Y'all saw everything. I'm gonna analyze most of it because I truly think it can help the next generation, mine. With this post you're not gonna be in this situation.

I make this post as the mom in my friend group, the one that always gives advice.

Disclaimer ── .✦ you have to understand something, I am nobody to judges people lives especially those that I don't know personally. I think about this generation that say “they're in the wrong territory” when they saw a critic about her. Analyze everything in this situation objectively and you will also saw that Liz made several mistakes. You're not in the wrong territory.

This story is shocking to you only if you believe in fairytales. Reality will always catches you.

This is not because she is like an example to you that you have to defend her. Have a critical thinking when you see these things. You need to have discernment in this life. Be objective.

She made this public from the beginning, so this is normal that people talk about this

And it's not because she had that situation that all men are bullshit or idk what don't be like that

Don't take everything as a signs of the universe── .✦ The thing with Liz, is that she thought everything was fate. When you believe in fate, signs, it's normal to fall into things like that. She's into manifestation and talked about destiny matrix. When you see those things you take everything as a sign. Stop. When you connect yourself to a thought, everything is going to be aligned, because you're on the same frequency. The meeting wasn't natural. I am sorry. I was like ???????

Not everything is a sign of the universe, but when you want something better, something you did not have as a child it's normal to seek that. BUT it was too fast

The speed of events── .✦ The fuck ? I think she was in a relationship with an other man for the past few years, if I remember correctly. I was there at the beginning of her career but her speech doesn't resonated with me anymore (her speech wasn't that deep to me). She needed some time to heal correctly after all the events that happened to her. All of this was way too fast. I didn't have the time to blink this man and her were already married whereas with the other man it was a more longer relationship. Take your time. He love-bombed her. He talked immediately about wedding. The fact he has money is easy. It was like a dream and he made it happened. Now it's time for her to wake up. And she woke up BRUTALLY.

Security── .✦. Where is the legal wedding ? Having a religious wedding without the legal one is DANGEROUS. This is a case I see so many times. He was definitely not serious about this religious wedding. He called this fake so it wasn't that serious to him. He's not initially to the same religion as her so she needed to wait ! OMG. Now if he doesn't want to be there for the baby he can.

There is no protection for her and the baby like the legal wedding provides. It's the main mistake in all of this. It needs a structure. You cannot not be strategic when you choose the man of your life You have to think “Okay I have to protect myself and my children” “What he can bring me ?” “Am I safe if we are divorced ?” Legal wedding have prenup so you can think deeply about it together. The biggest mistake is this one. How you can be someone who preaches safety and you make that mistake ? I am sorry. And yes she's a millionaire but she could earn more if she was married legally.

When you're someone who is known internationally you have to be really careful of these type of men. They love to humble powerful women. You need to be patient and aware of your surroundings. Men know how to manipulate. THEY ENJOY IT ! This is not something new. If you aim to be powerful, be careful of these men, especially a man you met in a short period of time. It wasn't not enough. My God.

Like I said, she was in a relationship before (she even made a video about it) and honestly I didn't understood her move. But let's pursue with her new ex. The way she announced her relationship was kind of "look at that this possible to find a good man after what you went through. If you have standards you can do it". All the pics with this ring like tf ? but let's continue.

Energy conflicts── .✦ The way she introduced him to her fanbase. As someone who is on social media talking about growth, men, self concept. You can't present your man as the prize. I also saw a video when she say "if it wasn't him, I would never date something like that. GIRL. I see many people talking about the black cat and golden retriever theory, but in her case she needs to be with a man that is mature. A masculine man.

-> She went through a lot of trauma in her life, she can't be with a man that doesn't seem to had that much struggle in her life. The fact he laughed when she said that she needed a psychiatrist at school made me mad ? You laughing ???? We talk about the trauma of your wife ??? hmm and the moment he said only give my heart if you have a baby inside of you" oooh so if not then not ?” The fact she said yes for him 😔 She has to be with a man older than her. Her energy is dominant compared to his ex-husband. It's always these type of man I swear to you.

-> I am sure that he stalked her. He recommended a book when she was a rookie on YouTube. He has her in mind ALREADY. He was a fan so he had to stay a fan. It's bad obsession. She was the target. He knew everything about Liz. When you speak about your experiences, traumas, high standards this is easy for men to mold themselves. You're gonna think they're the prince charming. She doesn't search information of him because old videos of him tells everything about him like ?

Something about the airport story was off. Also how he said “women like Liz exist” is a huge Red flag. Like how you're in relationship with another woman and you say that ?? DOUBLE red flag because it means you're not loyal to your current girlfriend (the cheating start in the mind). You don't respect them. The fact she seemed to be okay with this fact. This are things you don't SAY OUT LOUD. PLEASE. She thought she was the exception.

Be careful with your words── .✦ Her posts. She was making posts like my “nerd and me”. “My current boyfriend”. WHAT ??? As someone who is into manifestation you can't makes joke like that ????????? The fact she is a powerful manifestor also means that she can manifest bad things. A man like him is young and might be hurt in his ego. She exposed him too early. I think she wanted to show to her community something. But I feel Liz has a bond with her followers so I can understand but should have done this later in the relationship if she would have waited.

