CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST WOMEN, ITS HER FAULT?
RG KAR MEDICAL COLLEGE&HOSPITAL, THE HEINOUS ACTS
Tumblr media
NOTE: THIS POST HAS INFO SOLELY BASED ON MY OWN RESEARCH, SOURCES FROM THE NEWS AND INTERNET SO CREDS OF SS TO THE OWNERS. if you have any other information regarding this case, please please do feel free to reblog this and share them, as i can't compile everything in one post due to the case being an ongoing one. I would appreciate if you could read all of it, I tried to keep it short and compact and easy enough for everyone to understand. Of course, I have to keep a few names and specific political parties and critism out of this for obvious reasons of this post being taken down, but trust me, karma is real.
Do tell me if I lack anything, will try my best to add it or make another post about it. WE WANT JUSTICE.
Tumblr media
01 TAKE HER NAME, DON'T FORGET HER
Dr. Moumita Debnath, a junior female doctor, a 2nd year PGT at R G KAR medical college and hospital was gang r4ped and m4rdered in the college seminar hall, while she was in a 36 hr shift, in 9th of August, 2024, Kolkata.
R G KAR, a reputed college and hospital, only allowing the top of brains to enter its premises, has now lost it's name to this heinous crime. Moumita debnath's perpetrators live to this day and the college authorities are yet to pay any heed. Why?
That poor girl was bleeding from her eyes, vagina, with disfigured limbs and broken collarbones, bite marks, broken pelvic girdle and hyoid bone several other signs of struggle and violence ( attached report below ) Even her legs were forcefully coaxed apart, that her bones were broken. 150 gms of sperm was have been discovered from her body, when a male individual can only transfer a maximum of 15 gms. Can you imagine her pain? What did she do to deserve this pain and suffering, this heinous crime against her? Can you imagine how her parents must have felt to hear the news?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Oh, I forgot. This absolute blood boiling, gut wrenching and demonic of an act was immediately announced as a "SU3CIDE" upon initial FIR, and to her parents, by authorities. Can't you see? How they tried to coarctate the matter by calling it a su3cide?
How can a girl with extreme signs of violence and r4pe on her body, with little to no clothes, broken limbs, bleeding eyes, commit a su4cide? THIS IS A BLOT ON THE AUTHORITIES WHO ARE CLEARING VIEWING THIS MATTER AS A JOKE no girl in that condition can commit a su3cide, do you really think people are THAT DUMB?? that we won't notice you trying to cover up this case??
02 TAMPER THE EVIDENCE, HIDE THE CRIMINAL
Dr. Moumita Debnath's body was cremated without her parents' approval/permission. They were kept waiting for 3 fucking hours. As if to get rid of her body as soon as they can with minimal autopsy, before CBI could even start investigation.
As soon as this case was handed over from WBPD ( west bengal police department ) to CBI ( central bereau of intelligence ) mobs have barged in and LITERALLY DAMAGED THE WALLS BESIDE THE SEMINAR HALL ( the crime scene ) inside the college premises. And for what? Come on we know it all, for removal of some obvious evidence.
On 14th august, during the middle of the night which was during the ‘RAAT DOKHOLE MEYERA’ ( girls reclaim the night ) rally, in RG KAR, mobs yet again managed to infiltrate the college premises to cause damage again, this time targeting specific cctv cameras as well. They also vandalised public property and vehicles in a "profesional" way. — “MBBS student Anupam Roy, an eyewitness to the mob attack, said the mob's act was deliberate with the clandestine motive of ending their agitation.” — from Hindustan Times.
They even CAUSED HARM TO THE WASHROOMS OF THE FLOOR WHERE EVIDENCE COULD'VE BEEN FOUND. The motive of the mob is obvious— to tamper the evidence in order to protect the perpetrators.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
03. POLITICS BEFORE BASIC LAW & ORDER?
Political parties are busy blaming each other and throwing dirt on names, meanwhile also trying to hide the perpetrators and start protests against opposition parties. Is your political position and meaningless arguments more valuable than a girl's life which been lost so brutally? Can we not keep politics aside, just for a moment and try to bring the girl justice? These thick skinned selfish monsters don't feel the pain of her parents, the emotions of helpless women and the crime they're commiting themselves.
