had a dream i got a new job as a repair man or something? my first job was in a factory where people like, stacked boxes on shelves but also it seemed to be a woodworking place and there were students working on projects or something. i think in a previous dream i was here and i got a job stacking boxes but i couldnt do it and i quit.

so im like here as a repair man and i think it was the manager of the factory? he was explaining what i needed to do and he told me to wait for another repair man who was gonna be my teacher. so two other folks show up who are also in training, some dude and a goth girl and then the teacher shows up and tries to be Fun And Quirky but the goth girl is like :/

i think i had to push these carts with a bunch of wood on them somewhere so i did that. then we go to an elevator and as im walking to it i notice my aunt is working here stacking boxes. not relevant to the plot shes just there. so yeah i guess we do some stuff and then our jobs over for the day and the factory manager tells us to, like, "sync the drones by hitting the blue button" iirc. the two trainees go up to these small devices attached to the shelves and do it immediately but when i go up to one i like, cant figure it out and im trying but the screen is saying shit i dont understand. and then idk what i did but it said something like "information collection failed" and i was like oh fuck. then the goth girl goes up to a huge platform cart with a bunch of drones on it and hits a button, amd then her and the other guy leave

idk what i was doing but some students came up to me carting these full fucking beds made from the wood i was carting earlier, and they like wanted me to take their beds to, i guess wherever they needed to go to get graded and i was like yeah sure. i needed to go to the factory office first i think for some reason? maybe to clock out idk i dont remember. it was a building a short walk away from the factory so i went there and talked to people and then went home

i realized at some point that i completely forgot to take those students projects to get graded and i was like oh fuck theyre gonna fail because of me. and i kept thinking how shitty of a job my first day was and worrying that i was gonna get fired. i kept thinking back and forth between quitting or accepting consequences and being stressed about that

the dream was kind of a blur in the middle but i was like on the internet complaining about feeling bad about my first day and someone commented trying to make me feel better and then i was like wait a minute that didnt actually happen that was just a dream and then i felt dumb and didnt know what to say to that person

second part of the dream i dont remember very clearly. some weird fucked up shit. something about buses. part of the job riding on the buses was just that you would most likely die, cause a lot of bombs and hazards and people with guns were set up in the roads and checkpoints trying to destroy the buses. me and, i think the same two trainees except they werent repair people anymore but we were on one of the buses and our bus seemed to be dodging shit fine

then goth girl saw the next checkpoint and one of the buses had exploded and i think we all jumped out before the bus parked

something about, the destination of the buses she realized was like, youd be torn to shreds by reality or something? so the three of us ran into this huge bus station to try to avoid the guards who would try to put us back on the bus

so were in the bus station and i guess its now a mansion. theres just a bunch of events going on with rich people like an auction and theres a small group of ppl on string instruments playing music, and were just running around all over the place trying not to get caught i guess. i get told that im interrupting something and im like oh ok

at some point shit starts getting glitchy. like, reality? and it gets progressively more glitchy as were in there. then we all find a hallway of bathrooms and each lock ourselves in one, and i call my mom to come save us diifhfrknrkgosntlgofmrkgjdknd

so idk eventually my mom gets there and we all jump in her car and shes like dodging the bus bombs in the road and shit and thats all i remember from that

i think i also had a dream about the grocery store bakery? but i dont really remember
