I chose not to wade into that debate there but instead weigh in with my opinions and takes on the concept of love scenes in books (movies, too). First, I love a good love scene. The last few days in hospital had drained me and my limbs were heavy as lead. I don't know when I had slept for the last time. Still, I couldn't go to sleep yet until I knew everything was all right. I cleared away the last remnants of my breakfast. George was safe and home again. I found myself staring out the window into the garden at nothing in particular. Barnes' reproving gaze had haunted me since I'd met him at the hospital. Made me feel like I was to blame for the way he was. I heard a thump in the stairwell and my heart did a somersault. It knew what that meant.

Before the door had even really opened I heard her voice "Hey Holly!" then she paused in the doorway of the kitchen and stared at me. She hadn't been expecting me and yet there was something expectant in her gaze. God was I glad to be back. Back in the rooms where you could meet Lucy Carlyle. She brought a fresh scent into the room that enveloped me and made me think of my childhood. The smell of lavender and wood - my sister and the attic.

"Hello Lucy." I turned to her. Her eyes were on me. I wondered what she thought of me. After all, I couldn't make a very good impression. I cupped the back of the chair near me with my fingers and felt the warm wood.

"Is he ..." she stammered. She looked at me as if her whole world might end with my answer.

"George is fine, he's still alive." Of course she thought of George first, I hadn't thought of anything else for the last few days. A twinge in my heart told me that it didn't suit me that she wasn't thinking about me. Asked how I was doing. A craving arose in me that I had had many times before. The desire to be close to her. I looked at my fingers to distract myself from it - to think of something else. I didn't succeed. Otherwise we had always been close in a different way, which was why I had managed not to give in to this longing. But now it was growing. Had built up during the lonely nights at George's bedside. I held onto the back of the chair convulsively, weighing the pros and cons in my head. I sensed she wanted to know more. About George. Maybe about me too?

A jolt went through my body and my legs had carried me over to her faster than I could really think. I bent down to her and wrapped my arms tightly around her waist. But the size difference still left a gap between us. I dug my face into the crook of her neck and inhaled the smell of her lavender shampoo. She hesitated for a moment and then put her arms around my neck. I heard a soft sob.

"He's okay?" She murmured into my shoulder and suddenly i felt like she was too far away from me. I pulled her closer and straightened a little so that she was standing on tiptoe. The gap between us closed and I felt how warm and soft she was. Her breath on my neck and how it stroked my skin. Something fell away from me that had been like a rock on my shoulders all this time. There was only the slightly accelerated beat of our hearts and the realisation that I never wanted to let go of her again.

In RPGs with romance and especially ones where you get some kind of lovescene it isn't that odd to unlock the option to walk over to your NPC of choice and ask for a kiss or sex or whatever. and in Baldur's Gate 3 you can ask for a kiss, either in camp or out in the world. and when you do the latter, like with any cutscene, you can see the rest of your party in the background while the 2 characters kiss, and at first I thought like "They're probably not programmed to 'notice' that the characters are kissing, they're just mindlessly idling". But when you kiss in front of Jaheira she fully TURNS HER HEAD and SMIRKS. I've seen in other players' footage that if you kiss Halsin in front of her she's like "lol. Brave." and comments on his stank bear breath. and now I can't stop noticing that Astarion also glances over and smugly raises his eyebrow and its the stupidest funniest thing

Foi um episódio que terminou com um clima pesado, eles não tem um minuto de paz.

Miyo pediu Kiyoka para levá-la na residência dos Saimori, para ver o tronco da árvore de cerejeira que sua mãe plantou, foi um último adeus para sua mãe.

Achei muito fofo o Kiyoka andando abraçado com a Miyo o tempo todo. Encontraram o Koji e Miyo foi conversar a sós com ele, foi uma conversa de indiretas certeiras. Koji quase falou que ama Miyo, mas ela o cortou por não querer machucá-lo, pois ela ama o Kiyoka.

Miyo quer ter aula de etiqueta e Kiyoka chama sua irmã mais velha para ensiná-la. Amei ver as briguinhas dos irmãos Kudo pela Miyo. A leveza deste episódio foi o cuidado do Kiyoka com a Miyo e sua gentileza em meio a bela paisagem floral da residência da família Kudo.

Miyo e Kiyoka oficializaram o noivado, ele está com pressa de casar, hein 😅😏

A família Saimori foi morar na casa de campo, Kaya virou empregada e agora vai pagar por todo o mal que fez com sua irmã. Por mim ela ia para a CADEIA. A família Tatsuishi está sob vigilância da família Kudo. Ele se mudou para a antiga capital para treinar suas habilidades sobrenaturais, até que enfim.

O clima ficou pesado no final quando uma tumba foi aberta para liberar espíritos e adivinha? Mais um plano para destruir a felicidade de Miyo.