They are slowly shifting away from the main matter of bringing her justice, trying to coarctate is slowly by heavy politics. Well the public is not dumb, we can see it all and understand how our CM doesn't even care about this situation.
SHAME ON YOU, the authorities, you're are only hope in this city in this state and you're acting this way?! Do you not have spines? Is money and votes everything to you? How low is too low and why is it the west bengal government?
They even have an accused suspect in custody ( Sanjoy Roy ) whom everybody is calling a scapegoat, which he possibly could be regarding the governments recent inactivities towards the situation. They are even giving out orders to resist rallies and protests, such a fucking disgrace, cause then vandalism and tampering of evidence is right but not raising your voice against it?
04. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE?
This year marks the 77th independent year for India, but are we really? Women are not safe at night walking along the streets their own ancestors fought for, women are not safe in their own workplace working shifts, women are not safe in public transport, in their homes, neighbourhood, schools, colleges, NOWHERE ARE WE ALLOWED TO HAVE A PEACEFUL BREATHE. But for how long? It's been 12 years since we witnessed a similar, horrible and atrocious crime as NIRBHAYA, only for it to happen again. This shows how weak, corrupted, and unjust Indian judiciary system has become, and as an Indian myself, it ashames me deeply to admit this. We are failing as a society, still not being able to create a safe environment for our women.
But time has come now to raise our voice and fists together against this oppressive, corrupt government and snatch our own freedom ourselves. DONT YOU EVER FORGET ABOUT HER, TAKE AND HER NAME AND PROMISE YOURSELF TO BRING HER JUSTICE. If we forget and give up, god knows how many others will die like this without any justice. Justice is ours and we will have it, there is no point of being 'independent' if we have to do candle marches every other day, mourn for our women every other day, be scared of letting our daughter out every other day.
This is time, we rise up as one.
We want the actual criminals to be punished a hundred times more cruelly than Dr. Moumita Debnath was k!lied.
WE WANT JUSTICE. BRUTAL PUNISHMENT TO THE CRIMINALS.
ALL EYES ON RG KAR. ALL EYES ON DOCTORS. JUSTICE FOR MOUMITA DEBNATH.

more accounts of hindutva terrorism in india in the last 2 days:
beat a muslim youth and paraded him naked in telangana
razed another 40 muslim-owned shops in mumbai after previously razing 15 other muslim-owned shops on a different street in mumbai the day before
vandalised the store of an elderly muslim man in mumbai
brutally attacked the imam of a mosque in chattisgarh while chanting ‘jai shree ram’ and ‘hindustan mein rahna hoga jai shree ram kahna hoga’ (translates to ‘if you want to live in india, you will have to say glory to lord ram’)
attacked a 17-year-old dalit student because of his whatsapp status and forced him to chant ‘jai shree ram’ (translates to ‘glory/victory to lord ram’) in karnataka
beat up a christian couple for allegedly forcing people to convert in karnataka
police have also made a case against 62-year-old muhammad salim for ‘inciting riot’ because he protested alone during the live broadcast of ram mandir in kerala
and on top of all that (and these are only the recorded/reported crimes i could find), expect indian news channels and hindu nationalists to begin pedalling the ‘there was a temple there centuries ago before!!!!’ narrative again so they can repeat the babri masjid demolition with gyanvapi masjid, also in uttar pradesh because today (25.01.24) the archaeological survey of india (ASI) found ‘evidence’ of a pre-existing hindu temple. how interesting and not at all coincidental with the fact that elections are looming ahead and ram mandir was just inaugurated!!!

It has now been some 36 hours since Gaza Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar issued a statement aboutthe war in Gaza - his first such statement since the war began.
