i used to enjoy solitude. during my 1st semester of my freshman year, i’ve had quite a few adventures by myself. i love to eat at mcdonalds alone and just watch a yt video or netflix while i enjoy my fries. i actually prefer to eat alone than eating with people that i know (that i’m not really close with).

when i was in high school some of my classmates would actually call me a loner haha. back then, i felt bad about it because i don’t really like to hang out with them, i just like my own company. but now that i’m thinking about it, it’s nice that i didn’t chose to hang out with those kids that called me a loner because i met my best friends.

now, i’m 19 (i’ll be 20 in 5 months!! i’m not a teen anymore) i’m scared to be left with my own thoughts, maybe 6 months of quarantine has something to do with that. before i enjoyed being alone because i’d spend my free time outside doing whatever, but now, all i can do to entertain myself is to watch netflix and a bunch of movies (don’t get me wrong tho, i’m really grateful that i have access to these).

*sigh*

maybe the reason why i don’t enjoy solitude as much as i used is because, before i’m distracted with all the rush hour and busy streets and i can go out whenever i want to. but now, i’m stuck with my own head and sometimes, it’s hard to get out of it.
