Handstand night at the Gym! Earlier this week I think Tuesday night after class it was super late but I found out I can do locust in handstand and peacock and croc position. I realized how important it is to play with your handstand practice as a lifestyle in order to get more technical. It’s not just throw a handstand and bail out like I did back in day where I can do handstand and that’s that. I really been working months on leg shapes in two arm position. Oh, I’m trying to incorporate handstand walking into my practice let’s see how it goes. Continue practice what important to you, doesn’t have to be handstands.