As mentioned previously, his statement was filled with obvious lies combined with bravado - claiming that Hamas s attacked about 5,000 Israeli soldiers, “a third of them died, a third were seriously injured and the last third was permanently disable." he also claimed Hamas destroyed 750 armored IDF vehicles.
How has the mainstream media covered these statements?
For the most part, they remain ignored. The live coverage sites of the New York Times, AP, CNN and NBC News did not think that a statement from Hamas' leader and mastermind of the October 7 attacks was worth mentioning.
The media that did cover it generally buried his lies.
The Telegraph wrote "He falsely claimed that his terrorist forces had killed more than a thousand Israeli soldiers. According to Israel, 156 soldiers have died in the ground operation in Gaza."
Other second-tier media simply quoted other sources, like WION quoting the Times of Israel's report. The Hindustan Times reported Sinwar's claims alongside Israel's count of soldiers who fell, without opining on which is more accurate.
The theme seems to be that the Gaza Hamas government is trustworthy when making up casualty figures, but when they say things that are provable lies, then it is just Arabs being Arabs and it is not worth taking seriously or even calling attention to them.
There are two main themes for Hamas: Jew-hatred and deception. October 7 showed that they are experts at both. And they know that the media is reluctant to emphasize either one of those themes.
Which is why they are so effective.

Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh

Chapter 1 | Next
Tumblr media
I hope you guys like this new series. A little cheesy but we love cheese.
Tumblr media
This is not how Ram had planned his day to go. Not at all. When he had left the rented house this morning, he had wanted to get his work done and return to Delhi to continue his mission.
Ram initially had no desire to travel from Delhi to Vrindavan, but he was pressured to do so by his superiors.
Apparently Scott had received news about some tampering with the funds in Vrindavan and they had picked Ram to make sure everything was under control.
Akhtar didn’t know why Ram was leaving for Vrindavan, but he kept on repeating that he had a good feeling about Ram leaving for the holy city.
So Ram honestly has no idea of how he ended in this situation with people chasing him, and never in his life had Ram thought he would do such a thing.
Eloping with a bride from her mandap was something Ram never saw in his future, and yet here he is. Running away with someone else’s dulhan.
Shree Mohan. The daughter of most influential man of Hindustan. A girl he met just 30 minutes ago, married her, and then escaped from the mandap.
It all started from yesterday, when Ram had met with Shree’s father, Kishore Mohan, and the man had invited Ram to his youngest daughter’s wedding.
Ram didn’t want to betray the trust of the man who had invited him into his house, but after finding out that the groom had already been married and Kishore knew about it, Ram couldn’t sit still.
Ram remembers sneaking into the bride’s room, who he hadn’t met, to tell her the truth about the groom;
Closing the door behind him, Ram sighs in relief as he has finally made it into the bride’s room after trying several times.
Tracing his eyes around the room, Ram takes in the room in order to locate the bride.
His eyes find her seated in the middle of the bed, a veil over her face. Her knees pulled to her chest, and her head resting on her knees.
Through the veil, Ram can make out the forlorn expression that is present in her form. So lost in her sadness that she doesn’t even notice another presence in the room.
“Shree?” Ram softly calls out her name, taking a step forward towards her.
Ram watches as the bride slowly lifts her veiled head towards him. Gathering his courage, Ram takes a seat on the edge of the bed, in front of her.
Ram knows its not his right, but he cannot help himself when he notices the tear droplet on her hands. His hands clutch the seams of her veil and pull it over her face.
Ram feels the breath being knocked out of him, when his eyes collide with her bewitching face. Even with tears streaming down her eyes, she still manages to be the most alluring woman in Ram’s eyes.
She lives up to her name; Shree. Gorgeous, elegant, and majestic similar to Maa Lakshmi, who has charmed the world charmer.
Shree is a beauty, so ethereal and heavenly in appearance as if an upsara was reincarnated on earth. The red lehenga, and jewelry is like an accessory to her beauty.
