#happy new year#severus snape#snart#pro snape#snapedom#hp#harry potter#hp fanart#my art#my 2020 in review:#this time last year i had spent my first nye alone#but it had inspired an original piece that ended up making it onto the front of r/all with like 30k upvotes#which was pretty fucking surreal and a great start to the year#then shit hit the global fan#lost my job and went into isolation out in the middle of the english countryside with a friend for 3 months#that was actually a pretty great experience up until the last week#let me just say that we are no longer friends#so then i had no choice but to go back to london and spend the rest of my summer holed up in my cupboard-sized flat#i was actually fine with it because this was also the time that i got back into hp#i was never involved in the fandom before and hadn't touched tumblr in like 5 years#so i probably wouldn't have stuck around if a member from h&c hadn't reached out and asked if i wanted to join#since then i've made so many new friends who have become the highlight of my year#and discovering the snapedom has inspired me to keep on creating#so thank you to all who have supported me through this time!#here's to 2021#may it be an improvement on this wack year
