The leftmost, Syringe, is wearing a white Nurse's headband with a bubblegum pink "1" and a white short-skirt sleeveless dress with a bubblegum pink belt. 

Syringe only has 1 eye, diamond-shaped with 2 bottom lashes, with the eye itself being positioned to the viewer's right side. 

The needle on Syringe's head and the glass on Syringe's body are both electric sky blue. 

Syringe's arms and legs are drawn with thick black ink lines, and there are 5 fingers on each of Syringe's 2 hands (Syringe has 1 hand per arm, and has 2 arms so Syringe has 2 hands). 

All of Syringe has thick black line art aside from the 1 and dress belt, which are lineless. Syringe, the shortest of the three depicted side characters, is shorter than Clock and Scissors.

The centermost, Clock, is entirely lined with thick black ink lines and is taller than Syringe but shorter than Scissors.

Clock is wearing long cuffed electric indigo overalls, a canary yellow cuffed short sleeve T-shirt with a poppy red big number “2” on it, and black shoes without discernible detail as the shoes are represented by vertically-squashed ink-black ovals.

Clock’s two arms are thinner at the shoulder and way thicker at the hand, with the five fingers per hand (Clock has two hands and ten fingers altogether) being more triangular and somewhat claw-like and the arm being a very dark gray to establish clear finger visibility and match the black outer rim of Clock’s clock face.

Clock has the face of an analog clock, with a thick black outer rim, a white inside, and two red clock hands facing up to resemble two eyes held together by a bolt which represents Clock’s nose. Clock has a smirk mouth which is depicted by a black ink stroke.

The rightmost, Scissors, is the tallest of the group and is also entirely lined with thick black ink lines.

The electric sky blue loops of the anthropomorphic pair of scissors is Scissors’ hair, along with the electric sky blue neat center part, and the bolt holding together the pair of scissors is Scissors’ head and face.

Scissors has a closed smile as is represented by the thick black line in the shape of a lowercase “u” without the little tail to the letter that is commonly present in most typefaces as well as   vertically-squashed oval-shaped half-lidded eyes, with the thickly-lined vertical-line black pupils being visibly cross-eyed to give the character a cuter, more appealing look and with the character having a very exaggerated winged liner that sticks outside the boundaries of the face.

Scissors wears an electric sky blue high-neck tank top with a black number “three” that spans the entirety of the tank top and some short but not overly short body-conforming black shorts.

Scissors has a very short torso and long light silver scissor-blade legs, in addition to having long, teardrop-shaped arms with long oval fingers.

Clock and Scissors do not have necks, and Syringe has the build of an actual syringe thus giving Syringe an immensely thick neck.