Her eyes. What can Ram say about them? They are the most beautiful and divine pair of lotus on the universe, as well as the most pure eyes on the planet. Chocolate brown eyes, the hue of life like the Earth, mystical and as divine and vivid as the lotus.
Her feet and petitie hands are crimson from being dipped in alta, looking like the auspicious hands and feet of Maa Lakshmi. Waiting to bring good fortunate to where they step.
A face as gorgeous as the moon, with a radiance that rivals the sun. An aura of innocence and purity exudes from her features that Ram feels his sins wash away.
The woman in front of him is so mesmerizing and celestial that it seems that she has been the favourite of God to make.
Ram is brought back from admiring her when she slightly shakes the man in front of her. Shaking his head to push those thoughts away, Ram diverts his attention to her.
“Tum yeh shaadi nahi karni chahiye.” Ram’s statement echoes throughout the room due to the silence. [You shouldn’t go ahead with this marriage.]
Shree wipes the tears from her face, looking at Ram confused, “Per kyu?” She questions. [But why?]
Taking a deep breath, Ram looks into her lotus eyes and answers, “Yeh dulha pehle se hi shaadishuda hai.” [The groom is already married.]
Now Ram was expecting many things. Many different ways that Shree would react to this news. He thought she would breakdown, she would scream, she would cry, she would get angry.
But what he wasn’t ready for was her to just pass his a sorrowful smile and downcast her eyes to her hands.
“Humhe pata hai ki dulha shaadishuda hai. Sabko pata hai.” She answers in most heartbreaking tone, playing with the jewellery on her hands. [I know that the groom is married. Everyone knows.]
Ram feels a wave of disbelief course through his body at her words. He lifts the two of them off the bed, standing in the middle of the room, grasping her shoulders in a tight grip, demanding an answer.
“Agar tumhe pata hai ki dulha shaadishuda hai toh fir tumne shaadi keliye haan kyu ki?” [If you know that groom is married then why did you agree to this marriage?]
A bitter laugh escapes Shree’s lips, her eyes finding a home in Ram’s eyes. “Apko lagta hai ki mujhse poocha gaya tha? Baba ne 10 din pehle humse kaha ki meri shaadi hai. Humhe toh yeh bhi pata ki dulha hai kyon. Bas itna pata hai ki uski patni bhi iss shaadi mein hogi.” [Do you think I was asked about this? 10 days ago, Baba just said that I am getting married. I don’t even know who the groom is. All I know is that his wife will attend the wedding as well.]
Without a warning, Shree takes Ram’s hands into hers, “Humhe yeh shaadi nahi karni. Humhe padna hai. Apni padai poori karni hai. Humhe kisi shaadishuda insaan se shadi ni karni hai.” [I don’t want to get married. I want to study. Complete my education. I don’t want to marry an already married man.]
Ram watches Shree’s eyes dance in desperation, he watches her begging him. Begging him to help her. Begging him to save her from this situation.
And so he will. Ram will save Shree from this unwanted marriage. He will take her to Delhi, let her complete her education, but for that he has to do something with her permission.
A man and woman staying together, unmarried is considered a sin in the eyes of society. Even this arrangement with Ram meeting Shree alone is strictly forbidden.
Ram can bare the taunts and the digs at his character. He is used to it. Especially when he has to betray his own people and they cuss at him.
But he cannot bare the fact of letting Shree hearing those words. He cannot let others molest her character and dignity. He cannot watch her die day by day after hearing the taunts.
Fixing his posture, Ram stands tall and fearless in front of Shree, “Tumhe yeh shaadi nahi karni toh theek hai. Per…” [If you don’t want to do this marriage, then alright. But…]
“Per?” [But?]
“Per tumhe mujhse shaadi karni hogi.” Ram finally says the words that have been on his mind. [But you have to marry me.]
Ram observes shock and then betrayal wash over Shree’s face as she pulls her hands away from his grasp.