Intuition ── .✦ She hasn't listening her intuition. It was screaming at her. But she decided to not follow it. It's hard when you're blinded by love but if you know yourself (like she preaches in her videos) you wouldn't be this blind. I am feel she kinda knew. I even think that this is not the first time. I feel there was something before she didn't tell but this one was like the big betrayal let's say. Ladies you have a gift in this life that is intuition. USE IT

-> She has a gift : her community that was telling her he wasn't good. When people tell you that be very aware especially your community they love you so they know

The fact she's defending her ex (yes) when a girl explain her situation with him is crazy. Even if it's false even if it's true show some sorority for her not for him like ? Why on earth do you care for a man that cheated, your main focus should be on you. It was obvious that he was going to receive these messages like this ?? The fact she didn't seem to care about this girl pls. I think she realized she wasn't that special because he did the same thing to the previous girl. You are never the exception. Never ! it's not because he's ugly, a nerd, handsome, kind that he can't cheated like duh ?

Y'all don't know she's ruining her brand. For someone who advise to have your own money she's doesn't seem to apply this to her + Acting like a mean girl to the ex. If she made the mistake take him back with him it's over for her. OVER YOU HEAR ME ??

It's not a fact of “oh she's too young”, she was too fast and doesn't apply her own advice to her situation like ? Now everything she says is contradictory. Everything she built is going to fall apart because of a man.

The winner in all of this is him btw. Yes. This man cheated (didn't even succeed 🤣), gain visibility, tied to her for the rest of her life, humiliated her, and she's defending him. Yeah 🥳

This is a complicated situation for her with the fact she has a baby. We can't really know if it was planned or not but here we are. I send my love to her. It's a tough situation that could be escaped if you think about it.

If I was her friend I know I would be mad because she did not follow the advice I say before lol I'll be like “I told you” but I would comfort her and be ready for the baby with her. But I'll be mad 😤

And I don't even talk about her ex man no I am so petty when it comes to deal with this type of man. He would go crazy I hate when we touch my friend I know I would show him my cruel side only for him.

This has nothing to do with your looks. You still wait for tis type of thing to say that. ENOUGH. This type of comments makes me sick.

These baby traps pissed me off. I see so many case like this. And this man will make your life hard. Look at cardi B, Halle omgg. You are tied with this dusty for the rest of your life now.

Oh and I am not born with it. It was regular. Now it's exactly like I want. The shape I want.

Let's get into it !

Have a plan ꩜ about how many days and which exercises you have to do. Two days are better but each person is different. Give your butt at least one day for it to recover. Two days is better but again it's how you feel. I want you to really study yourself because you'll know exactly what is good for you. In everything

I have two days for my glutes. My first day is my usual routine (glute focused), the second day is more about isolation exercises. With a little bit of leg day inside.

I forgot to tell you but I only train my glutes not my entire leg, even though they're gonna be impacted. The thing is that I don't want to grow my quad. Just my butt so yeah.

-> When I was a rookie (I love this word) I didn't know anything, so unconsciously I grew my quad a little bit. It's when I saw the change that I STOPPED to look for glute focused exercices.

Know your shape ꩜ yeah again you have to know your shape. There are heart, square, round or V. Don't hesitate to look your own shape. The content creator on TikTok Em lora is great. She's gonna explain all the shapes to help you finds yours.

For example, I have a square shape. If you have a rectangle body, it's probably the case too.

Now

This is our glutes. The maximus is the main portion of our glutes so we have to train it no matter what. But for a square shape, you're going to focus more on the minimus, if you don't want to accentuate your hip. Again, it's depends if you have them prominent or not or if you want to.

The other shapes main focus on the maximus or the medius for a heart who wants some hips.

I was doing medius exercises before and honestly I was feeling nothing lol. It didn't change that much. It's when I started to target my minimus that I saw a change.

Now which exercices ? How many reps ?

These are the one I approved. With some of my tips to really feel your glute

Also four exercises are enough. I highly recommend you to start with hip thrust because this exercise requires a lot of effort. Then do like you want. Isolation exercises are better at the end though. Also stretch yourself before

Hip thrust ꩜ A classic. If you have the chance to have the machine it's great ! Otherwise on the smith machine it's good.

Foots are 90° toes pointing out

I do 4 x 5-5-5 (5 full hip thrusts, 5 kas glute bridge, 5 secs hold)

Kas gludge bridge = it's not a full hip thrust, you don't go fully down just a little bit

1 minute 30 between those sets

go heavyyyy but focus on the movement

RDL/good mornings -꩜ I was very into RDL before but now I am into good morning. If you struggle with the form imagine yourself closing a door with your butt

toes straight

4 x 12 is great but honestly I count when when it starts to burn lol

take regular weights at the beginning, even dumbbell are great

good morning are the same form but it's just the bar that his on your lats

bend yourself to target the glutes

look at them

cable step up ꩜ My favorite exercise ! Targeting everything. A variation of the mean Bulgarian squat

take a bench or a box

not too close to the machine. The mouvement shouldn't be short

bend yourself, it's the leg on the bench that is working. If you don't bend it will target your quad

the other foot doesn't touch the floor. NO.

