Ouf. I was awoken today by a low blood sugar of 43, to which I felt fine, which is why I'm more freaked out than normal. I had a bowl of cereal, and waited the "fifteen minutes." Guess that's what happens when you have almond milk, your blood sugar doesn't go up as quickly. It had only risen to 49, to which I figured I'd wait some more. So, finally, my sugar has shot up to 146....time for insulin for that bowl of cereal!