Taking a few steps back, she collapses on the bed, glaring at him with tears in her eyes. “Yeh kya keh rahe hai aap? Hum apna naam tak nahin jante. Hum toh itna jante hai ki aapko Baba shaadi pe mehman bana kar lekar aaye hain.” [What are saying? I don’t even know your name. I just know that Baba invited you as a guest.]
Ram kneels in front of her, taking her hands into his again. “Main janta hoon ki yeh aasan nahi hai. Per agar tum padna chahti ho toh mere saath bhaag chalo. Delhi mein tumhe pada sakta hoon, tum jitna padna chao tum pad sakhti ho. Per bina rishta ke hum nahi reh payenge.” [I know this is difficult. But if you want to study then run away with me. In Delhi I can help you study, you can study as much as you want. But without a relation, we won’t be able to escape.]
Shree searches Ram’s face for any lies, any deceit, but only finds genuine concern on his face. A million thoughts run throught her mind, all telling her that it isn’t logical to trust a man she just met.
But her heart tells her to trust this man. It tells her to let him guide her through this situation. That he will not let go of her hand. That he will always be there to help her.
With a tilt to her head, Shree asks the question she should have asked first, “Apka naam kya hai?” [What is your name?]
Ram softly grins at the woman, “Mera naam Ram hai. Alluri Sitarama Raju.” [My name is Ram. Alluri Sitarama Raju.]
“Ram, vaada kijiye ki aap mujhe shaadi ke baad padne denge.” Shree frees her hand from Ram’s grip and then holds it in front of him. [Ram, promise me that you will let me continue studying after our marriage.]
Ram smiles at the girl, and places his hand atop of her outstretched hand, solidifying their promise.
“Main vaada karta hoon ki main tumhe shaadi ke bad padne se nahi rokoo ga.” Ram states his promise loud and clear. [I promise that I will not stop you from studying after our marriage.]
“Ab apna sabse zaroori saman apne saath le lo, aur fir hum chalye hai.” [Now take your most important stuff and then we will go.]
Shree nods, jumping from her seat, and running through her room like a tornado. The shift in her mood causes Ram to chuckle at her antics.
He watches as she takes an idol of Radha-Krishna, and a photo of her family in her other hand. With that she toddles back to Ram’s side.
“Chale Shree?” Ram questions with his hand extending towards her. [Shall we, Shree?]
“Chaliye Ram.” Shifting the photo and idol to one hand, Shree places her utmost trust in the man, placing her hand in his. [Let’s go, Ram.]
The two stare at each other, knowing that there is no going back once they leave. The two will embark on a new journey, leaving everything behind.

If your belief is indefensible, your ignominious last resort is to accuse your critics of “-phobia”. I have long criticised all religions as irrational, and faiths as dangerous. Most of my attacks have been against Christianity, because I know it best. In spite of this I have never been accused of Christophobia. But I am regularly berated for Islamophobia, and I even had a radio broadcast in California (about a totally unrelated subject) cancelled because of my reputation for “Islamophobia”. Cancelled, mark you, not by Muslims but by American so-called “liberals”.
Phobia is defined as irrational fear, as in arachnophobia, agoraphobia etc. If Salman Rushdie fears Islam, it would not be an irrational fear, it would be eminently rational. At the whim of a nasty, bigoted old man in Iran (in character strongly resembling the Abrahamic God), Rushdie has lived much of his life with a massive bounty on his head. He has recently suffered a religiously motivated stabbing, which has left him blind in one eye. Rational fear is not phobia. In fact, Sir Salman has shown exemplary courage. The British system of awarding knighthoods, though often criticised, was vindicated with a vengeance when he was honoured by the late Queen.
The Rushdie fatwa tempts journalists to ask interviewees whether they get death threats. Interviewers possessing a modicum of intelligence can work out for themselves why it is an irresponsible question, which should obviously not be put. Unfortunately not all interviewers are intelligent.