Isolation exercises like this are good if you start with one leg only THEN the other leg. You start the set with the right leg for example, you finish the set THEN you start with the left one. One by one. You'll have more tension and that's what we are looking for

4x12 like I said as many rep as possible (amrap)

Hyperextension ꩜ really good for the upper glute. That's what give that pump with a good back

pointed toes

take a plate to hold while doing this

the machine has to fit perfectly so that you can curl yourself. If it's to high you're going to be straight and it will target your lower back more than the glutes

Abductor ꩜ really good exercise only if you bend yourself again. You're not fully seated. It's gonna target your glutes more. A little bit your hips but be bend if you don't want to.

3x fully + some pulses (like you want)

Kickback ꩜ This exercise is great only if you target the maximus and the medius (imo). I stopped to do this one since I didn't want to grow my hips. But obviously you can do them

put a plate in the non-working leg, so that you don't touch the floor with the other leg when you're extending it

The cable has to be in front of the knee or lower.

go slow on that movement

like I said, first you right leg for example and after the left after the set

3x amrap

an isolation exercice (not like step up) so it's good if it's at the end

I don't do squat because it target quad but I can recommend sumo squats. Your legs are more spread than a classic squat, so it targets your butt

Alimentation

I don't know, I don't follow the advice on TikTok. Everything I ate go straight to my butt lol. I tend to eat more because I love to eat, but if you don't eat that much choose the right food so that you don't gain a lot of weight. It depend honestly of your metabolism. I don't gain weight in my belly, it only goes in my butt like I said. I think this became an affirmation. But you have to eat yeah.

-> you can have a big butt but if you don't wear the proper clothes, it would not appear as big. For a jean you have to choose regular pockets (not too big, not too small) . It creates an illusion. There is also a line that makes a "V", giving a good illusion. Look for these type of jeans.

It takes time ladies. I didn't see the results. It's my mom who told me that my butt was bigger than before lol. With these advice you'll have a nice butt fr.

Not only for men but for everything : it allows you to escape situations you truly don't want to be in. Be really sure about what you want and who you are. They're expert manipulators.

Appearance matters ✿ You know it don't lie. This is the first thing we saw. Men are physical creatures. They're attracted to your physical appearance. Make sure to be yourself to wear the things you like when you know you look good. You'll be more confident = really secure

-> Watch your body language ✿ This say everything about you. I told you, everybody knows when you're shy or charismatic. We see it and I say that as someone who analyze everything. Men are logical so they're going to see someone looking around everything = shy, not comfortable. This, while maybe you you're in your own world lol. This is how they operate.

Be secure with yourself ✿ If you are, you're going to be the same with other people. It's all about you

Know your standards ✿ What are you expecting from a man ? What do you want during this summer ? You want to find a relationship or you just want to have fun ? This going to determine everything. And be strict. Apply what you say. It makes you respected.

Understand the psychology of a man ✿ How a man works is not the same of a woman. This is really important. Don't be DUMB. I promise you, I've seen some cases omg. Don't put your brain in a shutdown mode. Be AWARE about how a man works, what he says what he shows. This is really important. They're bad actors you know when they don't like you don't be delusional on this topic. If they like you, you see efforts and attention towards you. There is also respect. If they want to sleep with you, you also know it by their body languages. They judge you a lot, depending of what you say. In the beginning phase, they do that to know who they're talking to. That's why I said all of the things above.

Don't be shy ✿ It's a man. Play with him when you talk. If a man approaches you, he likes your energy. A man would never take the risk if he knows he doesn't have a chance 🤣.

-> This is a skill but be a smooth talker. Know how to talk. Like I said, it's a man. He has to talk more. Be mysterious. It's boring to know everything about someone. You're in vacation so probably you won't see him anymore. Be free, light.

✿ I don't recommend you to make the first move. Men tend to have an ego boost when they know they're attractive, and you truly don't want that. He's going to be passive in the relationship like "oh she loves me I don't have to make any effort".

If you still want to do that make sure you're his type. Open the door but don't be too obvious. Make sure he knows you have other and better options.

I won't even speak about everything related to the feminine energy. I am sick and tired of seeing this. Just understand that men, comfortable men in their masculine energy, like to be useful. This is in their genes. See men as knights here to help the queen you are.

How to smell good

Summer means insects and sweat so here are my best advice

(A part of my series 3 months until summer (I got you))

Shower everyday I think this obvious but shower everyday.

♡ Body washes

Don't use a body wash with a strong perfume, body cream or any of that. PLEASE. It should be a cleanser, something that CLEANS your body. These perfume bottle can cause a lot of health problems especially for a woman. It should has a perfume obviously but these too strong fake perfumes NO.

