Season 6 Volume XIII Thoughts

GTFO, Amelia. That's it.

No honestly, I'm actually so curious what FB thought they were doing with her. They gave us negative responses, but did they honestly think we'd use them? Because they never have any impact. Or did they think we'd WANT to spend so much our game experience having forced chats with her and TWO DOUBLE DATES?!?! You know how they always say it's Love Island, not Friend Island? IT'S NOT SISTER ISLAND EITHER. GTFO.

The baby challenge was mostly a snoozefest. I mean, it was fine, but basic. Our partner is good with babies, Marshall isn't, Grace is disappointed with Ozzy, what else is new?

The unique chats with our LIs were so cute though - Roberto's story about his dad was ABSOLUTE ADORABLENESS and I know the other ones were cute too

Amelia's prank was dumb

Girls' day was meh. I heard there's a little Grace drama on the Ozzy route (surprise, surprise) but off his route it was just bland

I took the gem scene hoping the other girls would have some gossip to share and immediately regretted it. I did not need a play by play of Amelia's bits. Girl. Overshare, much?? It's fine to tell us you did bits, but I do not need that level of detail

No wonder she's always on us to get details 🤮

Not looking forward to next week when she tells us all about what she got into in the hideaway

I didn't take the 2nd prank during the cooking scene

Did not want a double date with Amelia and Toby. Yawn. Also why do we have to play games every damn time? This whole seasons is just a million games and challenges

Roberto on the terrace was great. Got the token hot tub date mention in there, too

I'm at least somewhat impressed that they acknowledged we've been to the hideaway already (twice) so they let someone else go, but ew why Amelia and Toby

Of course I took every opportunity to tell them or whoever else would listen that I don't think they'll las

ONE MORE VOLUME!! Looking forward to a final date with my boy where he tells me about the hot tub date one more time (actually two more - it'll defo be in his speech too) and finally win!

They better not make it a tie between us and Amelia. Ugh. Already calling it'll be down to us as the final 2 couples. WHY?! Who would vote for them??

I’m so annoyed with the one size fits all way fb does casa amor. For us Ozzy girls or even the LJR girls the game seems to forget that you’ve ever had a connection with anyone outside of Elliot. Why did the girls ask me 178 times my thoughts on Elliot?! Idc about that man!! My mc literally kissed Ozzy on her way out and no one goes oh maybe that’s who you like?? I know I’m gonna have to switch we don’t need the constant reminders and check ins. Any sane person in MCs position would switch since were not coupled with who we want to be with…Elliot thinks he’s single and mc is at home.. why would he come back from casa single knowing this is a show where you need to be coupled up??

also SIX episodes and we still haven’t left casa?! get me out of here pls!! This also means next week we will get zero time with who we actually want bc we have the recoupling episode which is prob going to be the second episode. First I think will be the girls discussing the postcard and surprise surprise the girls are gonna ask for the millionth time if we’re switching or not. There will be a last ditch effort from the guy you’re being forced to recouple with…even though we all know he’s coming back regardless. Second episode will be recoupling and for us Ozzy girlies I can’t imagine that they’re going to let Ozzy even speak to us bc we have to talk to LJR first who’s also obsessed with us. MAYBE we’ll get to speak to Ozzy in the third episode but I’m not gonna hold my breath. So basically let the angst begin…

Ok, that’s twice now MC tried to tell Grace that Ozzy is into MC. And Grace even admitted he’s throwing up red flags 🚩🚩 I get that fb warned us he will be available later, but he is clearly into MC more than Grace and the writing is not in Grace’s favor. Like yes, fight for your man but is it really a fight? I love Grace and she deserves better. I kinda wish Ivy had coupled with Ozzy because I would have ZERO qualms about taking him off her 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ello ello from the other side , i know i have been inactive as fuck since a week BUT I'm back and now I'm gonna be here till July baby !!!

My second sem exam finally ended and we ended up getting a vacation till 15th July ( or longer if they are feeling the love too much and wanna keep us away a bit more )

I wanna download sims so bad , then maybe learn blender, then maybe do something related to my course because I'd be over this vacation in a week, read lots and lots of book, update this and my one direction blog alive all day everyday.

CASA FIRST IMPRESSIONS (spoilers ofc)

Andy: the best Casa Boy this season. actually, might even dare saying best Casa Boy ALL SEASONS. he is sweet, pure, angelic and he doesn't get on my nerve while being all those things. absolutely adored him. if we HAVE to bring someone back, Andy will be my option.

Francis: okayyyy... like, if you're into the homeless zen vegan yoga type I guess he's for you. but I'm not, so for me he is a hard no and more of a friend because he's actually cool to talk to. Chelsea would love him.

Marshall: the evil twin for suuuuuure. didn't like how the first thing he said was how Ozzy was being fake and he's also coming on PRETTY STRONG. for me, it looks like he's trying to steal his brother's girl just for payback. SUCKS. my girl Grace unfortunately fell for his talk.

Hamish: LMAOOOOO. listen, he's locked for us apparently and he's a loser but he's also low-key the best character in Casa. like, why is he so funny???? no like I'm kinda obsessed. I think he and MC have great dynamics 😭😭 best duo this season. hoping he'll make it back to the main Villa.