I am not Islamophobic. I am certainly not Muslimophobic. Indeed I regard Muslims as Islam’s main victims, badly in need of defence against their own religion. If we temporarily redefine “phobic” not as irrational fear but as rational detestation, then I am phobic about the following:
Throwing gay people off tall buildings or crushing them under a collapsed wall. (CNN, Dailymail, Hindustan Times)
Or publicly caning them (note the laughing glee of the audience, including children (VICE News)
Whipping women for the crime of being raped, or the crime of being seen in public with a man to whom they are not married. (The Guardian, TORONTO STAR)
Stoning women accused of adultery to death. (THE WEEK)
Female genital mutilation. (Nursery World)
Compelling women to cover their hair and faces, leaving only a slit for the eyes.
Compelling girls to stay indoors, while boys roam free.
Schools in which boys are taught nothing except memorising the Koran, and girls even less.
Condemning novelists to death for the crime of doing what novelist do, writing a novel.
Killing cartoonists for the crime of doing what cartoonists do, drawing a cartoon.
Death penalty for apostasy. A religion so bereft of positive arguments that it needs to resort to death threats to keep its members, is ignominiously pathetic. Even Christianity no longer stoops so humiliatingly low.
“Honour” killing.
You can probably continue the list yourself.
If all, or even any, of that list could be laid at the door of any religion, then a profound dislike of that religion could be defended. It certainly is not the case that most individual Muslims would endorse the list – although it has to be admitted that more than a quarter of British Muslims (Harris poll 1989) wanted Salman Rushdie to be killed, and nearly two thirds thought The Satanic Verses should be burned.
It is often pointed out that Christianity used to be just as bad, and it still is just as irrational. But the worst excesses of Christianity now thankfully lie in the past. If only the same could be said of Islam. What is especially galling is those Western “liberals” who think Islam is a race, and are so terrified of being thought racist that they refrain from criticising the above horrors, even those perpetrated against women and gays.
“Islamophobia” is a deeply silly and pernicious abuse of language. And it’s not the only fashionable word ending in “-phobia” that condemns itself as a last-resort substitute for rational discussion.  In all such cases, I recommend the Hitchens Riposte: “I’m still waiting to hear your argument.”
Richard Dawkins

how do you find unbiased sources about the historical events/political events? do you just read all the newspapers? could you mention some sites/places you get your info from? i'm interested in knowing all perspective and deciding for myself, but ugh its hard when biased media and prejudice is all around
Hindustan times is a good enough source, the news is reported by minute on their yt channel so there's not much scope for favourable editing, although I feel like there might be some BJP bias there (idk, might be the cautionary within me speaking). Wion and surprisingly firstpost are good aswell these days, but you need to know that unbiased news sources tend to leave some corners uncovered.
For making up for those, I look at biased sights next, I read the same article from Print or Quint and Op India or Swarajya (worrying how the sites that clearly claim to favour right still deliver more aspects of news than those claiming to be neutral, tbh)
Watching leaning channels like Mohak (liberal) and Sham Sharma (right) helps aswell. Dhruv and Akaash are all BS not to mention, they deliberately hide stuff and present things in a way that changes the entire meaning. Although right wing channels like AKTK, String, and again, Sham are great if you are trying to put things in perispective, especially the last one since he acknowledges the whole issues and never leaves stones unturned to favour his side. (Well, neither do the other two, they are very thorough with their research, String is outright impressive in debunking the propagated narrative of the left. Its just that they favour right too much to not be considered a bit too politically motivated, even though they are correct and don't pull the cheap tricks Banerjee and Dhruv do)
Other than that, if I come across a claim like "abc attacked xyz" or other such stuff from past, the first thing I do is search it up on wikipedia, they are biased but cannot lie about the timeline and such of incidents. From there you get a lead and can search up with required keywords.
As for claims of present day incidents not on wikipedia, search up and look at articles from newspapers and live news that reported the whole thing. When it comes to newspapers, how it is worded might vary, some may be vague enough to not name who started it or how it happened, but the subsequent sequences will make it clear. And if it does not, that too can be sorted.
