Wayback Wednesday 2011/2012 This was one of the very first pictures taken after I decided to get my first apartment by myself after some troubling times my dog 🐕 dying, having a real bad break up only after moving states for this person and becoming homeless for a short period. I suffer from Depression and isolation at times but I am a fighter, always have been always will be. (OMG it's Taylor) Taylor Nightingale and weightlifting/bodybuilding have been my main focus ever since. I don’t post a lot of #sweatyselfie pics, but today I accidentally deadlifted my goal weight of 205lbs and had to commemorate the occasion! How does one deadlift their goal weight by accident? Simple - go to the gym before coffee, start grabbing plates for the trap bar, and sleepily think that “yeah, I had three of these on last time” and proceed to set your bar up 20lbs heavier than you expect.