There are a ton of body washes but you should chooses the one that really cleans you. Bar soap are really good too but it cleans CLEANS.It last long too

Body washes are good too. You can pair them with the bar soap to have a scent.

Dr broners BUT not everyday and it should be diluted. It's a strong body wash which cleans everything even you sins

Choose the one that is good for your skin (always)

You do not necessarily need two body washes but make sure this is something that really cleans your body.

And don't use your hands. I always recommend an African net sponge but it might be aggressive if you have a sensitive skin so these simple gloves would be good. Not exfoliant glove juste bath glove.

♡ Deodorant

tbh this deodorant topic is really messy because no matter what, these things are harmful for your body. But here is the from most harmful to the least.

Spray deodorant. It can give you health problems because of all of the things inside (aluminum for example) .

A roll on is better even though they have their own problems too. But everything that has a spray is very bad.

If you aim to use a natural deodorant I can recommend you the traditional glycolic acid. It's gonna kills the bacteria so you don't really smell. I heard that panoxyl contains acid that eliminates those same bacteria.

Smell might be there because of your alimentation or everything in contact with your body. It's like your hair, when you're cooking something fried. That's why I recommended panoxyl or glycolic acid.

If you leave in Europe there is a brand called Respire (means breathing in French lol) and this is the only deodorant that made something for me. I was shocked. Really good. I can also recommend Native.

♡ Cream

Cream. I have a very dry skin so I use shea butter. I would really like to use the fenty beauty cream they seems very good. Eucerin is good too.

Cream with perfume like Victoria secrets / sol de Janeiro are for special occasions. You don't want to use them as a regular body cream because it does nothing. It makes you smell good at a specific moment.

The regular day are the most important and it when it become interesting

♡ Perfume

People say you have to pair all your scents and they're right lol. But I am not talking about body butter for now but scented oil. These are little bottles you put in the area you're gonna spread your perfume of. They don't cost a lot but they are very powerful. It can be a roll on too.

The basic girl that I am love vanilla, so I am gonna take a vanilla roll on. I put it on my neck not the center this is where there is the thyroid and it produces hormones. I put it to the side of my neck and behind my ears. Then I take my usually perfume and spray it at the same area. Obviously, your perfume needs to have the same scent as the roll on. My everyday perfume is the scandal intense : la belle. It contains vanilla tonca bean. I love every perfume that contains this bean. if I have to go out with my friend. I'll add a VS body lotion (vanilla bourbon). With this, my perform will stay all night. Trust me it works.

I really wanted to put the roll on here because I see people use cream instead of roll on. Your body absorbs the cream. The oil + perfume are gonna 🔒 everything.

For me it's strong perfume honestly. If I had to choose two perfumes to describe me it would probably be Black orchid by Tom ford or Bewitching Yasmine by Penhaligon. I really love opulent/gourmand perfumes.

Find the one that suits you. I could make a recommendation for the summer if you want to try out some perfume. It would not be floral because I hate them but I would make an effort for you

How to create your personal brand

In reference to my post about personal brand here are my tips to have a strong one, as someone who loves marketing and is really good at analyzing people

It's an interactive post, make sure to take some notes and your phone.

At end you should have a clear vision of who you want to be. It's like building a character for a story, your own.

I am going to give you many examples (including me) so you can take some inspiration. These are my recommendations as always.

It all about being you mixed with the vibe you want to be. It's like if you were a celebrity.

Well, you're the main character in your life so you're already a celebrity

Knowing yourself

This is obviously really important to know yourself regardless of what other people think of you. You can know this by doing quizz. MBTI types. Astrology. Feminine archetype. Most of the time, it's accurate. -> Knowing yourself is really important because if it's not authentic we will see it 🫵

You can't lie to yourself even if you try to change something, your true self is always going to be shown to the world

-> It's an ecosystem. It means that everything has to follow the script. To your style, how you speak, the word you say. Even your face.

For example.

My hobbies are reading, writing, learning new things so yeah. I love to eat too and giving advice.

I am an INFJ and I have the sage archetype. I am also a cancer with a sagittarius rising. My midheaven is in virgo. And it's really accurate lol. I don't identify myself a true cancer even though my sun and my moon are in this sign. I am emotive yes but that's it. I am calm like a mother.

It's fun to do that but you don't need this if you truly know yourself.

Characters

You can also be inspired by movie characters. Which characters would you like to be ? Which characters made you think "hmm...I would to be like them." We all know a character like that

For example, if you like Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, it means that you would like to be more adorable and discreet than Lorelei in gentlemen prefers blondes with Marilyn Monroe who is more glamorous and extravagant.

It can be anything you watch. Why do you like Mulan or Boa Hancock in one piece ? These characters give you specific qualities and tell a lot about you.

Assemble every characters you identify yourself with. Even these celebrities. What do you like about them ? It has to be specific.

Why do you like Bruce Wayne with christian bale ? Because....