One example is:
"The group of attackers killed 100 people, and inflammatory slogans were chanted. In retaliation, following this the mob from xyz community attacked"
Now search up with words "attackers kill 100 people and chant religious slogans" and you will see a biased news sight or live news portal give you the names of who these attackers were. From there you can construct your own timeline.
Sometimes, Quora too can prove to be useful.
This is all I can think of for now, if yoy need more feel free to hmu in DMs again <3

*Upasana Kamineni Konidela and Ram Charan’s Game-Changing Approach to Corporate Health: Ushering in New Beginnings in Wellness*
Upasana Kamineni Konidela, Vice Chairperson of CSR at Apollo Hospitals Group and Managing Director of URLife, and global star Ram Charan, co-founder of URLife, are a powerful force in India’s wellness industry, driving a transformative change that goes far beyond traditional health initiatives. As leaders passionate about integrating wellness into everyday life, the couple’s vision is redefining how India approaches corporate health and well-being. Ram Charan, with his global recognition and influence, complements Upasana’s vision by bringing a unique perspective to wellness that transcends borders. Together, they aim to revolutionize how India perceives health in a corporate environment, blending modern technology with a holistic approach.
Their brainchild, URLife, is not just a wellness platform; it is a movement that seeks to inspire healthier living through the strategic use of technology. URLife offers a comprehensive suite of wellness services—ranging from on-demand doctor appointments and medicine deliveries to virtual consultations and tailored fitness programs—designed to seamlessly fit into busy corporate lifestyles. This initiative is creating ripples of positive change across India’s workforce, particularly through its 550+ Occupational Health Centres (OHCs) that support the well-being of over two million people.
In line with their powerful vision of wellness and empowerment, URLife has now partnered with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) taking corporate wellness to unmatched levels. This strategic collaboration spans 94 HPCL sites, offering a holistic health ecosystem that includes weekly doctor visits, 24/7 virtual doctor support, and emergency management solutions. The initiative extends beyond the employees to their families through innovative programs and regular health webinars, embedding wellness into the fabric of everyday life.
Speaking about the HPCL partnership, Upasana Kamineni Konidela says, “Wellness is not just a buzzword; it is the foundation of a thriving society. Our partnership with HPCL reflects our deep commitment to empowering people to take charge of their health. This is about making wellness accessible and essential, not optional. We are redefining corporate wellness, turning workplaces into healthier, happier spaces where everyone can flourish.”
HR director, Shri KS Shetty says"We couldn’t find a better partner than UR life—they are pioneers in this space. Two giants—one from the energy sector and one from the health sector—are coming together to work in this arrangement. This collaboration between HPCL and URLife represents the next generation of healthcare. Together, we are committed to creating a healthier future by bringing medical expertise and wellness initiatives to every employee, no matter where they are.”
Ram Charan’s dedication to this initiative is grounded in his belief that wellness is the cornerstone of productivity and success. As an advocate for physical fitness and mental well-being, he brings a dynamic approach to this mission, ensuring that URLife’s offerings resonate with the modern workforce. His influence has helped amplify the initiative, making it a movement that impacts lives beyond borders.
But Upasana Kamineni Konidela’s mission doesn’t stop at just providing services; it’s about building sustainable and inclusive ecosystems. She earlier introduced an entrepreneurial platform exclusively for women, serving as a unique ‘shark tank’ for female innovators in the wellness space. Upasana’s mission is clear: to build an inclusive space where women can innovate, lead, and drive social impact. The initiative isn’t just a bold step toward reshaping the wellness industry but also the future of women in business.
Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni’s relentless dedication to improving lives is not just about offering services; it’s about sparking a movement. Whether it’s establishing occupational health centers or creating entrepreneurial platforms for women, their goal is clear: to cultivate environments where health, inclusivity, and innovation thrive.
