An Ode to My Bed

I have always found solace in my bed. In a house that was always too small, with no place for personal space, I would retreat to my bed during any and all time spent by myself. As a self proclaimed introvert, this was a lot of time. 

Through years spent in depressive states, I lived there, and it brought me comfort and happiness. 

After a hard day, and there are still many, I retreat under the covers and finally feel like I can breathe.

Back home in #brisbane and my #idiopathichypersomnia is worsening with this #heat and humidity. Cant keep my eyes open long enough to eat #chroniccondition #sleepdisorder #invisibleillness #lifeinbed. Being on #holiday without #medication #dexamphatetamine meant i had to push myself to stay awake or else i would waste a holiday. The #cold weather was less fatigueing aswell. I love australia i love home but my body cant function in this weather as effectively. I jave already had 2 naps and its only 10am. All i have managed to #achieve so far is walkies with furcbildren for 30mins, laundry oth with the help of brett and shower. No #spoons left to go #spoonie #selfie #asian.