At the end you should be like "this is how I want to be perceived"

Keywords

So when people think about you, what do they think in simple words? Let's say five words. It can be anything

If you want to know where you at, ask your friends the vibe you bring so you know exactly what you need to adjust.

For me it's charismatic - intelligent - cool - calm - long coats - anime

(that's what my friends told me when I asked this question. And yup that exactly than I want to project. So I am glad that it's reflected😎)

It's giving serious. Colors palette will be on the darker side. If we should put object for this vibe it would be either a journal, vintage watches.

Examples

If you aim to have a more feminine look like really feminine, it means that your face might be on the cuter side. You exude a more light feminine energy. Most feminine outfits are dresses or skirt. Your color palette is most likely light.Pink, beige, white, light blue

Dark feminine energy (the one that everyone seems to a point that you even guess the keywords)

These are energies, every woman has it. Some women are more on the light feminine side or the dark feminine side. As I said, some components on your face make you more on one side than the other.

I can't forget my tomboy girlies. This is obviously a more masculine look with darker colors. Mostly jeans and longs shirt.

This is list is non - exhaustive. I could do this for hours but this is not the point of this post. I am shocked I didn't even do old money lol but you understand what I mean. Clothes are very important it's the first thing we notice.

Hairstyles

I am not gonna tell you to do blond hair like Sabrina Carpenter, but I think you should have three hairstyles that make you look really really good (so you can rotate). That's why I said earlier you should know yourself to your core. What fits you ? Your color palette ? Face shape? EVERYTHING

For that, you have to try different hairstyles. I want to add that the hairstyle has to go with your style. If you aim for a dark feminine style, a blowout would be perfect instead of straight hair. If you aim for an old money style, bun will be good. -> and this goes for any hair types: kinky, straight, curly everything no hair texture is left behind.

Accessories

This is unique to you. If you wear glasses or if you have the ring your grandma gave you. It can be anything. This really makes you unique. It can be a hat you wear every time, a certain lipstick, a nail color, sunglasses. EVERYTHING (again).

An accessory tells a lot about you.

For example, my nails are always red. Red or nothing and most of the time I wear boots or heels.

Perfume

Have a signature scent. This is a lot of research but this is actually easy you just have to process by determining which perfume family you are. Florals or fruity/gourmand perfumes. Obviously it has to go with your vibe. You're not gonna put miss Dior by having a more dark feminine energy. And you're not gonna put Hypnotic poison if you have a light feminine energy. I made a post about it during my rookie era on Tumblr to help you but I would be glad to do another part, if you want. Honestly, this is your own scent so choose wisely. Normally it should follow the vibe you try to bring on.

It's a strong perfume for me, like black orchid or vanilla perfumes like Kayali.

Purpose

We're back with what I said in the beginning. I gave you the key for the appearance but if your personality doesn't match it's over. What you want to do with this character. Really.

You want to be known for being the most charismatic in your group ? Okay what is charismatic to you ? Why do you want to be charismatic ? To inspire ? To be respected ? How do you talk ?

You want to be known like the classy woman ? Okay what do you see in these women ?

And it goes for your business too. It has to be accurate

You want to create a wine business ? Okay so your vibe might be serious. Who are your clients ? They have to identify themselves.

You want to create a pink bow brand ? Okay when do you wear with that. Why pink ? Oh this is because you are always wearing black but that pink bow in your hair soften your features ? Who are your clients ? women ? Girls ? Men ?

You have to think about that if you want to create a business. It has to be coherent.

Even as a content creator. As a certain point you need to have a personal brand. So people can identify themselves to your content.

It's literally being the highest version of yourself. The embodiment of this person is long, complex but fun because if you love that version, why not ? It's that change that is hard but you have to love the process

I don't think that people don’t realize that aura is something not visible, so you have to work on what it’s inside of you. It’s all about how you carry yourself. Take yourself seriously and other people will.

→ On the physical part, it all up to you. Do things that make YOU feel good. Do not follow everybody routine. The basics are your skin, hair, your teeth and how you smell. Also you have to know what looks good on you. Basic things such as color theory, face shape and body types. Hancock was the first woman to introduce me the power of beauty privilege and she’s right. Nobody can lie on this. Being pretty is life on easy mode. This is so sad but this is the reality. So know your attributes and enhance it. If you don't like something about you change it. Find why you don't like it and change it.

Which seducer you are ? See, Hancock knows that she’s pretty, so she can play with that (this is litteraly her power so basically if she don’t make someone fall in over with her it’s over). Know which seducer you are. There is a really good book I bet that you know it this is the art of seduction ( I can do each archetype if you want). How to have smooth legs

I am gonna cover the entire leg, skin concerns like strawberry legs, cellulite and stretch marks. Shaving tips too.

This post is not to say that this or that is ugly and you should remove them. NO. This is for the people who want to reduce the appearance of that so that they don't feel insecure anymore. Plus, this post is gonna educate you about that so you can understand why it appears on your skin.

