so turns out it was because of the SafetyNet phase out, the new Play Integrity API checks device integrity differently and the McDonald's app was already updated to it...

meanwhile two separate banking apps were sitting there like "yeah, this is a safe device" and a calculator, an RPG game and the fucking McDonald's app were screaming and crying and refusing to work

I'm gonna go fucking apeshit if I have to keep dealing with g**gle's bullshit. I've had LineageOS (a fork of AOSP (WHICH IS FUCKING MADE BY GOOGLE SO THEY SHOULD NOT ACTIVELY PUNISH ME FOR USING IT!!)) running on my phone for over a year and today I wiped and reinstalled so I could upgrade from 20-21. Went very smoothly. Patched with Magisk, installed LSposed and spoofed migroG (which is working surprisingly well), all very good. HOWEVER. I still can't pass SafetyNet because the fix for it only extends to A13 (Lineage 21 is A14). This is of course, bullshit, and I can't set up cash app or anything else that required SN attestation. What's really pissing me off though, is the fact that downloads through Aurora store are getting throttled. They work fine for a few seconds, full speed, and then drop down to 1-5kbps. I literally can't download apps over a certain size because google is rate limiting me for no reason. And it wasn't doing that before at all!! Why is my phone inexplicably fucked!!!
