Ever since I read that fanfic where Utonium is older and he has crow's feet, visible laugh lines and greying hair, I've been thinking about him a lot 😳😳😳

His kids are teenagers at that point and going through hormone changes and rebellious teen phase. Their kids probably doesnt show him how much they loved him (as much as they were when they were kids) although I think Bubbles being the sweet one would still be his daddy's girl and ask for occasional hugs and goodnight head kissies ;w;

Anyway I'm sure the girls at this point probably can take care of themselves pretty much and Utonium gets pretty lonely sometimes since they dont spend time together as much as before (because hanging out with your dad is so uncool). So I imagine that one day Bubbles probably noticed how lonely her dad is lately so she sat down and asked:

"Hey Professor, don't you think it's time for you look for...you know... a girlfriend?"

"Bubbles I-"

"No no like we totally get it, we dont want to pressure you but I just feel that maybe you need someone to take care of you... too?"

"Bubbles, that's very sweet of you, but I don't think I'm up for that. Besides, I'm old and I have wrinkles now, I don't think anyone wants to date lame ol' Professor here."

"Oh come on dad, I'm sure someone would like you. I'm not saying you should find someone to replace us, I just think that I dont want you to be lonely."

"Thank you Bubbles, that's very thoughtful of you but I'll be fine."

And I feel that at first Utonium probably didnt thought about it, the last time he went on dates was when he was in his late 30s and all of it ended up either disasterous or in a bad term and since then he decides to focus on his family. But then as day goes by he cursed at himself on how right Bubbles is and starting to have thoughts of going back into the dating scene again.

Of course since this is my brainrot, I havr to bring Chloe in the picture. So I imagine that this time, instead of Utonium pinning on her, this time Chloe has the huge crush on Utonium for 2 years but she just never confesses because 1) he's a customer 2) she doesn't know how to approach him for a conversation outside the usual ones and 3) who wants to date a waitress?

I havent figure out on how they ended up dating though lol maybe one day my head will make it up hdkskalal
