#first day out of the hospital lmao#seward cafe#september 2022#i miss everyone in there so much tbh dude i have so many fucking crazy stories#like fr i have an extremely detailed diary about everything that happened#everyone in there asked me if i always write that much#i never journal unless i’m in a bad place#maybe i should write about good stuff too#i guess i couldn’t focus on anything and journaling what was happening around me kept me in the moment#good distraction from drinking#and i think it helped me start working on regaining some#cognitive functions i had lost lmao#((short term memory loss issues specifically))