Strawberry legs ⋆˚꩜｡ It's called like that because of the dots that the shaving leaves you after. These little dots are ingrown hair or dirtiness. The razors only "cut" the hair not the root. That's why people switch to epilator, but it's possible to prevent strawberry legs.

Dry brushing ⋆˚꩜｡ I can't tell you that enough. it's smooth the skin in the most beautiful way. Before the shower always. down to up . Really good. And do every part of you leg I see you when you're lazy and you don't want to go down 🫵 Exfoliation. this is a general advice for everything. Exfoliation helps you to remove accumulated dirt. Before shaving you can use this on your legs. Brands like dove or tree hut are good. Not everyday the exfoliation. The infamous kp bump eraser scrub is pretty good too. It's better if you have glove (to remove dead skin).

When it's exfoliation day I like to use them before the shower. I don't understand why on TikTok they said to do this after the shower because to me, an exfoliator is here to remove something that is clogged. Why I am gonna do this after showering myself????

Cream. targeting your concern. If you want a cream for your scar, naturium are really good. They are pricey obviously. BUT...You can see the ingredients and acid inside (like glycolic acid for example) of those bottles and find a cream that contains exactly what you want. I like La Roche posey, cerave too. Shea butter is GOOD.

And don't use cream with a perfume inside of it it does nothing on your skin. These sol de Janeiro / Victoria's Secret. It's only for the perfume inside of it. So it's only for when you are going out, a party not for a daily basis. It's perfume 🤣

Stretch marks ⋆˚꩜｡To be simple, it's when the skin is stretched way too fast and wasn't ready for that. The causes can be multiple: gaining weight in a short period of time like pregnancy for example. Also because of the yoyo effect, when you lose and gain weight simultaneously. Even going to gym can give you stretch marks. You can have this on your thigh, butt, chest, shoulders.

Most of the advice you're gonna see on the internet are not the perfect formula. It's all about reducing the appearance. I can recommend you massage as always, but I want to recommend you an oil that makes my stretch mark disappear.

This is called the rosehip seed oil. Wonderful. I had stretch marks during school because I have the yo-yo effect. It starts to disappear and I am shocked, I found this on tiktok. It works. Be consistant. Can be used for scars too but I am more focused on the stretch marks.

There is also the laser but 👀 it's very pricey.

Cellulite ⋆˚꩜｡ the mean cellulite. It's an accumulation on fat cells that give you this result. This and water retention caused by too much salty food. Hormones plays a role too because cellulite appears during puberty. It's located in the lower body. Of course most of the time women struggle with this.

Alimentation (yes) and exercises. Massage to drain these fluids. It can be done with a wooden tool or your hand, with an oil. And also, exercises on your legs can have a good impact because it's gonna build muscle if you eat clean, the fat is gonna on your legs can have a good impact. Pilates or leg press at the gym are very good.

Shaving tips

use a 3-5 blades razors. Good razors. Men's razors are good and less expensive.

shave in opposite growth. Make sure your razor are clean so the shave is clean

apply a good cream on your legs. Your legs are very sensitive at this moment

you can baby oil or shaving cream. Personally I prefer shaving cream.

take your time otherwise you're gonna harm yourself and you don't want it (and me neither)

When you think about her what comes in your mind ? Sexy, doll, pink even Marilyn Monroe kinda. This is her brand.

People might be shocked when they see her Juno positions and at first, me too because I didn't know her album. I only loved nonsense. After that listening, I understood. And be for real, most of people who go to her concert is for doing those Juno positions. Many people try to recreate her hairstyle on tiktok because it's iconic. It's been a long time since we haven't had someone wearing blonde hair like this, like Marilyn Monroe. Thankfully, she did a blowout so it's appears more glamorous , bombshell.

I didn't understand why Lana del rey was known. I think the first song that I heard was West coast and I loved it. Next, it was say yes to heaven sped up. Suddenly, she was everywhere on tikTok. Just her name is something. It's not everybody who has a stage name like this. Her vibe is vintage, moody, witch.

(The fact she's a cancer (like me ) and scorpio rising makes sense. I am a sagittarius rising but at one minute to be scorpio. My chart is almost like her, even my destiny matrix chart lol I found this crazy. Same moon, same mercury same program in the destiny matrix) How she sings is always the same. I don't know how to describe but it's like slooow, enchanting or very airy. Her lyrics are also really relatable. I think that's why so many girls want to be like her. I understand the vibe but that's it. Her songs are good and she has a good brand. Even when she's in her light feminine energy. Her outfit at the met gala was perfect for her. See, you have to follow your brand. She's a vibe and that vibe follows her in everything she does. Even her albums covers.

Mother Kali uchis. I love her songs. She's been appearing a lot in my fyp lately. It's not telepatia that brought me to her but Moonlight. She has a delicate voice and she always wears pastels = delicate. She seems to love flowers a lot. I think the fact she became mom plays a lot. When I think of her I think about femininity, delicate, flowers.

