it just...gets unbearable to watch other people living their life after a while ya know? like you look at people who are going out, having fun with their friends, doing what they love, having good relationships with their family, and just, like their problems are so much different? they may not have their life together either, but you envy them because you don't have the privilege to do the same as them, because you know you're the one to blame for the subjects you chose, the life you chose. you see them actually living, and realise that youre still stuck in a loop, waiting for your life to begin, as you have for as long as you have been alive.

a couple days back one of my friends adopted a dog and i had a breakdown over it because....ye toh mai bhi deserve karti hu na yaar. mujhe kab milega ye? kabhi milega bhi? abhi tak toh nahi mila. aur ab toh milne ke chances bhi itne kam hain kyuki dena mujhe JEE h.

pehle lagta tha jab kuch bhi sahi nahi tha ki....koi nahi, atleast academics ho raha h. atleast acche dost hain ab bhi. atleast ek acche future ka prospect h.

and then you lose it all. nothing to comfort you. nothing to make you feel as if atleast one thing in your life is going right, because it isn't. because your life is just one huge black hole now sucking away your happiness, your sense of identity. mujhe khud nahi pata mai kon hu. ab toh dost bhi chutne lage hain.

like, outwardly yes ill work hard and get out of this, but what then? people say "it's just 2 years uske baad sab bhot easy hoga" but what they don't understand is that it's not just 2 years. ive worked hard my entire life, and im sick of the constant guilt, constant expectations, constant pressure. i dont know if i have it in myself to hold on for 2 years more.

fir agar tumhare coping mechanisms maladaptive daydreaming and internet addiction h then toh hogya bas tumhara.

i could go on for a millennia with this rant. abhi toh family trauma bhi touch nahi kiya h. but then that will just be another proof of "yes, here's another thing going wrong in your life"

like, i have to remind myself each day that i dont have anything to be shameful about, i dont have anything that i dont deserve. love shouldnt be conditional. support shouldnt be conditional. especially if love and support are from your family and if they are based on a handful of figures.

like if at this point if i go and start doing drugs and alcohol to get some relief then can my parents blame me? but i cant do that, because guilt!

when will this end? i just wanna sleep.

*Letna Stadyumu'nda saat 23:00'te başlayacak olan UEFA Avrupa Ligi Eleme Turu Play-off'u rövanş maçı. Mücadeleyi İngiliz hakem Anthony Taylor yönetecek. İstanbul'dan 3-2'lik galibiyeti cebimize koyup geldik Çekya'ya. Belki golleri yemeseydik çok daha rahat konumda olabilirdik. Atmosfere ve iklime dikkat edelim. Sonrası için de güvenimiz tam. Tur gelsin inşallah. Yürekten başarılar Aslanlar'a.

*8. dakikada Angelo Preciado'nun attığı golle Sparta Prag 1-0 öne geçti. Ani atakla boşluğu buldular. Sakinlik ihtiyacımız olan şey şu an.

*16. dakikada Abdülkerim Bardakcı kafa vuruşuyla sahneye çıktı ve Galatasaray 1-1 yaptı. İşte budur. Sabırla oynayınca cevap gecikmemiş oldu.

*İlk yarısı 1-1 sona eren karşılaşma. Yoğun bir devre izledik. İptal edilen golü var rakibin. Bizim de beklentiler içinde olduğumuz pozisyonlar oldu. Sakin ve sabırlı kalalım ve gerginliğe düşmeyelim.

*70. dakikada Kaan Ayhan direkt kırmızı kartı gördü ve Galatasaray 10 kişi kaldı. VAR aracılığıyla kartın rengi değişti. Biraz daha odaklanmamız ve daha sağlam durmamız gerek.

*74. dakikada Indrit Tuci kafayla ağları sarstı ve Sparta Prag 2-1 ile yeniden üstün konuma geldi. Çok bunalmaya başlamıştık ve eksik de kalınca kırılma anı gibi oldu. Yemeden bir gol arayacağız yine. Haydi!

*80. dakikada Lukas Haraslin golü buldu ve Sparta Prag 3-1 yaptı. Yemememiz gereken golü de yedik. Şimdi gol şart oldu bize. İkinci yarıda yok olduk adeta.

*90+6. dakikada Jan Kuchta da topu ağlarla buluşturdu ve 4-1 yaparak işi bitirdi. Çok yazık, çok.

