This is my piece for the @loturazine Royal Alliance II! I collabed with the delightful @the-lightning-strikes-again for her fic In Wine and In Health, which is an endearing story about Lotor making their wedding memorable after Allura spills wine on her dress. You can read it on Ao3 here!

More Merch Updates!

The Standee samples have arrived!  We are THRILLED with how they are looking and will be kicking these right back for a full order.  We are so excited to be able to offer these as part of the merchandise pack.  Check them out!

Additionally!  We are pleased to also share our polaroid prints came in!

We are still waiting on the last few pieces of the merch and working on collecting the packaging material.  Once we have a more concrete idea of when we’ll have everything, we’ll have an update on some tentative ship times.

Long awaited (like since December??), the @loturazine is incredibly gorgeous. I had as much fun revealing and unpacking everything as I had ooohing and ahhing over the different pieces and skimming through the books. I can't wait to read and coo over the creatives' pieces. love love love!! ♥

Are you still working on Lilac and Lush? (I swear I saw that new chapters would be published in the Lotura zine forever ago but I could be mistaken/wished that into being) Big fan sending love and no-pressure vibes, ride the wave of creativity wherever it may take you! ^_^

And ahhh no! I signed up to write one shots for the Lotura zines, never more L&L. And then I had to drop out both times. Cause the first time my wedding got in the way, and the second time cause I bought a house and we had to move.

What are your favorite ships in VLD?

Hi!

Oh, Voltron! It gave me so many good ships... My first love is Shidge actually. I thought about them in post canon version (because of Pidge youth) or in some AU fics. I've got a bunch of them but in Russian. Never had enough time for translation.

Like this one — it's "War and Peace" AU that I wrote. This art was drawn by my good friend for me.

Then I fell in love with Lotura. It was almost obsession. You know cosmis elves should be happy together and have many cute babies, instead of what happened to them. Lotor's story break my heart every time I think about it. On ao3 there're many of fics I wrote for Lotura's sake.

Plance. Of course. Two dorks in love. Ah, their chemistry even in Voltron series was great. What a potential!

Kacxa. From the first episod I saw them together till the last I love their interaction and communication.

Also Kidge. Sometime i joke that Pidge is some kind of universal solgier, she's good in any ship. Again I thought about them in post canon. If I don't mistake I have smth for them in Eng. I participated in Kidge Zine 3.0: Timeless. But I haven't posted my piece anywhere. Sorry.

My first fic "Stop thinking" was inspired by an amazing artisit fate221 and her comic on Insta. I tried my best to put all passion she drew to the words.

These ships are my fav. I wrote for them, even tried to draw and I transleted fics from Eng to Rus for readers in my country. As you may see they're all m/f ships and I don't especially interested in m/m ships. One time I even felt annoyance about some of them, but... Then I met an amazing Sheith authors, Klance artists... I even translated huge oneshot for Klance and this was so good story and wrote some Sheith fics. Well, I absolutly fine with any ship until their fans push me for loving their ships over mine favourite. As I fully respect other people feelings and preferences, I never told anybody who they should or shouldn't ship.

I hope I didn't dissappoint you by my answer. In Russia we say "For taste and color there is no friend" which means that we all different and we all have a right to have different opinions.

Thank you for your question. It was good to talk about Voltron. Sometimes I miss it very much.

Are You Ready?

Here we go.

So the first batch of zines was dropped in the mail the other day - but I am just now updating the tracking information. HOWEVER it would appear that some folks have already received their boxes - which holy nads I did not expect it to be that fast.

I’m trying to do as many boxes as I can each day, but these things are just shy of a solid 5 pounds for the full bridal suite, so I can only haul so many at once.  Several of you can expect emails today - and everyone will hopefully get theirs throughout the rest of the week, (Some of you may be receiving your emails AFTER your box has arrived.... so... surprise?)

If you don’t yet see an email - do not fret; there is a LOT for me to get sent out.  We’ll do a wrap-up post once all the boxes are out and at that point if anyone is missing some tracking, let us know.

As far as electronic/digital zines - those will be going out in the next day or so.  For those, there will also be another update once they’ve been sent so folks will know to reach out if the files didn’t arrive.  

It’s my hope that most of these will reach their new homes in time for the holidays.  Customs is always a wildcard, especially this time of year, but we shall see.

If anyone posts about their zines, we would love to see!  Feel free to tag us with your photos!  And as always, let us know if there are any questions!

(Announcements about leftover sales will come once shipping and distribution of pre-orders is complete.  There will be sales, just... not ready to do an inventory count on that until this phase is complete.)
