idk how to explain it but theres something so liberating about writing fantasy. it feels so much easier to me to explore things where as real world/contenporary settings just feel too... real HAHA

#ahhhh i really dont know how to explain it #ive been thinking about it the last few days as well #like. im worried about uni stuff bc idk if i can write the way i want to?? anf nothings keeping me from writing fantasy but myself #like i feel like in uni everytjing has to have Meaning #but like bro i just. wanna write a very thought out but mindless piece #like #yes its not like i wouldnt explore human emotions etc in a fantasy world but the reason i wanna write it is to create all these things #whereas if im writing a 'real world' piece i feel kinda confined #anyways i do wonder how i would deal w magical realism or urban fantasy kinda stuff hmm