*4-1 kazanan Sparta Prag Son 16 biletini elde etti. Bitiş düdüğünden sonra gerginlik de yaşandı ve teknik direktör Okan Buruk kırmızı kart gördü. Her neyse. Happy new year :)

I went to Dresden with E!

Truly the wettest day of my life sigh my jacket got rained through. But I ate so much good food - spaetzle and langos and more :D

While there I got a message that all my kids did well in their tests! I was really happy.

And! I didn't catch a cold! Look at that vitamin c working hard <3

On a random morning I also got up and took a walk to Letna which was lovely. Made a little ginger friend :D

And a few days in a row I went out for Christmas market but the one on NM already closed by the time I got there :D I caught some nice shots at Vaclav tho.

I spent a lot of this Christmas at home otherwise, watching BL and playing games. I started playing Alto's Adventure again and thanks to old Dan and Phil videos I got into slitherio again :D or whatever the new version of it is.

I watched Dangerous Romance and LOVED it.

Middleman's Love and ended up kinda feeling for the main character even tho I started off disliking him.

I Can't Reach You - it was a nice solid Japanese BL. I still prefer when the characters are adults tho.

I watched both the episodes of skz code which kinda counts like BL :P

And of course I watched Dab and Evan get married on Dan and Phil Games :D

Spent much of the 31st watching skz content too :D 2 shows simultaneously while keeping up with the server omg :D

Thanks to the shows I'm going to check out 2 or 3 new groups. Cravity, Lucy and ... idk who else :D

Podjetje D.S.U. Skupina posoja denar za oderuške obresti

Podjetnik Tomaž Huč je izgubil prvo pravno bitko proti državnemu podjetju D.S.U. (nasledniku Slovenske razvojne družbe).

Potem ko je Huč leta 2010 ustanovil podjetje D.S.U. Skupina, ki ga je že marsikdo zamenjal z državnim podjetjem D.S.U., je pri uradu za intelektualno lastnino želel registrirati blagovno znamko D.S.U. in D.S.U. Skupina. Toda urad za intelektualno lastnino je njegovo prošnjo zavrnil in ugodil ugovoru D.S.U., ki je nasprotoval registraciji blagovnih znamk. Da je slog Hučevega poslovanja vprašljiv, kaže podatek, da je njegova D.S.U. Skupina lastnik podjetja Čebelica Maja, ki se po javno dostopnih podatkih ukvarja s posojilno dejavnostjo, pri čemer posameznikom, ki so v stiski, zaračunava oderuške obresti.

V kratkem lahko pričakujemo tudi sodni epilog tožbe, ki jo je zaradi ustanovitve D.S.U. Skupine vložil D.S.U. Kot so pojasnili v D.S.U., je bil po drugem naroku pred dnevi sodni postopek končan, zdaj pa pričakujejo odločitev sodišča. V tožbi je D.S.U. zahteval, da D.S.U. Skupina opusti uporabo svojega imena in izbris podjetja iz sodnega registra. D.S.U. Skupina se namreč jasno ne razlikuje od D.S.U. Da sta imeni obeh podjetij slučajno podobni, je malo verjetno, saj je Huč poskrbel, da tudi ime njegovega podjetja vsebuje pike. Kot so poudarili v D.S.U., bi imela zamenljivost podjetja lahko velike posledice: "Država je namreč na D.S.U. prenesla javna pooblastila s področja lastninskega preoblikovanja, privatizacije in denacionalizacije." Posledice bi lahko nastale tudi v državah nekdanje Jugoslavije. Tako je na primer na Hrvaškem pri prepisu družbene lastnine treba predložiti tudi potrdilo agencije za lastninjenje, da se je posamezno premoženje lastninilo zakonito.

Iz javno dostopnih podatkov je razvidno, da se Čebelica Maja ukvarja s posojilno dejavnostjo, pri čemer znašajo zneski posojila največ 200 evrov. Če Čebelica Maja osebi odobri posojilo v višini 200 evrov, ga mora v 15 dneh od odobritve vrniti 210 evrov. To pomeni, da letna obrestna mera znaša več kot 120 odstotkov. S posojilno dejavnostjo pa se Huč ukvarja tudi prek drugih podjetij H&H Krediti in H&H Trgovina. Za komentar je bil Huč nedosegljiv.