Overall: honestly, low-key best casa crew ever. they are all very different from each other and the banter is off the charts. they hit the spot with this one, ngl. I had a blast playing the volume and can't wait for next week!

Season 6 Volume XII Thoughts

Once again, Jamal getting salty was dumb. Stop it. It's OOC, he's not Hamish.

Who on earth wants to do a heartrate challenge FIRST THING IN THE MORNING?!?! This is one of the biggest problems with the season - they've packed so many challenges into it and so much random drama with Amelia/the LIs/Grace and Ozzy that they don't have any chill morning scenes. The morning episodes should be the ones where we get to know the other characters and have group chats, the afternoon should be challenges (other than heart rate), evenings should be recouplings and more group chats and sexy games. and going to bed with our LIs!!

How have I had more bedroom scenes with ELLIOT who I've never said BOO to than with Roberto?!

I couldn't let Elliot dance on me, sorry. I just am sick of having to turn him down

Okay, the heart rate challenge. THE WRITING WAS SO GOOD?!!! Like, this was the first few episodes all over again but make them spicy!! The characters had personality, bounced off each other, and the dances were so well written! AI doesn't do explicit stuff so they were forced to use a human writer and whaddaya know, you get one of the best episodes of the season

I will say though that I'm disappointed I couldn't dance on all the guys. The first dance was amazing, but almost everyone else danced on multiple people? And we had to use a gem scene? Which I used to dance on the same person again anyway and it wasn't even as good?

Also the dancing was spicier than the underwhelming sex scene after the recoupling, which cost 29 gems, was a little confusing, and was over in a couple lines. Make it make sense

Amelia and Toby are so fucking cringe and I cannot. Girl you just met him. You're Grace on day 1 all over again. He's not even that great

The pool scene with our LI after the challenge was very cute. Roberto talked about missing his family when he's away so much and how he wants to start one of his own 🥺

Also, the mental image of him mowing the lawn shirtless??? YES PLEASE!!

I think Roberto brought up the hot tub date on at least 3 separate occasions in this volume

It's disappointing (once again) that after almost a whole season, every chat with my LI is about the same stuff over and over again. The hot tub date. The Snog, Marry, Pie challenge. The heartrate challenge. C'mon, Fusebox. You can't really think we want this? I know you love your AI because it saves you money, but we shouldn't be able to tell. We want to learn new things about our LIs, get to actually know them, and instead every gem scene is almost a carbon copy of the last one

Happy for Ozzy girlies who finally get to couple with your man. And ripping Grace a new one was great too. I can't believe she picked him AGAIN though if MC doesn't?!?! Girl...

S6 SPOILERS AHEAD

I'm not even mad, I'm just flabbergasted. Fusebox took the best thing they did in the last four seasons (the surprise dumping) and completely squandered it. It's almost impressive in how just how wrong they could get things. The whole lead up should have been the dropped jaws when everyone saw us return. Instead, they were like, yawn, nice to see you or whatever. Saw you in the postcard.

WHO. THE FUCK. MADE THIS CHOICE? What? Why? It's so fundamentally unsatisfying. This is our popularity fantasy. We should have walked in like shock and awe. But we didn't. It just undoes so much. Now, we don't know if R/R/L/J stuck because they were being loyal despite us being gone, or just because they knew we were there? And I'm positive the only reason they did this is so we'll find out later that Ozzy didn't switch because he knew MC was back and wanted to be with her instead. Oh man, the poor Ozzy girlies. I was one, then I went back and did a loyal Lewie route instead, but I feel for you.

Also I want it known that in the villa fic I'm writing, I 100% called that Ozzy and Grace would be getting back together. Because why wouldn't they? Fusebox continues to self-cannibalize S2, copying and pasting most of Hope and Noah's scenes on top of Ozzy and Grace's. Right down to the cake Nope couldn't decorate together and fought over--which was a metaphor for their relationship. Grozzy had pretty much the same scene only it was a dog house they metaphorically couldn't get on the same page with.

I have so many thoughts (and complaints about Amelia), but I think I'll do a separate post for that.

Rant? (potential spoilers?)

Alright, don't hate me for this, but I actually feel bad for Amelia. Firstly, no one's interested in her romantically (story of my life, and let me tell you, that really does your head in sometimes). Secondly, she's been put in the middle of drama multiple times now, for the sake of drama and/or for shaking her already somewhat shady/unsteady relationship with her twin. Thirdly, the guy that is supposedly head over heels with mc (in my game it was Roberto) goes on to kiss Amelia and then she has to act like nothing happened because she doesn't want to cause more drama for her sister, plus, he still acts all pouty around mc and looks disappointed when she doesn't pick him at the recoupling. Who's to say that Zeph didn't actually pine for Amelia the whole time he's been in a relationship with mc, and Amelia just had to watch that with pain all these years?? And now she has to see everyone in the villa swoon over mc, while she is, again, left in the shadow. I meannn, if I were Amelia, I'd probably cry all day or walk, ngl. So no, I don't want to be her enemy, we're siblings and I want us to be on the same team - I don't want any discourse between us, I just want to forget the past and for her to be happy in a couple with someone who genuinely cares for her.