She's really a mother even when she wears dark feminine clothes. Maybe because she's also a scorpio rising like Lana (and a cancer too). Yes I blend a lot of astrology here because it's kinda accurate? Her last albums are really into flowers, pastels, feminine. This is not really dark (at the beginning it was)

Hate her or love her she has an amazing personal brand. Her brand skims is well known, she never changed it. She was famous for her curves so she created a brand that sell flattering clothes. Shapewear. She tried everything, even makeup but it's the clothing brand that had success because this why she is known for. She's always wearing fitted clothes, even at the last met gala. She has a diva energy. I can't make a post without her amazing personal brand.

With this women, you understand how important it is to have an innocent figure. I saw a post on twitter saying that she always has scandals, but always escape them. This is for that. Her era before was more dark feminine especially with the dangerous women album. She then transitioned into the true version of herself (I think) with position. This album eternal sunshine is her true self (maybe). Ariana grande will always have a fanbase because of everything that happened to her, especially the bad things as you may know. She been through a lot. So people are always kind to her, even if she's accused of being a home wrecker. That fragile, petite, innocence figure is what makes her escape these scandals, trust me. She's an amazing singer and everything but you understood. She made a good rebranding but it's kinda messy to me because people always think about that dangerous women era and how good she was even thought she was at the lowest. Well the things that is good is her ponytail.

Kylie Jenner

Her era was finished the day she became pregnant + these scandals. (Astroworld, plastic surgeries, beauty standards). Now she tries to do something with her clothing brand but it's too expensive. She was known for her lips, now what ? That's the problem of being viral. We only know you for one thing, you can't change that much. She changed a lot and her personal brand change with the man she is. For example, when she was with Travis Scott her personal brand was sexy, dark even provocative. Now that she's with Timothée Chalamet, her vibe is more light (so her brand too). She even drop a perfume but...when you think about you think about plastic surgery, lips and Stormi.

Lisa

This girl has to choose who she wants to be. I like versatility but at the end something more prominent has to show up. I already knew that her album wasn't gonna be great. The thing is she always been known for her being a tomboy or badass. It was a great start with money and Rockstar, then New woman. She dropped moonlight floor which wasn't great because it wasn't progressive. Next she drop her alter egos ????? what ? Lisa is a dancer, she doesn't sing in live performance. Even when she rap. So we already know that musically, it's not that great. People found the concept of alter ego embarrassing even in the way she introduced it. Too many scandals about it and the fact she's at event where people don't know her doesn't make sense.

She reminds me that even if you bring famous people into this, if if your identity isn't strong it's over. I saw a tiktok saying that what Jennie dropped was what they expected of Lisa. Ain't no way because Jennie has an identity even thought she's versatile.

Ice spice

I knew she wasn't gonna last. I am sorry. Her music is always the same. It's sad because she was really good at first. The problem was it all happened too fast. She started to make featuring with everybody. And that's the problem when you're viral. You have to be fasttttt but clever. She has to drop bop after bop but some scandals caught her. Her ginger hair was her brand. I think the fact she's was thick also played a lot because when she changed people felt it. Y'all twitter was horrible that day. I also think that she failed because of men judging her everywhere (always them)

It means that not everyone has access to her like that. This is not everybody who can see her body or even have a chance to talk her. As a woman you have to be exclusive in my opinion. You cannot let many men have this opportunity to touch you. Your body is precious. Having those boundaries allow you to have a certain freedom and to be wanted by quality people (here men).

-> Prestige israre. Be careful with people you are surrounded by. Especially men. Have your standards. It's an energy, you're gonna exudes so much aura hehe.

Beauty - Obviously, Hiyori is very pretty. She is known for her beauty, as an Oiran. I wanna mention that her hair color is not common making her unique, like Marilyn Monroe's blond hair in the old Hollywood era. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think that being pretty is a combination of knowing yourself. Your body shape + your face shape. Hiyori is very beautiful, it's undeniable. Her clothes are chosen wisely. How to have a sexy back

I know you saw that back (that I didn't put here) everywhere on social media. Here are my tips to achieve these kinds of back as someone who goes to the gym, and have that illusion.

I am excluding the alimentation because you're already know that and how important it is.

I am not a doctor or a gym professional. I am just sharing tips that worked for me. These are general but useful advice.

EXERCICES

Posture. ⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ How you sit is important. Do you think you have a good posture ? Your shoulders are back when you're in class ? What about your head when you're watch your phone ? Those little details are really important.

-> your phone should be in front of your eyes not DOWN.

Look at ballerina dancers. The back is always straight. I have a friend who does this sport and she's always sitting straight. Unconsciously I started to do the same and I see the difference. It's about stretching or pilates, for the posture.

Here are some workouts that I recommend. You have to be consistent like always.

This one is good for everything : I even recommended this for my mom who has back pain. Your collarbones area are gonna be well defined.

Head to toe: Pamela Reif never misses. It's very complete. you can also do back and neck but I prefer this head to toe stretch.

