Day 27 of Amphibuary is Rare! Cherry is a rare member of her family line aka an Aasimar! The scars on her arms glow depending on spells or magic abilities she uses! You can actually see the full family tree here!

8th day of Amphibuary: Draw! Cherry always keeps a journal which she doodles and writes in. The drawings around her are her doodles of her favourite people (the party and her family) and her favourite things (her dolls and confetti wand). She loves them a ton!

Baby-toddler Cherry hanging out with her parents, Lucky and Mary! She was and still is their very beloved little froglet! She was more of a trouble-maker back then than she is now!

Cherry didn't always have her wings. The crib still had the stains 14 years later.

Cherry’s parents: Maroline “Mary” Sedum and Luckson “Lucky“ Sedum. More about them under the cut.

Mary is a seamstress and also dyes clothes. She’s headstrong, pragmatic, and friendly. She was just as sad as Lucky about giving Cherry away, although tried to be a bit more of a rock for Lucky.

Lucky is a leather worker and makes all sorts of leather items (i.e. boots, belts, saddles, etc). He's pretty sensitive, caring, and likes to take care of his family. He cried a lot more than Mary when they gave Cherry away.

They’re both normal frog folk, but were very happy to have a little angel as their daughter. Cherry is their first and only child as they struggled to have children for a long while. They gave her to the cult (posing as a well known church) because they were made to believe Cherry was some sort of martyr sent by the gods to save humanity. They didn’t want to doom humanity and in turn Cherry, so they begrudgingly gave her to the cult.

Later down the line, when they found out the church she was supposed to be at burnt down, so they vowed to find their daughter and apologize for giving her away like that. They look for her every other week as to not completely burn themselves out. Mary also found out, from a book owned by her grandmother, that her family has celestial heritage. It’s very infrequent nowadays for them to have the celestial traits and most of the time, the celestial is the recessive gene.

On a side note, Cherry named her doll Lucky Mary aka her parents nicknames, although she doesn't remember her parents or their names consciously.
