions! him telling hakuno his story perhaps...... (if they get closer ofc!!) and damn i am c h omping my hands rn bc if this moon girl manages to get to bond lvl 5 with him-- and even if not!! like with enkidu, i can def see her affirming his humanity and caring for him regardless!!

Dear Suni

My Suni Bean,

How did I land an angel like you? I’m kidding~ I know you already know that but I never believed in soulmates. I mean, to me it felt a bit unreal to just find that perfect person that is just in full harmony with you. With who you can have a perfectly nice, stable and healthy relationship. With who you can be 100% comfortable to go to when you have problems or just simple things you want to share. But god you proved me so so wrong pfft~ I’ve met so many people in my life. I’ve been to so many different countries, moved a lot and had so many close friends. But nothing, no one will ever compare to you and I can say that with certainty. I could be going through a tough time and thinking, this is it, I can’t take it anymore. However, now just the thought of knowing that I have you makes everything better. This past semesters felt so complicated and not once did I fall into a full depressive mode and I am confident that it’s thanks to you. You were always and still are always here for me. Whether I am sad because of something and I need to vent. Or even when I’m sad without a reason and just need someone. You’re always here, for my sad moments, my angry moments and happy moments. And I’m not exaggerating when I’m saying that I never had someone as caring and devoted as you. That gives me real answers to my problems, real concerns and real advice. I feel.. like so heard when I talk to you and that’s something I never felt before. I’m usually the therapist friend and no one is really here when I’m the one who needs help, or when I want to share something nice that happened to me. It kinda made me a bitter and closed off person in general. But thanks to you my Suni bean, you made me such a better person. No matter what happens, even if I don’t tell you, just knowing that I have you, it makes me so so happy (Im almost crying right now while writing this). I don’t need to build things up anymore until I suddenly break down. And for that Suni I’m forever and ever grateful. Because now, it makes me so incredibly happy when you come to me with your issues and I get to help you. It makes me so happy when you share the things you like and I get to see you happy about it. It makes me so happy when you come to me when you’re a little stressed about something and you decide to share it with me without feeling like you’re bothering me. It makes me happy that we have this perfect 50/50 relationship, and that I give as much as I get back. That you are as comfortable with me as I am with you. I mean the connection I have with you is just unmatched. From the creepy days where we do the same exact things, to wearing the same clothes. You’re so precious to me Suni, words could never explain just how much you mean to me. We joke saying “Where were you before I met you??”, but honestly, you are so worth the wait. Even if I had to meet you at 30, 40, 50 and more. If it means meeting you Suni and having you in my life, I would have waited as long as I need to. But wow, we got so lucky and met at 19. I mean WOW!! Now, I get to see you grow, but most importantly I get to grow with you. From supporting each other with classes, and internships, and jobs and relationships and just life in general. I’m just so incredibly lucky to experience all of that with you by my side. You’re the best thing that has ever happened to me Suni. You make things easier. Suni, seriously thank you for this past year. Thank you for everything. I cannot wait to grow old with you. To spend days with you and weeks and months and years. I can’t wait to go get soup, and tea and food with you. I cannot wait to hear about all the books you’re gonna read. I cannot wait to watch you become a doctor. (Side note: As Im writing this I just saw you post and “I read a book and cried :]”, please I love you.) I wrote a lot and it feels nothing compared to how I really feel.