This gonna remove any stiffness on your upper body. Remind yourself to always sit straight. At first, you don't see the change but after wow. When you're remind yourself that you aren't straight, sit STRAIGHT.

Workout ⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ It's all about what you like. If you want a delicate back, pilates might suit you.

If you want a more broad back, here are the exercices (if you want that V shape). Exercices like:

Bent over rows

cable rows

Seated row

-> Back overall : combine this with lat pulldown + assisted pull up (if you're strong) . I gave up on this one.

It's possible to have a back that is already like you want. If it's body fat and you want to get rid of you should do some cardio (😞) but I think you know that

-> I am someone who grows quickly on the upper body, so I don't train it that much, even my arms. I hit my upper body once every two weeks. The weight is moderate not heavy. I don't want to grow muscle, I just want to keep my shape.

SKIN

Dry brushing ˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ before the shower use one. From bottom to top always. it's gonna smooth your skin here.

Exfoliating ⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ to remove dead cells. This is normal to have dead cells. Not everyday. I have an african net sponge and the results are wonderful, so I do not exfoliate a lot. You can use the body scrub you want but it's better if it's target back acne obviously.

-> Make sure to apply cream after that. Exfoliation can be hard on your skin, especially if it's sensitive.

-> You can also use a Kessa glove and black soap to remove dead cells. In Morocco they do this.

Body wash ⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ it should be fragrance free and related to your skin concern. These Naturium body wash for exemple. Baby body washes too lol have you ever seen these babies skin.

I heard that panoxyl is very good for body acne. If you live in America you should definitely try it. Toner for the body are also great but generally you find this in Asia countries

Hair ⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ I think your hair can have an impact on your back. I don't why my intuition tells me to tell you that. I mean... you put some product on your hair (oils / cream) and it might touch you back sooo

Cream⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ A intense cream. A cream for your concern not with a fragrance. La Roche posey are good. Eucerin too.

These are the things that can drastically enhance your back, so that you can wear backless tops/ dress during summer without being insecure. Here is a well crafted night routine

I have a phone mode so that I am conscious that it's time for the night routine. Put a night shift / True Tone program for your eyes.

Removing my makeup ☁︎ I listen to subliminal while doing this. My mind is shut down when I listen to those type of sounds, instead of "regular" music. (I should make a post about the music ). I use a micellar water and a micellar water then a water based cleanser. Korean skincare >>>>>>

Shower and skincare ☁︎ Of course my night shower. Then I do some face masks or guasha after it. Not always though. Again, with my subliminal lol otherwise I cannot be concentrated. My night skincare is not that big : a toner and a collagen serum. Thankfully I don't have big problems on my face

Massage ☁︎ This is very important to massage your body for your blood circulation. You can use your hands or these wooden tools you see on social media. With a body oil. I use my hands. Perfect night.

Phone + tea + Social media ☁︎ I spend my time on everywhere with a cup of tea. Favorite moment of the night. If not, I am writing on Tumblr or I edit some post. I light up a candle.

Journaling ☁︎ when I need to put my thoughts on paper. Not every time. Only my thoughts not my day or anything

Gratitude journal ☁︎ I always thought it was useless to do it but I found a gratitude journal at the mall and I was like why not ? Game changer. It allows me to stay more humble that I am already are. Highly recommend.

Anime / documentary / reading ☁︎ I watch some anime. It can be anything even though. I have too many things to watch omg. Currently it's blue lock and Darwin's game. I love manipulation / game anime. It can also be a movie or a YouTube podcast. It's the moment when I educate myself. Always with my candle. I can also put a playlist.

Sleep ☁︎ I check my phone for the last time of before going to sleep. I then visualize everything I want in silence. That's it.

Those women are extremely seductive. They attract very masculine men because they exudes a sexual tension. When a man is watching her, he's attracted because it gives him a sense of danger, and he knows that he would escape his men's world joining hers, full of lust and femininity. You're like a temptation fruit.

Remember, this an energy. Not everybody has that sex appeal. I am going to be honest. Some people are really cute with does eyes and round face and that's great ! They exude that cuteness. Be careful about that because it might be difficult to change that aspect.

Manners - Watch how you move. Do you exudes an aura ? Do you have a nice posture ? This all related to your body languages. Body language is very important. We can see when someone is not confident just by the way they walk, or if they play with their hair, escaping the gaze. That's here that confidence is key. I have a post that I love about aura. If you want to be a siren, watch your manners. Remember looks matters. Everybody is going to watch you. You cannot not be confident.

Image - This is related to the type of clothes you wear. Are they suiting you ? For your body shape ? The right color ? Most of those color are red and black, deep tones. It's true, it's give a mysterious aura. This is a feminine look so dress and skirt are amazing. Voluminous hair (blowout) is very good too. Makeup to enhance your features. You know those same makeup trends (Mob wife/ female gaze/ dark feminine makeup) pls. This is all the same. I also want to mention that this is balance. You have to be suggestive, especially with clothes. It doesn't mean that you have to wear short skirt, showing every part of your body. For exemple, If you show your collarbones, wear a long dress.
